Lady C |
*The other person is Himeka
Himeka of Donna del Mondo, Koguma of STARS, and Lady C, who joined Queen's Quest on January 3rd in Shinjuku, will clash in a three-way match. It is conceivable that the large Himeka and Lady will clash, with the high-speed genius Koguma trying to disrupt them. Lady will be teaming with Utami Hayashishita, Saya Kamitani, and AZM the following day on January 9th at Korakuen Hall, so she will be looking to build momentum before her full debut
Utami Hayashishita pulls up the ropes to welcome Lady into the ring. The match starts without a handshake. Lady raises her hand high and Himeka responds, making it look like they are comparing their heights. Koguma jumps but can't reach and climbs to the corner. On the corner she raises both hands and beckons them in. Lady and Himeka then attack, attempting a double clothesline, but Koguma dodges and makes a playful bear pose. Just when it seems like Himeka and Koguma are working together, Koguma rolls her up for a pin. Lady cuts in and goes after Himeka with a series of elbows. Koguma lands a diving body attack during the elbow exchange. Lady puts Koguma in a cobra twist, and Himeka tries to break it up, but Lady applies the hold to both of them at once. STARS' Mayu Iwatani, Hazuki, and Hanan will face off against Oedo Tai's Saki Kashima, Fukigen desu★, and Rina in a six-person tag team match. STARS' Hanan defeated Oedo Tai's Ryukana at Ryogoku on December 29th , achieving her long-awaited first title win and capturing the Future of Stardom Championship. It's possible Oedo Tai will be looking to get revenge and target Hanan. Her younger sister, Rina, who lost the belt first, may also be targeting her sister with her sights set on the next challenge. If that's the case, Iwatani and Hazuki will likely assist Hanan, while Kashima and Fukigen will assist Rina.
Before the bell, Oedo Tai launched a surprise attack, taking the fight outside the ring. However, Hanan brought Rinami back into the ring, and STARS launched a concentrated attack as a trio. After a triple dropkick, Hanan delivered a body press. Hazuki gave Rinami a hair whip followed by a face wash. Iwatani delivered a foot stomp to Rinami over the ropes. Fukigen delivers a thumb to the eye and a back elbow. He tries to pin her while smoking, but Hazuki kicks out. Rinami hits Hazuki with a corner elbow attack, followed by a dropkick and a Manji Gatame. She tries to roll her up, but Hazuki kicks out. Hazuki goes for a full nelson and hits a backbreaker. Rinami is thrown into the corner, dodges, and the Oedo Tai team attacks all at once. Rinami hits Hazuki with a Northern Lights suplex, but Hazuki kicks out. Rinami tries to finish her off with a Gory Bomb, but Iwatani cuts it off. Rinami charges forward, but Hanan interferes, and Iwatani and Hazuki exchange thrust kicks. Hazuki slams Rinami forward, but Rinami kicks out. Hazuki locks Rinami in a face lock. Rinami manages to escape to the ropes. Rinami counters Hazuki's brainbuster with a jackknife, but Hanan makes the save. Hazuki delivers a double kick and calls in STARS, launching a rocket at Rinami. Then Hazuki hits a vertical drop brainbuster. Rinami is unable to kick out, and Hazuki gets the pinfall

Also, how will Giulia and Thekla's teamwork be? For Giulia, who has the Goddesses of Stardom Championship match the following day, this is a match she cannot afford to lose in order to regain her feel for tag team matches
Tekla pretends to shake hands but turns her back on Oedo Tai. Kid and Giulia are the first to go. Tekla slaps Kid in the back from behind. Comments from Julia and Tekla
Giulia: "Thekla, this is your second Stardom match today. It's your first time with Oedo Tai."
Tekla: "Oedo-tai, nice to meet you! Woo, Oedo-tai! Starlight Kidne, that's interesting. It's alright, I guess. DDM is better."
Giulia: "Really? Thank you (laughs). We have three matches starting today. On the first day I'll be teaming with Thekla, and tomorrow I'll be in FWC. I'll be playing Goddesses with Syuri in Arikaba for the first time in ages. I feel a little bad because it's been so long, but I'm sure we in Arikaba will be the ones to defend the title. We can't afford to lose yet. So, I'd like to team up with Thekla again, and I think DDM will become even more energized now that we have seven members. So, Arrivederci, see you later."

Syuri, who won the World of Stardom Championship at Ryogoku on December 29th, becoming a triple crown champion with the SWA World and Goddesses of Stardom titles, appeared accompanied by Donna del Mondo's Maika and MIRAI. MIRAI is a new member of DDM, and she shed her masked persona at Shinjuku on January 3rd, revealing her face. Her true identity is former Tokyo Joshi Pro-Wrestling wrestler Maiumi Misaki. With a fresh start, she changed her ring name to MIRAI and is competing in her second match today. Their opponents are the COSMIC ANGELS team of Shirakawa Mina, Sakurai Mai, and Tsukiyama Wakana. How Shirakawa, who is reunited with MIRAI, will control Sakurai and Tsukiyama will likely be key to the match. What are Sakurai's feelings after being subjected to harsh words from Giulia at Shinjuku on January 3rd...?
Shirakawa nominated MIRAI to face her first. They locked up and tested their strength. Shirakawa was thrown against the ropes but stopped and taunted MIRAI. She dodged MIRAI and struck a glamour pose in the ring. MIRAI, impressed, tagged in Maika. Tsukiyama forcibly tagged in from behind Shirakawa and entered the ring. MIRAI lifted Shirakawa up, spun her around, and slammed her down. MIRAI pushed Shuri and Maika aside and delivered a lariat to Tsukiyama at close range, then to Sakurai and Shirakawa. With Shuri and Maika on the sidelines, MIRAI picked up Shirakawa, hoisted her onto her shoulders, and delivered an airplane spin before slamming her forward. Shirakawa couldn't kick out, and MIRAI got the pinfall victory.
MIRAI: "This is my second match in Stardom , and I, MIRAI, have won. So I have a request. Shuri, please let me challenge for that red belt you hold. This is the most fun I've had in my professional wrestling career. So I want to unleash this, this spirit!"
Shuri: "You're challenging for the red belt? I see, so that's how it is... Well, I think your enthusiasm is amazing. But this red belt is hard to get. Do you understand that when you say that? Do you think you can beat me? Today, in this match, MIRAI took care of those three. I'll give that a pass. And I like it. I'll accept your challenge. But your abilities are unknown...As the red champion of Stardom, I will bring out your full potential. Go beyond your limits, MIRAI. Also, I'd like to take this opportunity to say something. Um, I want to focus on winning the red belt championship in singles. So, I'm thinking of relinquishing this SWA belt. I want Thekla and other people with the right to compete for it to do so. That's all!"
Comments from Akari, Maika, and MIRAI
MIRAI: "On the 3rd (of January), it was Unagi, and today it's Shirakawa. There's a sense of nostalgia, and I understand that she came here first and has grown since then, but it's not like I haven't done anything during that time. I'm no longer the MIRAI that she knew back then. And today, MIRAI defeated Shirakawa. And I've already been able to make my move in my second match in Stardom. Thank you, Shuri, for accepting my challenge. But I, MIRAI, will put my heart and soul into this fight. And I want to hunt down this woman who is on a different level. And, I, MIRAI, will challenge for the red belt, and I will definitely take this belt in one go. Thank you."
Maika: "COSMIC ANGELS, after fighting today, Sakurai, you're starting to look a little better, aren't you? But what you're still missing, why don't you go on a journey of self-discovery?"
Shuri: "Let me talk about SWA first. I have defended this SWA title, carrying the weight of my mother's home country. So many matches and so many emotions are packed into it. But on December 29th , I finally, finally got my hands on this red belt, the highest-ranking red belt in Stardom. I want to focus on this red belt, on singles matches. That's what I thought, that's what I decided, so I would like to relinquish the SWA title. And MIRAI. (Both stand up) You challenged for this red belt with determination, right? If you mess with me...don't get scared and run away."

Kamiya: "You, I was overwhelmed by how you live according to your desires and try to take everything with all your might. I'll accept your challenge. But this belt isn't something that comes easily."
Comments from Kamiya & Shimi
Kamiya: "One of my goals with this white belt is to have a series of matches that surpass Shuri's red belt, and make it the best and strongest belt in the organization. Hey, Unagi, it was delicious fighting you after so long. But, hmm, I think I'm still not giving it my all. But, I'll accept your challenge! Watch as this Kamiya Saya road of full-power title defense has just begun."
Comments from Nakano & Unagi
Unagi: "The white belt has been decided! No, actually, I've been watching Tamu-san's white belt from the closest distance for a long time, so I still think that white suits Kozuen best. I think this Unagi Sayaka is a better fit for the belt than Kamitani, so I'm going to go all out to get it."
Nakano: "Fight with everything you've got, as if your life depends on it."
Eel: "I'll give it my all, even if it kills me."

Kid: "Hey, Queen's Quest, adding one more person doesn't do you any good, does it? And I've been thinking this for a while now, but you guys aren't masked women, so don't come out wearing masks! Right?! It's disrespectful to all the masked wrestlers in the world, and to me, Starlight Kid. Don't you understand what disrespect is?! If you don't understand, then I might just destroy your mask...and next time, the entire Queen's Quest unit!"
Shimi: "Hey, shut up! Don't say whatever you want. Tomorrow is our first unit battle with Lady joining us. We, Queen's Quest, will definitely win and shut your mouths up."
Momo: "Yes, yes, yes, I get it, so just go home. You're getting in the way! It's Oedo Tai's time to shine, so go home quickly. Go home, go home, go home, go home, go home! Momo: "Ah, ah, AZM, Queen's Quest, and all of you fans have learned your lesson, haven't you? Today marks the beginning of our destruction. From now on, we, Oedo Tai, will destroy Queen's Quest, no, all the units, so please continue to support us."
Kid: "I'm really looking forward to Black Peach!"
