Ruanka and Rina teamed up, but Hinami dodged and slammed both Rina and Ruanka onto the mat, then stomped on them both. Hinami landed a series of elbows, but Rina applied a Manji Gatame (figure-four hold). AZM entered, but Ruanka separated them. Rinami attempts a Gory Special, but Hinami dodges it and passes to AZM. AZM hits Rinami with a missile kick and a running dropkick. Rinami retaliates, shouting "You old hag!" and unleashes a series of judo moves on AZM. Ruika hits AZM with a running elbow attack. AZM tries a second one but blocks it with a dropkick. AZM grabs Ruika and tries to force a submission. AZM and Ruika exchange elbows. AZM lands a flurry of blows, but Rinami pulls her leg from outside the ring. Rinami and Ruika team up to attack AZM. Ruika slams AZM onto the mat and declares she's going for the finish, attempting a freezer bomb from the corner. However, AZM dodges it and rolls her up. Hinami grabs Ruika and teams up with AZM for a STO. AZM attempts a diving foot stomp, but Ryukana retaliates. AZM then pulls Ryukana up and attempts a hurricanrana. Ryukana dodges and goes for a fisherman suplex. AZM dodges that as well and applies a Mystica-style armlock. He transitions into an armlock and Ryukana gives up, giving AZM the victory

Momo tackles Lady to the ground. Lady tries to get a neck lock but Momo counters. After a struggle for the neck, they stand up and Momo puts in a headlock. Momo takes Lady's shoulder tackle and lands a series of standing elbows, driving Lady into the corner and continuing the barrage. Momo charges in with a running kick but Lady sends her flying with a shoulder tackle. Momo returns Lady's charge with a dropkick. Momo goes for a soccer ball kick and covers Lady but she kicks out at one count. Momo tries to force a submission with a camel clutch. Momo kicks Lady in the face and taunts her, "What's wrong?" Lady charges in but Momo stands firm. Lady lands a series of elbows but Momo sends her flying with one. Momo goes for a kneeling cover but Lady kicks out immediately. Momo catches Lady's kick and lands an elbow. Lady lands a series of big boots but she only gets a two count. Lady prepares for a body slam but Momo resists. In return, Momo delivers three consecutive body slams. When Lady retaliates, Momo lands a series of middle kicks. Even when Momo corners her, Momo lands more middle kicks. When Momo charges, Lady dodges and lands a running big boot. Lady slams Momo high into the air with a body slam, but only gets a two count. Lady shouts, "I'm going to finish this!" and goes for a choke slam. Momo gets behind her and applies a sleeper hold. When Lady escapes, Momo charges. Lady dodges and delivers a Kawazu Otoshi. She then successfully lands a choke slam. However, Momo manages to escape. Lady charges with a series of elbows, but Momo counters with a middle kick and heads to the corner. Lady catches up and tries to throw her after a series of elbows. Momo breaks the hold, but only gets a two count. Momo locks Lady in a sleeper hold. She transitions into a chicken wing face lock with a body scissors hold, and Lady gives up, with Momo declared the winner

Donna del Mondo, consisting of Shuri and Maika, will face Queen's Quest, consisting of Utami Hayashishita and Saya Kamitani, in a tag team match. Shuri and Utami were scheduled to face each other in the second round of the Cinderella Tournament, but the April 30KorakuenHall event was canceled, and the second round14Korakuen Hall. Although the date has changed, it remains a preliminary match. Furthermore, Utami and Kamitani now have a chance to challenge for the Goddesses of Stardom Championship held by Giulia and Shuri. The former champions have entered the Goddesses of Stardom Championship 4-Way Tag Team Match to be held in Fukuoka on May 5 to determine the next challengers. If they win there, they will challenge the champion team, which will be the winner of the Giulia & Shurivs.Momo & AZM match held in Hiroshima on May 2. For that reason, this match will be a match that neither team can afford to lose in many ways. It is a tag team match where the intentions of both teams intersect.

Utami tries to counter with a headlock of her own, but Shuri gets the hold back and takes it to the ground. Utami throws Shuri into the ropes, but Shuri hits a shoulder tackle. Utami resists and instead sends Shuri flying. QQ confuses Shuri with double rope work and then combines with a dropkick. Utami puts Shuri in a front neck lock and hands her to Kamiya. Kamiya gives Shuri a body slam. Shuri kicks back and hits a soccer ball kick. Kamiya kicks back and Shuri tags in Maika. Maika throws Kamiya and Shuri hits a dropkick. DDM applies armbars from both sides. Utami tries to break it up, but they are quickly separated. Shuri corners Kamiya and stomps on her repeatedly. She stomps on her face and then delivers a running knee attack. When Kamiya kicks out, Shuri throws Utami, who is on the sidelines, down and stomps on Kamiya repeatedly. Maika grabs Kamiya with the ropes, and Shuri joins in, stomping on her face. Maika delivers a body slam to Kamiya. Shuri delivers a front neck chancery drop followed by a stomp on her face. As Shuri charges, Kamiya delivers a dropkick. Utami delivers a dropkick to Shuri. Maika interferes and DDM delivers a clothesline. Utami dodges and delivers a dropkick to both of them. Utami delivers an elbow and a missile kick to Shuri. When Shuri kicks out, Utami applies a sleeper hold. Utami tries to go for a bat drop from an Argentine backbreaker, but Shuri resists and goes for an armbar. Utami resists and they exchange elbows. Shuri delivers a series of middle kicks, which Utami catches but is countered with a back kick. Utami attempts a lariat, but Shuri counters with a knee attack. Utami attempts a German suplex, but Shuri counters with another knee attack. Maika delivers a running lariat to Utami. She lands another lariat, but Utami kicks out. Maika announces and prepares for a brainbuster. Utami dodges and goes for an Argentine backbreaker. Maika quickly escapes and delivers a lariat. Utami dodges it and lifts her up for a backflip. Kamitani delivers a series of elbows to Maika.10minutes have passed. Kamitani attempts a dropkick, but Maika counters with a lariat. Kamitani delivers a knee attack. After dodging each other's moves, Kamitani goes for a reverse Boston crab. Maika reaches the ropes, but Kamitani doesn't release it immediately. Kamitani delivers a dropkick to Maika's back. Maika kicks out, and Utami interferes and throws her at Kamitani. Kamiya catches up to Northern, but is cut off. Kamiya aims for Star Crusher on Maika. Maika counters with a brainbuster. Kamiya kicks out, but Shuri interferes, slamming Kamiya to the mat and Maika hits a lariat. Shuri hits a middle kick and Maika goes for the cover, but Utami successfully breaks up the pin. Shuri hits Utami with a high kick but is met with a lariat. Kamiya dodges Maika's lariat and hits a knee kick. Kamiya climbs to the corner, but Maika follows and hits a superplex. One minute remaining. Outside the ring, Shuri prevents Utami from interfering. Maika declares she's going for the finish and aims for Enka Otoshi on Kamiya. Kamiya rolls her up but is only counted to two. Kamiya hits a big boot and pulls Maika up, getting ready for a Star Crusher. However, the bell rings to end the match. The match ends in a time-limit draw. After the match, Utami shows off her red belt to Shuri and they glare at each other. Kamiya and Maika glared at each other before leaving the ring.

STARS, consisting of Mayu Iwatani, Starlight Kid, and Hanan, will face off against Donna del Mondo, consisting of Giulia, Himeka, and Natsupoi, in a six-woman tag team match. STARS is currently at a disadvantage in their all-out war with Oedo Tai, but they will be looking to start fresh against DDM. If Iwatani defeats Rina in the second round of the Cinderella Tournament, she will face Himeka in the quarterfinals. This could make this match a preview of that upcoming match. Iwatani will also be competing with Kid in a 4-Way Tag Team Match to determine the next challengers for the Goddesses of Stardom Championship. If they win on May 5th in Fukuoka, they will have a chance to become tag team champions. They will want to build momentum to achieve results as a tag team with Kid. Of course, the high-speed showdown between Kid and High Speed Champion Natsupoi is also not to be missed. Furthermore, the question remains how far the rapidly improving Hanan can penetrate DDM's stronghold. With Iida Saya absent and the "Gokigen desu☆" tag team taken away by Oedo Tai, STARS' strength has been diminished, so there are high expectations for Hanan's further progress

DDM follows up with a running attack, and the trio delivers a hip drop. DDM traps Hanan in the corner as a trio. Giulia applies a sleeper hold to Hanan, then a camel clutch, and then a body scissors sleeper hold. Himeka corners Hanan and stomps on her face, then delivers a long-hanging body slam followed by a reverse figure-four leglock. Hanan comes in with an elbow, but Himeka stands firm to receive it. Hanan tries to throw Himeka, but Himeka dodges. However, Hana stops Himeka's charge and slams her to the mat. Iwatani dodges Himeka and delivers a dropkick. Natsupoi interferes and teams up with Himeka, but Iwatani arm whips them both. Iwatani and Kid exchange low dropkicks. Iwatani gets behind Himeka, but Himeka counters and hits her with a lariat. Giulia and Natsupoi throw Iwatani into the ropes and launch a coordinated attack. Giulia delivers an elbow drop and goes for the cover, but Iwatani kicks out. Iwatani delivers a back kick followed by a sling blade. Kid hits Giulia with a diving body attack and a flying cross chop. Giulia kicks out and Kid goes for a fisherman suplex. Giulia resists and Kid hits her with an elbow. Giulia takes the hit and says, "That really hurts." Giulia takes a series of elbows from Kid and gets back up. Giulia hits back and they exchange elbows. Giulia delivers a neckbreaker drop. Kid kicks out and Giulia prepares for a back drop. Kid endures and charges, but Giulia hits him with a big boot. She ties him to the ropes and grabs his mask. Iwatani comes to his rescue, and Kid captures Giulia, tying her to the ropes as STARS launch a coordinated attack. Iwatani and Kid perform a pincer 619 followed by a standing moonsault.10minutes have passed. Natsupoi tries to break up Kid, but Iwatani drives her out of the ring. Kid hits Giulia with a fisherman suplex. Giulia retaliates, and Kid heads to the corner. Giulia gets up and delivers a series of elbows from the corner, followed by a superplex. Kid tries a neckbreaker on Giulia, but is met with a back drop. Hanan hits Natsupoi with a series of dropkicks. Natsupoi retaliates and tries a neckbreaker. Hanan counters with a dropkick, an outer leg sweep, and lifts Hanan into a Canadian suplex, but Iwatani kicks her. Hanan attempts a double wrist arm drag, but it is cut off. Hana picked up Natsupoi and lifted her up, but Natsupoi escaped and Himeka delivered a knee, Giulia a dropkick, and Natsupoi a backlash. However, this was also broken up. Hana rolled up Natsupoi. Natsupoi kicked out and delivered a thrust kick and a Northern Suplex. Hana kicked out, and Natsupoi delivered an Aerial Gift. Hana was unable to kick out and the referee counted to three. After the match, Giulia and Kid got into a brawl.

In the main event, Tam Nakano, Mina Shirakawa, and Sayaka Unagi of COSMIC ANGELS will face off against Natsuko Tora, Konami, and Fukigen Desu★ of Oedo Tai in a match to determine the record for the most defenses of the Artist of Stardom Championship. Long-term reigns are difficult in the Artist of Stardom division, but if Nakano's team defends the title here, it will be their fourth defense. This would tie them with the 4th champions, Hiroyo Matsumoto, Miho Wakizawa, and Mayu Iwatani, and the18thchampions, Iwatani, Saki Kashima, and Nakano. Initially, Kashima was listed as a challenger for Oedo Tai, but she is currently absent due to illness. Following Natsuko's appeal, the members were changed, and the match will now take place at this event after the cancellation of the Osaka event. Oedo Tai won the unit tournament and is also putting pressure on STARS, with whom they are currently in an all-out war. Will they seize the Artist of Stardom belt here and take the top spot in the unit struggle, or will Cozuen tie the record for most defenses? The next challengers are the DDM team of Maika, Himeka, and Natsupoi, making this an important title match that will give us a glimpse into the future of unit competition.
The match began when Oedo Tai launched a surprise attack just as Nakano was being called out last. Kozuen sent Oedo Tai out of the ring with a triple dropkick. However, Oedo Tai quickly returned and knocked Kozuen, who was appealing to the ropes, out of the ring. Oedo Tai took the lead in the brawl outside the ring. Konami brought Unagi back into the ring and attacked her while she was pinned against the ropes. Konami applied a sleeper hold over the ropes. Fukigen rubbed Unagi's face against the ropes. Natsuko applied a camel clutch to Unagi. Fukigen entered the ring and stomped on her face. Natsuko gave Unagi a hair whip followed by a face wash. Fukigen bit Unagi's forehead. Unagi stopped Fukigen's charge and delivered a body slam. However, Fukigen followed up with a series of stomps. Konami also delivered a series of stomps. As Konami charged, Unagi delivered a face crusher followed by a guillotine choke. Nakano enters the ring and delivers a shoulder tackle to Konami. However, Natsuko and Fukigen interfere. Nakano corners all three of them and delivers a running elbow and a diving body attack. When Nakano charges forward, Konami catches her and goes for an armbar. Konami grabs Nakano's kicking leg and applies a heel hold. Nakano counters, but Konami delivers a dropkick and a fisherman suplex. Natsuko delivers a senton to Nakano. After an exchange of elbows, Nakano attempts a back drop, but Natsuko resists. However, with an assist from Kozuen, Nakano delivers a back drop. Shirakawa delivers a flying cross chop followed by a hurricanrana-style Kawazu Otoshi to Natsuko. Natsuko counters and grabs Shirakawa's nose and attacks. After slamming her to the mat, Natsuko charges forward, but Shirakawa dodges and delivers a dropkick and an elbow attack from behind. Natsuko counters, and Shirakawa delivers a running elbow attack. When Natsuko dodged, the Oedo Tai members launched a series of impaling attacks, with Natsuko hitting a Cannonball and a Frog Splash. However, Shirakawa managed to raise her shoulder.Tenminutes had passed. Natsuko attempted to send Shirakawa to heaven, but Nakano made the cut. In the ensuing brawl, Fukigen hit Shirakawa with a big boot and a kick to the face. However, his pre-announced brainbuster was reversed and he was hit instead. Konami entered the ring and attempted a brainbuster on Fukigen to reset the situation. All the members of the Oedo Tai team entered the ring and threw Kozuen. Kozuen threw the Oedo Tai members out of the ring, and Nakano dove in. Shirakawa hit Fukigen with a diving elbow attack. Fukigen kicked out, and Shirakawa attempted a DDT. Fukigen countered and rolled him up. Shirakawa kicked out, and Konami hit a high kick, and Fukigen applied a rolling prawn hold. Shirakawa countered and pinned him for the three count.
Nakano: "The Cosmic Angels have successfully defended their Artist of Stardom Championship. Everyone did a great job. This means we've tied the record for most title defenses in Artist of Stardom history. The Cosmic Angels have only been together for five months, but in our next title defense, we will break the record for most title defenses of this symbolic belt. Donna del Mondo!"
Maika, Himeka, and Natsupoi entered the ring
Nakano: "Mai, Hime, Poi? I kept my promise. You'll be our opponents in breaking our record for most title defenses, right?"
Natsupoi: "You tied the record for most title defenses, a very close defense, congratulations. Not only did you set the record for most title defenses, but you also won two titles and did a gravure shoot, so I'll do it for you."
Nakano: "Which one do you all want to see? (Responding to a voice saying "Tamu") That's what he said. I'll polish this belt until it shines brightly and wait for you."
