Unagi calls the wrestlers to the center. Lady lines up beside him, and AZM reluctantly agrees. Unagi gets fired up, and Lady responds. AZM shakes hands, and Unagi attacks. Lady and AZM team up and attack Unagi with a spear. Unagi and Lady deliver a combined shoulder tackle to AZM. After a series of spear attacks, Unagi says, "Lady, you've worked hard," and kicks her away. AZM hits Unagi with a missile kick. Unagi retaliates, and AZM applies an armbar. AZM attempts a diving foot stomp, but Unagi dodges, and Lady delivers a big boot. Unagi hits AZM with a chin crusher. Lady runs between the ropes as Unagi attempts a camel, attacking Unagi instead of AZM. AZM rolls up Lady, but Unagi catches them both in a submission hold. They both go for a cover, but AZM and Lady kick out. Lady hits Unagi with a big boot. AZM and Lady go for a cover together, but Unagi kicks out. AZM goes for a dropkick, but Lady betrays him and hits AZM with a big boot. Lady hits them both with a Kawazu Otoshi. Lady helps Unagi up and hits her with a chokeslam, but AZM interferes with the cover with a diving foot stomp. AZM attempts a triangle jump, but Unagi slams her into the top rope. Unagi helps Lady up and puts her in a Daifuhen Gatame. She tightens the hold and Lady gives up, giving Unagi the victory in the 3-Way Match

Queen's Quest, consisting of Utami Hayashishita, Momo Watanabe, and Hinami, will face off against STARS, consisting of Mayu Iwatani, Koguma, and Hanan, in a six-woman tag team match. STARS will be fielding their full roster for the second day in a row, having defeated the combined forces of Maika, Natsupoi, and Lady C the previous day. Will they be able to get through these two consecutive days in Osaka with only victories? Will the sisterly showdown between Hanan and Hinami be the key?
Momo and Iwatani volunteered to start the match. They exchanged arm whips after some rope work. Momo landed a dropkick, but STARS interfered and launched a coordinated attack on Momo. Iwatani delivered a body press to Momo's back. Koguma sent her flying to the opposing corner with a dropkick. Utami tagged in and challenged Koguma to a shoulder tackle. Utami won the exchange. Utami slammed Koguma with a body slam, but Koguma kicked out. Utami applied a front neck lock and went to her corner. Hinami threw Koguma in a series of tomoe nage. Koguma countered, and Hinami went for a body slam. Koguma resisted but took a dropkick. Momo covered after a body slam, but Koguma kicked out. Koguma had anticipated Momo's charge and took Momo down, handing her over to Iwatani. Iwatani did a soccer ball kick, but Utami interfered again. However, Iwatani delivered an arm whip to both of them, and then exchanged dropkicks with Hanan. Momo dodged Iwatani's strikes and followed up with a series of middle kicks, a back suplex, and a PK. Utami hit Momo with a dropkick and a missile kick. Utami put Iwatani in a sleeper hold. STARS came to the rescue, but QQ separated them, and Utami gave Iwatani a backflip. Iwatani countered, and Utami went for a German suplex. Iwatani resisted and hit an elbow and a thrust kick. Momo interfered with Iwatani's charge, and Hinan hit a hip throw, followed by a lariat. Iwatani countered, and Utami hit a bat hanging drop. After a brawl, it was just Utami and Iwatani left in the ring. Utami hit a lariat, and Iwatani hit a thrust kick. Hanan dodged Hinan's dropkick and hit a dropkick of her own. After an exchange of elbows, Hinan hit a hip throw. Hanan hit a dropkick and a hip throw as Hinan charged. STARS catches Hinami and they combine for a face crusher. Hanan goes for a double wrist lock, but QQ breaks it up. Hanan charges at Hinami, but Utami and Momo catch her and slam her to the mat. Hinami goes for a Gedo clutch, but STARS break it up in time. Hanan jumps on her, but Hinami rolls her up. Hanan goes for an armbar, but it's broken up. Iwatani and Koguma separate QQ. Hanan hits Hinami with a Canadian suplex, Iwatani delivers a thrust kick, and Hanan slams her down, but Hinami kicks out. Hanan helps Hinami up and hits her with a blockbuster hold. The three count is called, and Hanan defeats Hinami

The bell rang with Shuri and Konami as the starting wrestlers. The match began with ground grappling, and both wrestlers tagged out. Rinami raised her hand to provoke Giulia. Rinami feinted and flicked Giulia's forehead, grabbed her hair and slammed her to the mat, then cornered her and stomped on her face. Rinami helped Giulia up and went for a body slam. Giulia countered and slammed her back. Shuri and Giulia caught Rinami in their corner. Shuri delivered a running knee attack followed by a front neck chancery. Giulia delivered a dropkick and a neckbreaker from behind Rinami. Rinami went for a series of elbows, and Giulia taunted her, saying, "Come on, give it more!" As Giulia went for it, Rinami threw her over her shoulder. Konami tagged in and delivered a sliding kick to Giulia. Shuri tried to intervene with a clothesline, but Konami dodged it, causing them to hit each other. Konami then applied an Indian deathlock to Giulia. As Shuri came to intervene, Giulia went straight for the Fisherman Suplex. When Giulia escaped to the ropes, she blocked Konami's strike and delivered a series of elbows, then threw her backward. Arikaba delivered a combined dropkick. Konami retaliated, and she and Shuri exchanged low kicks. Shuri knocked Konami down with a counter middle kick. Konami retaliated with a series of middle kicks of her own. After dodging each other, Konami delivered a neckbreaker. Rinami dropped a dropkick to Shuri and applied a Manji Gatame (figure-four leglock). Rinami attempted a series of judo throws, but Shuri endured them and applied an Achilles lock. Konami intervened and teamed up with Rinami. Rinami attempted a Fisherman Suplex, but Shuri kicked out. Rinami declared she was going for the finish and delivered a series of elbows. Shuri lifted Rinami up, but Rinami rolled her up for a pin. Konami broke up the exchange of pin attempts. Rinami went for a reverse pin and then bridged. When Shuri countered, Rina declared she was going for the finish again and prepared for a Gory Bomb. Giulia interrupted with a missile kick, and Shuri went for a standing diving guillotine. Rina countered, and Giulia sent Konami out of the ring, allowing Shuri to deliver a knee attack. Shuri then went for a scorpion deathlock. Rina tapped out, and Shuri won

Having lost in the Cinderella Tournament final and falling short of the "Empress" title, Maika aims to reclaim the Stardom Empress title in the 5★STAR GP. Her opponent today is Ruanka of Oedo Tai. Ruanka's first league match was against Tam Nakano the day before, and after the match, she declared that she would "ruin the league." It is expected that she will use every means possible to cause chaos. How will Maika manage to evade her attacks, which may involve her seconds, and secure the victory? A loss to Ruanka would be a major blow to her chances of winning the tournament, so Maika absolutely needs to score two points. What will the result be?
Ruankaalone. As Maika is called up to the ring, Ruanka attacks her on the corner and throws her to the floor. As soon as the bell rings, she attacks even Unagi, who is Maika's second. The referee warns Unagi, "You're getting attacked because you're there, stay back." When the referee isn't looking, Ruanka smashes the box. Shuri and Maika, who have just finished their match, rush over. Ruanka bites Maika's right arm. Maika attempts a running lariat and a shoulder tackle, but Ruanka withstands them and they clash back and forth. Maika comes out on top. But Ruanka quickly sends her flying with a shoulder tackle. Ruanka delivers a running body attack followed by a senton. Maika kicks out, and Ruanka attacks her face and delivers a series of sentons. Maika kicks out again, and Ruanka shouts, "I'm going to finish this!" and heads to the corner. She drops a freezer bomb, but Maika dodges it. Maika stopped Ryuka's charge and delivered a back drop. When Ryuka countered, she scratched his face and punched him in the stomach. However, Maika countered with a lariat, Yamacha, shouting, "Don't underestimate me!" When Ryuka countered again, Maika slammed him down with a Michinokura. The referee counted to three, and Maika was declared the winner.
Maika's comment
"Ryuuka, he's joined Oedo Tai and is using his head, he's become pretty good at doing bad things, hey. But you know, in this 5★STAR, we can't afford to lose anymore. I'm going to win the championship."

Both wrestlers use roll-ups as their finishing move, so this match will be a battle of who can get the three count with their signature move. Of course, the winner will have an advantage in the league matches
Shirakawa applies a headlock. Kashima tries to throw him into the ropes, but Shirakawa doesn't let go. Kashima corners Shirakawa into the ropes and breaks the hold, then throws him into the ropes. Kashima goes down to the floor and messes with Shirakawa. He returns to the ring first, and when Shirakawa comes back, he goes down again. Kashima catches Shirakawa as he follows and takes him outside the ring. Kashima delivers a face crusher from the apron. He returns to the ring and stomps on him with one foot before going for the cover. Shirakawa kicks out, but Kashima stomps on his face again. He then applies a stretch plum, immobilizing Shirakawa. Shirakawa manages to reach the ropes. Kashima attacks his arm over the apron. Shirakawa hits Kashima with a series of dropkicks. Kashima kicks out, and Shirakawa prepares for a hanging topkick. However, he collapses, possibly due to the damage. Kashima then leaps over and applies a modified卍固め (manji-gatame) into an armbar. Shirakawa escapes, and Kashima taunts him, "Is it over?" Shirakawa charged in with a series of elbows, but Kashima taunted him, saying, "What's with that elbow?" and kicked him away. Kashima prevented Shirakawa from running and landed a series of elbows. However, Shirakawa dodged them and delivered a neckbreaker and a powerslam. Kashima kicked out, and Shirakawa attempted a diving elbow attack from the corner. Kashima dodged it and countered with a kick, then a double arm suplex hold. He landed a kick to Shirakawa's head, but Shirakawa kicked out. Natsupoi retaliates, and they exchange roll-up attempts before exchanging dropkicks. Kid delivers a series of stomps, then steps on her neck, a heel drop to the neck, and applies a figure-four neck lock to force a submission. Kid delivers a body slam and covers with her knee. Natsupoi kicks out, and Kid applies a dragon sleeper. Natsupoi kicks out of the cover, and Kid taunts her with "shitty champion" and delivers a series of light slaps. Natsupoi lands a low dropkick, climbs to the corner and dodges a charge, leading to a rope-work exchange. Kid retaliates with a crossbody attack followed by a low dropkick. Natsupoi kicks out, and they exchange elbows. Kid delivers a series of elbows, and Natsupoi responds with a series of elbows. After dodging each other, Kid delivers a neck screw. Kid climbs to the corner and delivers a spinning diving body press. Kid warned Natsupoi that he was going to finish him off and went for a Tombstone Piledriver. Natsupoi countered with a Magistral, but Kid crushed him and they exchanged roll-ups. Kid dashed forward but was hit with a thrust kick. Natsupoi hit a backlash but was only counted to two. Natsupoi got behind Kid but he countered. Natsupoi countered again with a thrust kick. He climbed to the corner but Kid caught up to him and dropped him to the outside. The Oedo Tai attacked outside the ring and Kid went to the corner. The Oedo Tai and DDM brawled outside the ring. Natsupoi caught up to Kid from behind and dropped him. Natsupoi did a plancha to the outside. Kid hit a swinging DDT. Natsupoi tried to get back in but Kid interfered. The match ended in a draw with both counted out
Kid: "Hey, is this an official 5★STAR match? No, no, this is also a High Speed preliminary match. I'm not going to let it end the way you want! I already know what your hand is! This is your greeting from Black Kid!"
Natsupoi: "Are you just greeting me? Are you kidding me? This is a league match. You're two important points. Are you kidding me? This belt won't let the corrupted Kicchan do whatever she wants. I'll stop the corrupted Kicchan with this belt."

After an exchange of roll-up attempts, Nakano applies a reverse pin. Kamitani attempts a roll-up and a dropkick, but it is dodged and he takes a middle kick. Nakano charges into the corner, but it is also dodged. Kamitani delivers a dropkick, followed by stomps and an elbow to Nakano's right arm. He twists Nakano's right arm and slams him into the corner. Nakano gets behind Kamiya, but Kamiya reaches the ropes. After an exchange of knees, Kamiya lands a knee kick, and Nakano counters with a Frankensteiner. Nakano retaliates with a knee attack from behind. When Kamiya goes outside the ring, Nakano attempts a plancha. Kamiya dodges and flies off with a swan dive plancha.15count. Kamiya declares he's going for the finish and prepares for the Star Crusher. Nakano resists, but Kamiya forces it in. However, Nakano's foot hits the ropes. Kamiya screams "It's over!" and heads to the corner. However, Nakano delivers a superplex and a German suplex. Nakano tries to pull Kamiya up, but Kamiya hits him with a reverse Frankensteiner from behind. Both men are down and climb up using the ropes. Nakano hits a spin kick, a German suplex, and a plancha to the outside. He returns to the ring and hits a Violet Shooting, but Kamiya's shoulder is raised. Nakano takes Kamiya's back with a modified Dodon. Kamiya escapes and gets ready for a Star Crusher. Nakano counters, but Kamiya counters again and rolls him up from a Frankensteiner. Nakano can't kick out and Kamiya gets the three count.
Kamiya: "Yay! I've finally won this 5★STAR! I challenged Tam-san, or rather, Nakano Tam, for that white belt last time and lost, which was frustrating, so I think I've been given another chance by winning today. There are a lot of tough opponents in 5★, but I want to become the strongest wrestler who leaves their mark on history by winning the Cinderella tournament and the 5★ tournament.
