Making its debut at the Edion Arena 1st Gymnasium, the opening event will feature a title match, now a staple of big matches. This time, it's the Future of Stardom Championship. The Future belt, which Utami Hayashishita relinquished after her title match against Saya Kamitani, was17th, making her the new champion. Maika defeated challenges from Kamitani and Saya Iida, whom she also faced in the three-way match, and this time the belt will be on the line in a three-way match. This could be considered the culmination of the triangle between Maika, Kamitani, and Iida. If Maika successfully defends her title here, it will be a complete victory. However, Kamitani and Iida are not going to be silent. Who will be the last one standing in this three-way match where all three fight simultaneously!?
Kamiya launched a surprise dropkick, and when Iida pinned her, Kamiya went for the cover. Maikaboth ofthem in succession. Kamiya hit Maika with an elbow, and Maika fought back. Kamiya went for a flurry of elbows, and Maika retaliated. Kamiya cornered Maika and continued her barrage of blows. When Kamiya charged, Maika sent her flying with a shoulder tackle. Kamiya did a cartwheel followed by a dropkick. Iida intervened with a dropkick and delivered a series of chops to Maika and Kamiya. She took down Maika, and then Kamiya as well. Maika charged and delivered a shoulder tackle. Iida took the hit and stood up, and they exchanged shoulder tackles. Iida won the exchange. However, Maika quickly sent Iida flying as well. Maika announced and prepared for a brainbuster. Iida countered and rolled her up, but Kamiya broke it up. Kamiya hit Iida with a corner knee attack followed by a dropkick. Kamitani delivered a diving body attack from the corner. Iida countered, and Maika hit Kamitani with a lariat. Kamitani dodged and delivered a knee kick. Kamitani body slammed Iida. She declared she was going for the finish and went to the corner. Maika cut in and eliminated Iida, then delivered a superplex and a major outer reaping throw to Kamitani on the corner.Fiveminutes had passed. Iida hit Maika with a jumping cross chop, declared she was going for the finish and went to the corner, where Maika attempted a superplex. Iida resisted and landed a series of punches to her back, followed by a headbutt and a superplex rolling prawn hold. Maika went outside the ring, and Iida pulled Kamitani up and attempted a Northern Lights suplex. Kamitani resisted and delivered a double kick. Kamitani pulled Iida up and attempted a Star Crusher. Iida dodged and delivered a Northern Lights suplex. Iida went to the corner, but Kamitani slapped him and elbowed him. Iida pounded his chest to encourage himself. Iida delivered a neckbreaker to Kamitani, but it only resulted in a two-count. Iida then hit a vertical drop brainbuster, which resulted in a three-count, and Iida won the Future belt.
Iida: "Finally, finally, I've got the belt on my wrist! Hard work always pays off! Even if you have to crawl on your hands and knees, even if it's unsightly, if you don't give up, your dreams will definitely come true!"
I'm almost at two years into my career. This belt can only be worn for two years. So, it might be a desperate attempt, but would it be alright if it was a belt that could be challenged for even if you have less than three years of experience? Thank you! I'll keep working hard. Maika's comment
—You didn't lose the match, but you did lose the belt
"Well, yes. Well, what is it? The difficulty of the 3-WAY, and Iida's tenacity, I guess (laughs). What is it? I hit my head right now...it feels like a concussion, but just wait a moment (laughs). I'll take back the Future belt again."

Following their appeal at the December 16 Korakuen Hall event, Konami and Bea Priestley have been chosen to challenge Utami Hayashishita & Saya Kamitani for the Goddesses of Stardom Championship. This match will likely be a test run for them as they aim to secure a victory. On the STARS side, this will be a big challenge on a major stage for Ruaka.
The match started with a surprise attack from Oedo Tai. First, Konami and Natsuko attacked Ruaka one after the other. Ruaka delivered a crossbody attack, and when Konami came in, she kicked both of them away. Riho hit Natsuko with a 619 and a diving body attack. When Riho charged, Natsuko hit her with a shoulder tackle. Natsuko hit her with a running elbow attack followed by a cannonball. Riho retaliated, and Konami delivered a series of middle kicks. Riho rolled up Konami as she charged, then delivered a foot stomp and a fisherman suplex. Ruaka delivered a series of shoulder tackles to Konami. Konami got behind Ruaka and applied a sleeper hold followed by an armbar. Ruaka escaped, but Oedo Tai continued with a series of corner attacks. Natsuko caught Riho, and Konami caught Ruaka, but after throwing them into the ropes, they were kicked. Riho and Ruaka cornered Konami with a combined attack. Ruaka landed a series of big boots to Konami's face. Ruaka then attempted a fisherman suplex, but only got a two-count. Natsuko broke up the pin with a chair, and Konami grabbed Ruaka's arm. Natsuko interfered with Riho's attempt to break up the pin, and Ruaka tapped out to a Triangle Lancer, giving Konami the victory

With a new partner, she will be aiming to reclaim the tag team belts. Having lost the Artist of Stardom Championship with Kashima, reclaiming the belts is Oedo Tai's top priority. They will want to win this match to build momentum, but their opponents are also on a roll, DDM. They will want to pass the baton to the semi-final in good form, setting the stage for the Giulia vs. Syuri match
Following the previous match, the match started with a surprise attack by the Oedo Tai. Outside the ring, Kashima tormented Himeka and Priestley attacked Natsupoi. Priestley delivered a foot stomp on the apron. He brought Himeka back into the ring and pinned her to the ropes, with Kashima joining in. Priestley caught Himeka's charge and slammed her into the corner. Kashima and Priestley delivered a combined dropkick and big boot. Kashima scratched Himeka's face and jumped on her, applying a Manji-gatame (figure-four hold). When Himeka escaped, Kashima attacked her arm and kicked it upwards. Priestley prepared to body slam Himeka. Himeka resisted, and Priestley slammed her into the corner. Himeka sent Priestley flying with a shoulder tackle and handed her over to Natsupoi. Natsupoi delivered a low dropkick followed by a diving body attack to Priestley. When Priestley kicked out, Kashima joined in and interfered. The Oedo Tai team catches Natsupoi, but Himeka pushes them both down. Priestley hits Natsupoi with a knee attack and a neckbreaker. Kashima hits Natsupoi in the face with a big boot. Natsupoi hits a neckbreaker, and Himeka delivers a series of shoulder tackles. Himeka puts Kashima in a reverse figure-four leglock. Himeka hits Kashima with a knee attack from behind. Kashima counters, and Himeka assumes an Argentine backbreaker stance. Kashima dodges and hits a hurricanrana with a big boot. Himeka counters and throws Kashima into the corner before charging. Kashima dodges, and the Oedo Tai team launches a combined attack. Kashima hits a diving foot stomp. Priestley hits a Codebreaker, and Kashima goes for the cover, but Himeka's shoulders are raised. Himeka hits Kashima with a knee attack and a PK as Kashima charges. Kashima counters, and Himeka declares her finish. She lifts Kashima up in an Argentine backbreaker and slams her forward. Kashima kicks out at the last moment, and Himeka hits her with a lariat from behind. She then lifts up Prestley, who tries to interfere, and puts him in an Argentine backbreaker. Natsupoi does a plancha to the Oedo Tai members who have gone outside the ring.Tenminutes have passed. Kashima tries to turn the tables and rolls up Himeka, but Natsupoi breaks it up. Himeka hits Kashima with a lariat and a running powerbomb. Kashima can't kick out, and Himeka gets the three count.

AZM, who suffered a left hand injury at the Toyama tournament and had been absent from the tour despite accompanying the team, will be making her comeback in a High Speed Championship match against a challenger from another promotion. Her opponent is Mei Hoshizuki of Marvelous. AZM faced Hoshizuki in a six- person tag team match against Marvelous, led by Takumi Iroha, at Korakuen Hall on September 28th , but lost the match and demanded a one-on-one match for the belt. However, Hoshizuki was not interested in a match, but rather wanted to form a tag team. Hoshizuki has shown remarkable growth, winning the Sendai Girls' Wild Horse Tournament and capturing the junior heavyweight belt. How will AZM, whose injury has not fully healed, face off against Hoshizuki? The High Speed Championship is in danger of being lost to another promotion.
Hoshizuki extends his hand for a handshake, and AZM slowly responds. Hoshizuki dodges AZM's attack and uses the ropes. AZM takes Hoshizuki's back and takes him to the corner. AZM enters from the apron and rolls him up. AZM escapes Hoshizuki's head scissors and breaks the hold. AZM quickly applies an armlock, but Hoshizuki's feet reach the ropes. AZM gets fired up and throws Hoshizuki into the corner for a running dropkick. Hoshizuki kicks out, and AZM applies an armlock to force a submission. Hoshizuki reaches for the ropes and successfully escapes. AZM taunts, "What's wrong, come on," and "Is that all you've got?" Hoshizuki comes forward with a series of elbows, but AZM kicks him down. AZM dodges a dropkick, but Hoshizuki leaps onto the apron and delivers a dropkick of his own. He then delivers eight more dropkicks inside the ring. AZM kicks out, and Hoshizuki goes for three consecutive cover. Hoshizuki helps AZM up and delivers an elbow, which AZM retaliates. As AZM tries to do a wall jump, Hoshizuki throws him out of the ring. AZM dodges a dropkick outside the ring and delivers a kick while running along the apron. AZM returns and waits for Hoshizuki. He holds Hoshizuki on the apron and delivers a head scissors DDT and a brainbuster. Hoshizuki kicks out, and AZM declares he's going for the finish. He dives from the corner, but Hoshizuki dodges and rolls him up. AZM pins him, and as soon as he's kicked out, Hoshizuki locks his arm. AZM transitions into an armbar and tightens the hold. AZM declares he's going for the finish with a body slam and a diving foot stomp, but Hoshizuki kicks out. AZM charges in with precision and applies a Mystica armbar, which Hoshizuki kicks out of, leading to an exchange of roll-ups. AZM charges in, but Hoshizuki catches him, and they continue to exchange roll-ups. AZM managed to kick out at the last moment, but Hoshizuki didn't give up on the roll-up. AZM somehow managed to survive, but Hoshizuki rolled him up again. The exchange of two-counts continued, but once again AZM was pushed to the brink.Tenminutes had passed. In the end, it was AZM who rolled him up. After the match,the twocongratulated each other on their hard-fought battle.
AZM's comment

"I'm exhausted. It's been a long time since I've been this tired. It was my comeback match, and it's not that I've lost my stamina, but I think it was the quickest I've ever had a match. It was a match that made me feel glad that I got to meet Hoshizuki, who isn't in Stardom anymore."

Furthermore, the Cosmic Angels defeated Oedo Tai at Korakuen Hall on December 16th , capturing the Artist of Stardom Championship in a single match. The belt will now be on the line in the six- woman tag team elimination match that was originally scheduled for this event . An unusual artist match conducted in an elimination format. Will the "answer" to the STARS problem be revealed in this match !?
Iwatani and Nakano face off as starters. After a staring contest, they close in and Iwatani throws Nakano into the ropes. Nakano dodges and attempts a spin kick, but Iwatani dodges that too and jumps on her. Nakano endures and delivers an RKO and a double knee drop. Iwatani retaliates, and STARS grabs Nakano and launches a coordinated attack.The three ofthem launch a corner attack followed by simultaneous dropkicks. Iwatani hits Nakano with a soccer ball kick. Gokigen hits Nakano with a modified stretch. Kid hits Nakano with a body slam. Kid taunts Nakano and slaps him in the face. Nakano retaliates with a low kick, but Gokigen interferes, and Iwatani joins in, and Nakano hits them all with a DDT. Nakano dives to the outside with an assist from Kozuen. Shirakawa hits Kid with a flying cross chop and a hanging ceiling. Kid and Gokigen team up, but Shirakawa and Unagi reverse the situation, and Shirakawa hits a neckbreaker and a dropkick. Kid hits Shirakawa with an arm whip and a low dropkick. Gokigen attempts a senton, but Shirakawa dodges and delivers a back elbow. Gokigen tries to impale Unagi, but he dodges it each time. Nevertheless, he lands a hell thrust followed by a senton. Gokigen signals for a brainbuster but is slammed instead. Unagi delivers a side slam followed by a guillotine drop. Gokigen kicks out and Unagi delivers a mad splash from the corner. Unagi, whose attempt was broken up, attempts a gory special. Gokigen counters with a rolling prawn hold. Gokigen leaves the ring. Kid hits Nakano with a hurricanrana, and Iwatani and Kid perform a 619 together. Kid goes for the cover but Nakano kicks out. Kid hits Nakano with a fisherman suplex. Gokigen attempts a senton, and Kid dives from Iwatani's back, but Shirakawa makes the cut. Kid attempts a tiger suplex on Nakano. Nakano counters with a back drop. Nakano and Shirakawa deliver a combined strike, with Nakano dropping a Destiny Hammer on Kid. Nakano then hits Kid with a German Suplex. Kid gets up and retaliates with a Tiger Suplex. The referee counts to three and Kid removes Nakano. Shirakawa hits Kid with a Flying Cross Chop, and as he grabs Kid's arm, Iwatani breaks it up. Kid and Iwatani deliver a Brainbuster. Kid and Iwatani head to the corner. They attempt a double dive, but Shirakawa delivers a dropkick, sending Iwatani tumbling and out of the ring. Shirakawa hits Kid with an Implant DDT. Kid kicks out, and Shirakawa slams him forward from a back drop position. Kid kicks out again, and Shirakawa delivers a series of elbows. Kid throws Shirakawa into the corner and charges. Shirakawa tries to drop him. A dropkick sends Kid out of the ring. Shirakawa hits Gokigen with a dropkick and attempts a back drop. Gokigen counters, but Shirakawa gets on top. Gokigen kicks out, and Shirakawa delivers an aerial body slam. Gokigen retaliates but takes a back blow. Shirakawa delivers a hip drop from the corner. Gokigen retaliates, and15minutes have passed. Shirakawa slams Gokigen forward with a GSS. Gokigen is unable to retaliate, and Kozuen retains his title.
Shirakawa: "We successfully defended the Artist's Belt for the first time! It was a tough elimination match, but we can ring in the new year as champions. Thank you. To everyone in Osaka, the three of us will come back to Osaka with the belts. We look forward to seeing you there!"
Tamu: "With our victory today, Cosmic Angels hereby declare: We are leaving STARS and starting anew as a new unit from today!"

—What is the source of this team's strength?
Nakano: "The strength of this team? We're weak (laughs). This team is weak. Everyone's still inexperienced, and they're all former idols who are a bit frivolous. They're just cute. But idols are dirtier than any pro wrestler. I think it's that never-give-up spirit."
--I heard that Shirakawa has had a tough time in the gravure industry, is that true for everyone?
Nakano: "You've been through quite a bit of hell, haven't you?"
Eel: "That's right."
Shirakawa: "Maybe we haven't lived cool lives. We've lived really uncool lives. But the three of us, despite being uncool, are going to create a brighter future."
Unagi: "I think it's incredibly promising, so I want to push forward even more. -- What kind of dreams do you see?"
Unagi: "To be honest, I'm getting on in years, and to be honest, I'm relatively new to the industry. But even so, if you have a dream and don't give up, there's no limit to how far you can go. I want to show everyone that it's never too late to start anything."
Shirakawa: "I've recently been doing interviews and it's given me a new dream. Up until now, I've been working hard for myself without thinking too much, but as I've gotten older, people have been saying that it's too late to start pro wrestling. But if I hadn't started, I would have regretted it even more, and now that I've started, I have a dream to show women of my generation that as long as you keep having your dreams, you can do anything, anytime."
--What do you think of these two as partners? Nakano: "I rely on them (laughs). They both have things that I don't have, so in that respect. Chanmina is smart, and Una is... energetic and cheerful. I don't think there's anyone else who trusts me as much as they do, so I trust them both too."

11・15In Sendai, Utami Hayashishita defeated Mayu Iwatani to capture the World of Stardom Championship. After the match, Giulia and Syuri of DDM stepped forward as challengers, but Utami chose Queen's Quest stablemate Momo Watanabe as her opponent for her first title defense. This set the stage for a showdown between Giulia and Syuri, resulting in a double-title match with both of their belts on the line. For Giulia, it will be her fourth defense of the white belt, while for Syuri, it will be her first defense of the SWA World Championship, which she had just won. The two previously faced each other in a singles match at this year's "Cinderella Tournament," where Syuri suffered a bitter defeat in the Over the Ring, while Giulia gained a foothold towards winning the tournament. Will the two belts be unified? What will be the outcome of this stablemate showdown...?
As Shuri approaches, Giulia also moves forward, they shake hands, and the bell rings. First, they lock up and grapple, testing their strength. Shuri pushes forward, then cautiously pretends to break, but goes for Giulia's arm and takes her to the ground. Giulia grabs her neck, and Shuri goes for a head scissors, but Giulia escapes and they stare each other down. After a cautious feeling-out, they get into a four-point stance. Giulia grabs Shuri's arm, and Shuri takes it back. Giulia locks her legs and takes her to the ground. When Giulia goes for her arm, Shuri goes for a front neck lock. Giulia retaliates with a neck lock of her own. Shuri gets on top and cautiously creates some distance. They get into a four-point stance and again grapple for necks and arms. Shuri goes for a head lock, and Giulia throws her into the ropes, but Shuri takes her down with a shoulder tackle. The two bump foreheads and glare at each other. Giulia goes for an elbow, and Shuri lands a dropkick. She sends Shuri tumbling to the outside with a lariat, and Giulia also goes ringside and grabs a chair. Five minutes have passed. Giulia makes Shuri sit on the chair and delivers a big boot to her. Giulia taunts Shuri with a chair in her hand, shouting "Come on!" Shuri kicks Giulia down as she sits on the chair. Shuri stomps on Giulia outside the ring, then runs along the apron and delivers a knee attack. Shuri brings Giulia back into the ring and covers her with a soccer ball kick followed by a one-legged cover. When Giulia kicks out, Shuri corners her and delivers a series of running knee attacks. When Giulia kicks out again, Shuri goes for a reverse figure-four leglock. Giulia escapes to the ropes. Shuri delivers a front neck chancery drop. Giulia kicks out and goes for an elbow. Shuri stands firm and lets her attack. Giulia charges forward, and after dodging kicks, Shuri slams Giulia down with a DDT. 10 minutes have passed. Shuri delivers a series of middle kicks. Giulia retaliates with a big boot. Shuri lands a knee as Giulia charges. Giulia attempts a neckbreaker followed by a running charge, but is dodged, though she switches to a neckbreaker. Shuri clears Missile Kick. Giulia counters and immediately goes for STF. Shuri escapes and hits Codebreaker followed by a middle kick. Giulia counters and Shuri charges. Giulia catches her and hits a Falcon Arrow. Giulia retaliates against Shuri's German Suplex with the same move. Shuri quickly kicks Giulia down. Both are down. They exchange elbows while on their knees. Giulia shouts, "That hurts, damn it!" and "This is fun, damn it!" as she hits. They grab hands and exchange elbows. Giulia lands a flurry of blows and 15 minutes have passed. Shuri is down and Giulia kicks her in the face. Giulia kicks Shuri in the face and charges. Shuri counters with a kick followed by an upward kick to the face. Now it's Giulia's turn to be down. Shuri gets Giulia up and hits her with a series of kicks. A right high kick takes Giulia down. Shuri gets her up again and hits her with a series of middle kicks. Giulia grabbed Shuri's leg as she kicked and threw an elbow, but Shuri dodged it and knocked her down with a middle kick. Shuri pulled Giulia up and hoisted her onto her shoulders. However, Giulia countered with a modified Manji Gatame (figure-four leglock). Shuri slammed her to the mat, but Giulia kicked out. Shuri went outside the ring and landed a series of knees to Giulia's abdomen on the ramp, then took her back. However, Giulia countered with a Glorious Driver. Both were down on the ramp. Shuri and Giulia rolled down the ramp towards the ring. Giulia got up and overtook Shuri, surviving first. Shuri also survived at the 19 count, and 20 minutes had passed. Giulia put Shuri on the corner and delivered a Glorious Buster from the top rope. Giulia grabbed her arm and applied a Stealth Viper. Giulia spun her around and continued to tighten the hold. However, Shuri's feet reached the ropes. She slammed her to the mat, but Shuri kicked out at the 2 count. Giulia charged with a big boot, but Shuri dodged it and applied a sleeper hold. Giulia then attempted a back drop and went for a Glorious Driver. When Shuri countered, Giulia went for a double-arm hold and a package piledriver. 25 minutes had passed. Shuri threw Giulia and followed up with a soccer ball kick and a scorpion deathlock. When Giulia escaped, Shuri slammed her into the corner and delivered a series of knee attacks from behind. Shuri slammed her with a complete shot, but Giulia kicked out. Shuri attempted a German suplex, but Giulia kicked out at one count. Three minutes remaining. Shuri countered Giulia's attempt at a back drop. Giulia countered again and delivered a back drop followed by a kick to the face. Shuri kicked out, with two minutes remaining. Giulia delivered a sit-down Glorious Driver. Shuri kicked out, with less than a minute remaining. Shuri attempted a buzzsaw kick, but Giulia grabbed the ropes. Shuri pulled Giulia up, but Giulia headbutted her. Both were down. The bell rang as they lay on the ground. When they got up, they exchanged a hug. Afterward, Julia and Akari bowed in that order, then shook hands and congratulated each other on their efforts.

Up until now, Stardom has used the Edion Arena's second arena for its Osaka events, but this time it will be making its debut in the "upper" first arena. The main event will be a World of Stardom Championship match between Utami Hayashishita and Momo Watanabe. Hayashishita won the red belt for the first time on her second attempt at the event in Sendai on November 15th . After the match, she chose Momo, her Queen's Quest stablemate who has yet to win a singles match, from among Giulia, Syuri, and Momo. Momo, who once reigned as the absolute champion of the white belt, has yet to hold the red belt. As Momo scouted Hayashishita after her debut and together they won the tag team belts, she feels that Hayashishita has beaten her to it. Despite being from the same stable, Momo intends to unleash her pride as a homegrown talent. How will the new champion face off against her? In this event, which will serve as the prologue to the 10th anniversary year, who will be crowned victorious in the main event—Hayashita or Momo !?

When Momo kicked out, Utami applied an Achilles lock. Momo escaped, but Utami delivered a dropkick to her right leg. When Momo kicked out, Utami delivered a series of stomps. Momo was thrown into the corner and delivered a swinging DDT. Momo delivered a middle kick to Utami, who had gone outside the ring from the apron. Utami dodges and lands a shoulder tackle. Utami lands a corner elbow attack and a dropkick. A missile kick and a lariat. She declares she's going for the finish, and although Utami tries to counter, she lifts her up and throws her backward. As Utami climbs to the corner, Momo gets up and performs a superplex suplex. Momo lands a kick to the side of Utami's head. Utami catches the second kick and applies a sleeper hold. She transitions into a body-scissors front neck lock, and15minutes have passed. Momo escapes, and Utami prepares for a piledriver. Momo counters with a B-driver. Both are down, but get up at the count of eight. Momo attempts a Dragon, but Utami quickly counters and they exchange elbows. Momo collapses but counters with a high kick, Soumatou, and a Dragon Sleeper. She transitions to a body-scissors to the ground, but Utami manages to escape. Momo climbs to the corner and attempts a diving Soumatou. Utami counters and delivers a superplex bat drop to Momo in the corner,20minutes have passed. Utami goes from an Argentine backflip to a Torture Rack Bomb. However, Momo's shoulders are raised. Momo goes for a triangle choke, but Utami lifts her up and slams her down. Utami spins high into the air from a Canadian backflip, but Momo counters with a Dragon Sleeper. Momo attempts a Tequila Sunrise, but Utami counters. Utami also cleared the Peach Sunrise. Momo landed a series of blows on Utami. She helped the downed Utami up and went for the Peach Sunrise. Utami countered, but Momo went for it again. Utami countered again and delivered a back drop. Utami got behind Momo and delivered a German suplex. She landed it again and then yet another German suplex. However, Momo kicked out at the last moment. Utami pulled Momo up, lifted her high into the air in a Canadian canopy, spun her around, slammed her down, and covered her for the three count, and Utami successfully defended her title.
Utami: "Momo, you were really strong. But I'm Utami Hayashishita, the World of Stardom Champion. I won today with my power. Momo couldn't beat me, the World Champion, but that's not disappointing at all! Momo is the best leader of Queen's Quest. Let's fight again. I'd like to say that my next title defense will be on March 3rd at the Nippon Budokan, but before that, I'd10thanniversary in January."

—You took some pretty tough hits outside the ring, didn't you?
"My neck is already taking damage from regular matches, but I never expected Momo to use such a brutal move on me outside the ring, and the subsequent matches were really tough, but she had to come that far because this is a battle for leadership, to create a new era for Stardom. I was actually happy that she came that far."
—How do you feel as a champion after successfully defending your title?
"Holding this belt makes me feel an even greater sense of responsibility as a leader. After successfully defending it today, I feel a stronger sense of responsibility to protect Stardom."
—Why are you deliberately holding a title defense match before the Budokan event?
"That's right. Former champion Mayu Iwatani defended her title many times in a short period of time. I want to defend my title just as many times as former champion Mayu Iwatani and set a record for the most title defenses, so I don't think I have time to rest as champion. --Your costume is in the champion's colors, isn't it?"
"Now that I've won the red belt, I've had a special costume made just for the red belt. Don't you think it's a cool, bright red costume befitting the red belt champion, Utami Hayashishita? I'll wear this for the rest of my life and defend it over and over again."
— Maika volunteered to be your opponent in the next title defense, right?
"It hasn't even been two years since Maika debuted. I thought it was a little too early, but when Maika was around that age, I had already won four belts by the time it had been less than two years. However, I think Maika is an amazing wrestler compared to most rookies, so in order to create a new era and a new Stardom, she has to defend her title against people of her own generation and age. —What do you think about closing out the event at this venue?
"As you all know, I've always been a pro wrestling fan, so of course I've watched pro wrestlers compete in this huge venue, and to be able to be in the main event, walk down the aisle at the end, and win and close it out with my own strength makes me incredibly happy. I want to tell my past self, the fan from years ago, that you successfully defended your title and closed out the event."
--New Japan has announced a special match for their January 5th Tokyo Dome event. What are your thoughts on that?
"Of course. Of course, of course, I don't think the card has been decided yet, but who would participate if Utami Hayashishita, the leader of the new era of Stardom and Red Belt Champion, wasn't there? I'm sure I'll be in the card for the January 5th sponsored match, so please look forward to it."
—The tag team championship has been decided for the final match of the year
"Before I knew it, the challengers had been decided and officially announced. My opponents are Konami and Bea. Both are former Queen's Quest members. Bea Priestley in particular is a hateful opponent who betrayed Queen's Quest in the way she did. Originally, I intended to take the Goddess belts from Bea and the others, so from my perspective, this is fantastic. In fact, I want to quickly put Bea on the line for the belts, officially win, and become the rightful Goddess Champions."
