At the recent press conference, Tsukiyama was approved to join COSMIC ANGELS. With a fresh start, her battle for her first Stardom victory begins.

 The bell rang just as Tsukiyama stepped forward to offer a handshake. As the match began, Tsukiyama shouted, "Happy Birthday!" and extended his hand. As he began to sing, Tsukiyama went on a series of roll-up attempts. However, as Tsukiyama charged, AZM hit him with a dropkick and a soccer ball kick. When Tsukiyama retaliated, AZM delivered a body slam followed by a foot stomp to the arm. When AZM provoked him, Tsukiyama hit him with an elbow. AZM stood up after taking a series of elbows. Tsukiyama attempted a dropkick as AZM charged, but it was dodged. However, Tsukiyama hit him with a body slam followed by a dropkick. Tsukiyama charged and delivered a stab dropkick. He went for a second one, but AZM countered and landed it. Tsukiyama caught AZM in a Palo Special. He also threw a missile kick from the second base, but it was only a two count. Tsukiyama landed a series of elbows, but AZM hit him with a dropkick. When Tsukiyama retaliated, AZM grabbed his arm. When Tsukiyama reached the ropes, AZM slammed him down with a body slam and then a diving foot stomp, but Tsukiyama dodged it and delivered a dropkick. AZM kicked out, but Tsukiyama charged in, dodged a kick, and rolled him up for a pin. Tsukiyama claimed the three count, but AZM delivered a brainbuster. When Fukigen tries to accept, Momo kicks him. When Momo goes for a headlock, Fukigen leads her to rope work. After an exchange of pins, Fukigen throws Momo into the corner and charges. Each time, Momo puts her leg out to break it up. Annoyed, Fukigen kicks the corner post in frustration. When Momo tries to attack, Fukigen dodges and follows her on the ropes, then performs an arm whip. Fukigen applies a Manji Gatame (figure-four leglock). When Momo tries for a middle kick, Fukigen pokes her in the eye. Fukigen tries for a brainbuster but is slammed down instead. Momo delivers a series of corner dropkicks. When Fukigen counters, Momo announces, "Here comes the brainbuster!" and executes it. She then goes for a Soumatou (a type of pin), but Fukigen dodges it and rolls her up. After dodging a middle kick, Fukigen takes Momo's back. Fukigen counters and rolls up Momo, who was going for a tequila. Fukigen charges and rolls her up, but Momo counters and holds her down. While this could be framed as a unit rivalry between COSMIC ANGELS and Oedo Tai, Unagi has not accepted Sakurai's entry into COSMIC ANGELS. Under these circumstances, it will be difficult for teamwork to function effectively for victory. Furthermore, this is Sakurai's first tag team match in Stardom. Will Unagi accept Sakurai's entry into COSMIC ANGELS, or will Oedo Tai seize this opportunity for a decisive victory? Unagi counters and they exchange elbows. Ryuka charges in and Unagi hits a codebreaker and a guillotine drop. Ryuka tries to put Ryuka in a big fuhen hold but Unagi counters with a fisherman suplex. Kashima prevents Unagi from tagging in and puts him in a figure-four neck lock. Unagi escapes and Kashima hits a face crusher. Kashima calls Ryuka in for a double corner attack, with Kashima hitting a double arm suplex hold and a double arm facebuster. When Unagi retaliated, Kashima put him in a headlock, but Ryuka's lariat was dodged and hit by mistake. Sakurai hit Ryuka with a stunner, and Unagi put Kashima in a big hold. Unagi was well done to Kashima. The three count was made, and Unagi was declared the winner. After the match, Unagi showed off the belt to Ryuka

Utami lifted Kamitani and performed a standing fantastic flip. However, Maika's shoulder rose. Utami declared she was going for the finish and attempted an Argentine backbreaker on Maika. Maika dodged, and they exchanged shoulder tackles. They also exchanged lariats, with Utami gaining the upper hand. Utami climbed onto the corner but Maika caught up and delivered a superplex. One minute remaining. Utami kicked out, and Shuri entered the ring, combining Maika's brainbuster with Shuri's middle kick. Kamitani broke up Maika's cover. Koguma kicked him from behind and delivered a series of stomps to his back, followed by a foot stomp. Iwatani hit Shirakawa with chops, then a hair whip, a soccer ball kick, and a reverse figure-four leglock. When Shirakawa escaped, Iwatani slammed him into the corner and handed him over to Koguma. Nakano endures and hits a high kick. Nakano takes Iwatani's back, but Iwatani counters. After a struggle for the back, Iwatani dodges a spin kick and gets into a dragon suplex position. However, Nakano throws a German suplex. Iwatani retaliates with the same move. Both get up and exchange elbows. Iwatani dodges a lariat and delivers a sling blade. Koguma corners Nakano and hits him with a running body attack, RKO, and DDT. When Nakano kicks out, Shirakawa interferes and teams up with Nakano.
