Oedo Tai's Natsu Sumire makes a long-awaited return to Stardom, facing her rival AZM in a singles match. A legendary, unpredictable match is back?
As soon as AZM was called, Natsu pounced, stomping on her throat near the ropes. She locked in a headlock, slammed her onto the mat, and delivered a sliding kick. When the referee warned her about stomping on AZM's face, Natsu protested, "Why, why is that not allowed?" Natsu continued to attack AZM, driving her to the ropes. She cornered her and delivered a back elbow followed by a bronco buster. AZM, thrown into the corner, reversed and countered with a missile kick and a brainbuster. Natsu kicked out, and AZM landed a series of elbows on her. AZM shouted, "You old hag!" as she struck, to which Natsu retorted, "What, you little brat!" AZM then applied an armlock, forcing Natsu to submit. At ringside, Tora Natsuko and Kashima Saki provided support. As AZM tried to charge, Natsuko pulled her leg to stop her. As Natsu attempted a brainbuster, she pulled out a whip, which AZM snatched and used to strike her. AZM pretends to have been whipped and fakes tears to deceive the referee. AZM pleads with the referee, "I want an apology." Natsu argues, "This brat will fake tears as much as you want for her sake!" but AZM still insists, "I want an apology." Natsu refuses to apologize. AZM breaks down in tears, saying, "I can't have the match unless you apologize." As Natsu approaches, AZM slaps her. Natsu uses rope work to confuse AZM, but counters with a big boot. AZM charges in with a high kick, but Natsu hits a small package. AZM kicks out, and Kashima intervenes, allowing Natsu to attempt a mischievous move. AZM counters and rolls her up for the three count

After both teams were introduced, DEATH Yamasan appealed, "There's no referee, DEATH!" Indeed, there was no referee, so his seconds went to call one. It wasfirstmatch. The match restarted, and Death Yamasan appealed to all four sides. Beside him, Iida was striking a gorilla pose, and eventually Iida took Death Yamasan down. Iida dodged Death Yamasan's hell thrust and delivered a reverse chop. Konami and Riho faced off, with Konami delivering a middle kick and Riho retaliating with a dropkick. Riho and Iida showed off their teamwork with a double back elbow. Iida delivered another back elbow to Konami. Konami retaliated, and Iida delivered a series of elbows. Konami countered with a middle kick followed by a sliding kick. Death Yamasan and Konami stomped on Iida in their respective corners. Death Yamasan hit Iida with a hair whip and a camel clutch. Konami, who had tagged in, hit Iida with a soccer ball kick followed by a sleeper hold. When Iida escaped to the ropes, Konami delivered a series of stomps, slammed her into the corner, and hit her with a soccer ball kick. Iida went for an elbow, but Konami stood up to receive it. Iida dodged Konami's charge and hit a reverse chop followed by a dropkick. Riho hit Konami with a jumping knee attack. Deathyama broke up the pin and teamed up with Konami, but Riho swung them both with a DDT and then hit Konami with a diving body attack. Konami got into an armbar on Riho. Iida tried to break it up, but Deathyama separated them. Konami got behind Riho, but Riho countered with a foot stomp. Iida was then entrusted with a series of reverse chops on Konami. Iida went for a body slam, but Konami resisted and hit a middle kick. Deathyama followed with a senton, but it was dodged. Then Iida and Riho hit a combined dropkick, Iida hit a missile kick and a Northern Lights suplex. Deathyama kicks out at the last moment and Iida climbs onto the corner. Konami drops her with a deadly drive and a middle kick, followed by Deathyama with a senton. Iida kicks out and Deathyama declares he's going for a brainbuster but is thrown in the opposite direction and hit with Riho's 619. Iida goes for the Iidabashi but is cut off. As Iida charges in, Deathyama gets behind her and applies a backward rolling prawn hold. Deathyama gets the three count over Iida.

The singles match between Jungle Kyona and Himeka, billed as the "5☆STAR Special Singles Match," is a highly anticipated match that didn't happen in the league tournament due to them being in different blocks, and it will take place in the 5☆STAR GP pursuit match. Himeka made her debut and immediately came in second place. Kyona, who has participated for five consecutive years but once again missed out on her first victory, cannot afford to lose this match. Himeka is sure to come at her with the momentum she gained from her second-place finish. A heated battle for the title of Stardom's number one power fighter is expected
Himeka entered the ring accompanied by DDM members Giulia, Shuri, and Maika. However, as soon as Kyoko entered the ring, the Artist of Stardom champions left as if to say they were leaving it to her. After a lock-up, Himeka pushed Kyoko away and stood firm. Himeka raised her hands high to invite Kyoko into a four-point grip. After a test of strength, Kyoko tightened her grip on Himeka's arm. Himeka countered, and after a struggle for the arm, Kyoko applied a headlock. Himeka went for a head scissors, but Kyoko escaped. Kyoko countered Himeka's attempt at an Argentine backbreaker. Himeka responded to Kyoko's charge with a shoulder tackle. Himeka then threw her high into the air with a body slam. She followed up with another body slam, taking some time to hang in the air. Himeka stomped on Kyoko's back and delivered a series of hair whips. She then drove Kyoko into the ropes, stomped on her face, and went for a body slam followed by a reverse Boston crab. As Kyoka escapes, Himeka delivers a knee attack from behind. Kyoka retaliates with a series of elbows. Himeka fights back and throws Kyoka into the ropes. They exchange shoulder tackles, with Kyoka gaining the upper hand. Kyoka attempts a body slam, but Himeka resists and tries to throw her. Kyoka resists, but Himeka delivers a lariat. Kyoka sends Himeka flying with a series of lariats and goes for a reverse figure-four leglock. Kyoka attempts a diving body press followed by a scorpion deathlock. Himeka resists, and Kyoka puts her weight into pinning her down. Himeka breaks free and prevents the scorpion deathlock. Himeka delivers a spinning side buster. Both are down, and Kyoka delivers an elbow, Himeka retaliates, and they exchange elbows. Kyoka wins the exchange. Himeka gets up and knocks Kyoka down with a flurry of elbows. Himeka charges in and delivers a lariat. Kyoka endures a series of attacks and they exchange lariats. Himeka then gains the upper hand, but Kyoka retaliates. Himeka corners Kyoka and delivers a lariat from behind. She declares she's going for the finish and prepares for a powerbomb. Kyoka counters with a shoulder throw, followed by a brainbuster and a scorpion deathlock. Himeka escapes, and Kyoka steps on her back before climbing onto the corner. Three minutes remaining. Himeka catches up and attempts a superplex. Kyoka lands elbows from both sides, a headbutt, and a powerbomb. But Himeka kicks out. Two minutes remaining. Kyoka prepares for a hammer throw. Himeka resists, but Kyoka delivers a lariat from close range. Kyoka delivers a well-aimed corner lariat. She puts Himeka on the corner and attempts a jungle buster. However, Himeka clears it and counters with a jumping knee. She throws another one, but it's only a two count. Himeka attempts an Argentine backbreaker. She slams Kyoka to the side, but Kyoka kicks out. Himeka charged forward, and Kyoka countered with a lariat. The bell rang, and the match ended in a draw due to time limit

The match between Momo Watanabe, Utami Hayashishita, and Saya Kamitani against Natsuko Tora, Saki Kashima, and Bea Priestley is a unit rivalry between Queens Quest and Oedo Tai. Priestley made a surprise comeback at Korakuen Hall on September 19th , interfering in two consecutive matches and ruining them, before declaring her return to Stardom. An enraged Momo demanded a one-on-one match at Yokohama Budokan on October 3rd . Priestley accepted, making this match a prelude to the Yokohama showdown. Furthermore, Utami (winner of the 5☆STAR GP 2020 ) and Kamitani of QQ are the current Goddesses of Stardom Champions. Priestley held the belts in a tag team with Jamie Hayter, but lost the titles due to the effects of the coronavirus. Therefore, she will likely harbor some resentment towards QQ. This is sure to be a chaotic match.
QQ, who entered later, attacked and the match began. Their target was Natsuko. QQall threeof them. However, Priestley kicked Kamiya on the apron, turning the tables. Kashima shouted, "Don't get cocky!" and cornered Kamiya, attacking him. Oedo Tai cornered Kamiya for their team. Priestley threw Kamiya into the corner and delivered a foot stomp to his back. Natsuko threw QQ out of the ring, separating them, and Priestley applied a submission hold to Kamiya. Natsuko delivered a hair whip and a face wash to Kamiya. Kamiya used the ropes to outmaneuver Kashima and tagged in Utami. Utami delivered a series of shoulder tackles. She cornered Priestley and Kashima and delivered an elbow followed by a dropkick to Kashima's back. Kashima hit Utami with a hurricanrana followed by a big boot. Natsuko delivered a running elbow attack to Utami, but Utami retaliated with a lariat to take her down. However, Natsukoof one. Utami delivers a missile kick and declares she's finished, taking Utami's back. Priestley blocks Utami's German suplex attempt with a Codebreaker. Natsuko charges at Utami, but Momo cuts her off. Momo and Utami launch a corner attack on Natsuko. Utami hits Natsuko with an Argentine backbreaker. Natsuko counters, but Utami throws her. Natsuko catches Utami and gives her a backflip. Priestley and Momo exchange kicks. Momo hits Priestley with a dropkick. Momo's brainbuster attempt is blocked, and she and Priestley exchange elbows. Momo hits Priestley with a scrap buster, but it's only a two count. Momo hits Priestley with a missile kick from the corner. Priestley counters, and Momo applies a chicken wing face lock. Momo gets ready for a Tequila, but Priestley blocks it and Natsu pulls her leg from under the ring. Priestley drives Momo into the corner and puts her on his shoulders. Momo rolls her up as she attempts a Queen's Landing. When Prestley returns the move, Momo attempts a Soumatou, but it's also reversed. Momo returns the move and lands a kick to the side of the head. Kamiya hits Prestley with a dropkick followed by a reverse figure-four leglock.10minutes have passed. Prestley escapes and Kamiya throws him into the corner. Prestley dodges and the Oedo Tai team launch a running attack. Natsuko lifts Prestley up and he delivers a diving foot stomp, but QQ makes the break. Prestley attempts a back drop hold on Kamiya. Kamiya counters with a dropkick, and with Utami and Momo's support, Kamiya delivers a standing double knee drop. Kamiya declares he's going for the finish and hits Prestley with a running shooting star, but it's broken up. Natsuko hits Utami with a clothesline and Momo with a spear. Kamiya hits Prestley with a knee kick, but it's only a two count. Kamiya attempts a fisherman suplex on Prestley. Prestley counters with a modified brainbuster. Prestley hits Kamiya with a Kamigoye. The referee counted to three, and Oedo Tai won.

The main event is the Artist of Stardom Championship match. Giulia, Syuri, and Maika will be defending their title for the second time. Their challengers are the STARS team of Mayu Iwatani, Tam Nakano, and Starlight Kid. Giulia and Nakano faced each other in a 5☆STAR GP official match in Fukuoka on September 13th . Nakano won that match, setting the stage for this title match. This match also serves as a preview for the Wonder of Stardom Championship match between Giulia and Nakano, and the World of Stardom Championship match between Iwatani and Syuri, which will take place at Yokohama Budokan on October 3rd . With the singles battles looming, the unit rivalries are sure to heat up.
In the center of the ring, the two glared at each other, and Iwatani offered a handshake, but Shuri refused. In the end, neither side shook hands, and the match started with Shuri and Kid. From a collar-and-elbow lock-up, Kid took the fight to the ropes and delivered an arm whip. Shuri took her down with a front kick, and Kid applied a head scissors. Shuri escaped and tagged in her partner. Maika and Iwatani locked up and struggled for the back. Iwatani grabbed Maika's arm and twisted it, and Maika applied a headlock. Iwatani threw Maika into the ropes, and Maika sent her flying with a shoulder tackle. Iwatani retaliated with an elbow attack, slamming her into the corner and then delivering a running dropkick. Nakano threw Maika into the opposing corner and pointed to Giulia. Giulia came out, and the two glared at each other, bumping their foreheads together. They exchanged elbows, and Nakano grabbed Giulia's hair. Giulia cornered Nakano and stomped on her. Nakano delivered a neckbreaker, and STARS teamed up to deliver a series of neckbreaker attacks to Giulia. STARS delivers a triple dropkick, and Nakano hits a cartwheel double knee. Nakano tries to pull Giulia up, but Giulia knees her in the stomach. DDM isolates Nakano and attacks with all three of them. Giulia body slams Nakano. Maika tags in and attempts a shoulder throw, followed by a hip throw, a tomoe nage, and an osoto gari. Nakano counters, but Shuri stomps on her face. Shuri hits Nakano with a soccer ball kick. Nakano counters, and Shuri applies a sleeper hold. Giulia enters and hits Nakano with a series of elbows, then a sleeper hold and a camel clutch. Then Shuri hits a dropkick from the front. Maika enters and withstands a barrage of elbows from Nakano. Maika charges, but Nakano dodges with a bridge and pins her. Nakano counters with a backflip, but Maika counters that too. Nakano jumps onto Maika and applies a Palo Special. Then all of STARS perform a Palo Special together. Kid delivers a dropkick to Maika, but Shuri interferes on the apron. Shuri and Maika both attempt clotheslines, but Kid dodges and delivers a hurricanrana. Iwatani and Kid perform a 619 together. They then follow up with a moonsault press.Tenminutes have passed. Kid jumps on Maika, but is slammed to the mat instead. Maika hits Kid with a rock bottom. Shuri delivers a series of knees to Kid, a running knee attack, and a sleeper hold. Kid slips past Shuri and delivers a swinging DDT. Iwatani dodges Shuri and rolls her up for a dropkick. After an elbow exchange, Shuri delivers a series of middle kicks. Iwatani counters with a back kick followed by a dropkick to the face. Iwatani attempts a German suplex, but Shuri kicks out. Iwatani lays Shuri down and heads to the corner. Shuri gets up, drops Iwatani, and delivers a front neck chancery followed by a series of soccer ball kicks. She follows up with more kicks from the front, but Iwatani counters. Shuri attempts a German suplex, but Iwatani's shoulders rise. As Shuri charges in, Iwatani hits a Sling Blade. Giulia and Nakano face off. After an exchange of elbows, Giulia catches Nakano's middle kick but is countered. Nakano throws Giulia into the corner and hits a knee attack, Giulia retaliates and they collide in the center of the ring. Giulia lands a series of elbows. Nakano endures and hits a back kick. Giulia jumps in for a submission, but Nakano slams her down like an Air Raid Crash.15minutes have passed. Giulia applies a Manji Gatame, Nakano escapes and Giulia hits a big boot. Giulia pulls Nakano up and says "I'm going to finish this" and goes for a Glorious. Nakano dodges and hits a spin kick. Both are down and exchange strikes. Nakano slaps Giulia, and Giulia slaps back. Nakano hands the ball to Kid. Kid breaks up the DDM and jumps in for a hurricanrana, then charges in for a series of elbows and a fisherman suplex. Giulia kicks out and goes for a swing neckbreaker. Giulia counters with a DDT and a big boot. Iwatani breaks up the cover. Giulia prepares to do a back drop on Kid. Kid resists and Giulia goes for an STF. But Iwatani breaks it up. Giulia does a back drop on Kid. Kid counters and Iwatani and Nakano team up and Kid does a jackknife. DDM breaks it up but STARS do a crossbody attack from three directions. STARS do a plancha to DDM who has gone outside the ring in three directions outside the ring.20minutes have passed. STARS focus their attack on Giulia and Kid does a Kitchan Bomb. Kid climbs to the corner and Maika performs a superplex. Shuri does a knee attack and Giulia does a dropkick. DDM separates STARS and Giulia dodges Kid and does a back drop. Giulia goes for a Glorious but Kid counters and rolls her up. Giulia kicks out and goes for a Kitchan Bomb. Shuri breaks it up and Maika lifts her up and Shuri and Giulia do a kick combo. Giulia delivered a Glorious Driver, and Kid was unable to kick out, resulting in a three-count. After the match, DDM united. Nakano then entered the ring and attacked Giulia. Iwatani and Syuri glared at each other in the ring, and Iwatani proudly displayed her red belt in front of Syuri.
Giulia: "Donna del Mondo is back in Osaka! Last time, the Osaka tournament was canceled right before it was scheduled to take place, and I've been wondering if we'll be able to hold any tournaments today, but I'm relieved that we're able to hold it safely today.
