Koguma doesn't let her run and delivers a series of German suplexes.a third, but Utami resists and delivers a German suplex of her own. Koguma gets up and charges forward but is slammed to the mat. Utami hits a bat-hanging drop followed by a lariat. Koguma kicks out and Utami hits a Canadian backbreaker. Utami spins around and attempts a hijack bomb, but Koguma quickly rolls her up for the three count. After the match, a figure dressed as the Grim Reaper appears from the ramp and enters the ring, offering Utami a handshake. Utami goes towards him and discovers that the figure is actually Tora Natsuko. Natsuko lifts Utami up and hits her with a Death Valley Bomb.
Tora: "Utami! Utami, Utami, Utami! Utami!! It's been a long time since we've been in the ring. Hey, you're 7 wins and 5 losses in this 5★STAR? What a mess for a former Red Champion! I've always seen you. Singing songs during your entrance and messing around all the time. You told me you'd protect the Red Belt until I came back. I really hate people who can't keep their promises! I injured my knee in a match against you and wasayear, but I'm thinking of coming back soon. I thought a tag league would be just right. But when I think about a tag league, your face comes to mind! I've been stuck since that day, and I think you've been stuck too, haven't you?" Hey, make a single with Utami Hayashishita. The two exchanged a clean handshake and the match began. They locked up and grappled for a back hold. SAKI sent Nakano flying with a shoulder tackle, but Nakano countered with a neckbreaker. Nakano attempted a diving body attack from the corner, but SAKI dodged it and slammed a big boot into her face. Nakano charged forward, but SAKI landed a knee.the secondand delivered a back drop. Nakano charged forward with a knee and went for the cover. SAKI kicked out, and Nakano went to the corner. SAKI kicked up from below and delivered a superplex. Nakano charged, but SAKI delivered a thrust kick, stopping the charge and slamming her forward before delivering a Kentucky Bomb. However, Nakano reversed, and SAKI attempted a brainbuster after a big boot. Nakano countered, but SAKI threw her backward. SAKI also attempted a Kawai Knee Drop, but it was dodged. Both wrestlers were down when they exchanged elbows. Nakano countered SAKI's brainbuster with a high kick. Nakano then delivered five consecutive Violet Shootings. She pulled SAKI up and prepared for a Violet Screwdriver. She didn't quite make it, so Nakano delivered another high kick. "It's over!" she yelled, and went for the Violet Screwdriver again. The referee counted to three, and Nakano defeated SAKI.

As soon as the gong sounds, they clash bodies, with Himeka throwing her forward. Maika locks Himeka in a sleeper hold. They clash outside the ring as well, with Maika dodging a lariat and delivering a brainbuster.18count and exchange lariats. Maika gains the upper hand, but Himeka retaliates. They clash again, with Himeka gaining the upper hand and delivering another lariat to the ground. Himeka lifts Maika up for a JP Coaster, but Maika manages to counter. Himeka climbs to the corner with a jumping knee, but Maika catches up and delivers a superplex. Both are down, but get back up, and Himeka delivers a lariat from behind. Maika counters with a powerslam and a Enka Otoshi. She corners Himeka and delivers a running lariat. She puts Himeka on the corner and attempts another superplex. Himeka counters with a running powerbomb, but Maika kicks out. Himeka charged forward, but Maika caught her and delivered a Michinoku Driver. Himeka managed to counter at the last moment, and their elbows clashed. Both went down. The referee10, ending the match in a draw.

Himeka: "This is the first time we've faced off against MaiHime. Pro wrestling isn't just about rivalries, it's also about bonds, and we were able to prove that in the ring. It made me realize again how great pro wrestling is, or rather, how much I love it. But 5★STAR, it's frustrating."

Last time, Shuri defended her title with a TKO victory after her corner threw in the towel. Shuri still holds the red belt and is tied with the other five at the top of the 5★STAR GP, where she is aiming for her second consecutive victory. It's uncertain what will happen in the other matches, but Shuri needs two points to secure her second title defense. However, her opponent is Sera, and it's easy to imagine that she will do everything in her power to sabotage Shuri in order to get revenge. If Sera wins, she will surpass Shuri in points and be able to complete the league, even if she doesn't advance to the finals. This is the biggest obstacle for Shuri before she can achieve her second consecutive victory. Can the red belt champion overcome this hurdle, or will Sera sabotage her and pave the way for a title rematch?
Shuri intimidates with a kick and takes the fight to the ground with a shoulder throw. Sera escapes during the ground struggle. From a hand-to-hand lock-up, Shuri takes the fight to the ground and applies a sleeper hold. Sera breaks free and goes for the cover but only gets a two count. From a lock-up, Sera uses the ropes to deliver an arm whip. Shuri dodges the second one and takes the fight to the ground. Shuri grabs Sera's arm and applies a headlock. Sera sends Shuri flying with a shoulder tackle, slams her backwards, and then goes for a giant swing. She delivers a running double knee attack followed by a splash knee drop. Shuri dodges and delivers a running knee followed by a front neck chancery drop. Shuri applies an armbar, but Sera counters with a reverse Boston crab and a double knee drop to the back. Shuri kicks out and receives a series of slaps and stomps. Sera grabs Shuri's hair and pushes her down, returning the favor with a series of stomps. Shuri knocked Sera down with a series of middle kicks, and also landed a soccer ball kick, but Sera caught the kick from the front and delivered a spinning sit-down powerbomb. Shuri dodged a lariat and hit a German suplex and a high kick. After a struggle for the back, Sera slammed Shuri to the mat and applied a sleeper hold. She lifted her up again and slammed her forward. Sera kicked out and delivered a diving double knee drop from the corner. 10 minutes had passed. Sera charged, but Shuri caught her and applied an armbar. Sera managed to escape, but Shuri landed a series of knees and jumped for another armbar. Shuri went for an armlock, but Sera slammed her down low and forcibly covered her. The referee counted to three, giving Sera the victory. As a result, Nakano became the number one Red Stars . The final match will be Giulia vs Nakano

Nakano lands a spin kick. They exchange slaps and then bump foreheads. Nakano dodges but Giulia lands a dropkick. Giulia grinds her right elbow into Nakano on the ground. Nakano is caught in a modified STF but escapes. Giulia puts her right arm on the ropes and delivers a dropkick. Giulia grabs both of Nakano's arms, lifts her up, and throws her backward. Nakano kicks out, and Giulia lands an elbow, to which Nakano counters with a thrust kick. Nakano lands a knee attack, sending Giulia tumbling out of the ring. Nakano jumps from the corner with a plancha. Nakano brings Giulia back into the ring and puts her in a hanging sleeper hold in the corner. Giulia immediately counters and climbs onto the corner, attempting a superplex. Nakano attempts a rolling prawn hold, but Giulia resists. Nakano climbs up and takes Giulia's back. Giulia endures and attempts a superplex, but Giulia headbutts her down. However, Nakano gets up and gets into a Tiger Suplex stance. She slams Giulia down with a superplex, and Nakano climbs to the corner. Giulia catches up and delivers a superplex double arm suplex. Giulia attempts a Canadian Suplex, but Nakano counters with a double arm piledriver. Both are down and stare at each other in the center of the ring. As the arena falls silent, Nakano kicks Giulia in the face. Giulia endures and gets up. Nakano kicks her, but Giulia grabs her leg and applies an Achilles lock. She kicks Giulia in the face in that position, but Nakano kicks back. So Giulia tightens the Achilles lock again. Nakano escapes, and Giulia goes to the apron and takes her back. She attempts a Glorious Suplex, butbothfall to the outside. Nakano charges in from ringside and delivers a knee attack. Nakano drags Giulia to the entrance ramp, and they exchange elbows. Giulia lifts Nakano up, but Nakano counters with a reverse DDT.10minutes have passed. Nakano runs down the ramp and attempts a Violet Shooting, but Giulia hits a DDT. Both are down on the ramp. They crawl down the ramp and boththe 18count. Nakano slaps Giulia and Giulia slaps back. They exchange slaps, with Nakano landing more hits. Giulia is down but gets up and lands a punch. They grab each other's hair and headbutt.15minutes have passed. Giulia attempts a back drop, but Nakanoof one. Nakano attempts a Tiger Suplex, but Giuliaof one. Nakano lifts Giulia and attempts a high-angle piledriver. Giulia kicks out, takes some time in the air, and drops her headfirst. Nakanoof one. Giulia attempts an Italian Hook. She pulls up the downed Nakano and hits her with a knee to the face. Glorious Driver. Nakano kicks out, and Giulia hits a Northern Lights Bomb. The referee counts to three, and Giulia wins the match.
At the ceremony, MIRAI received the Skill Award, AZM the Fighting Spirit Award, and Saki Kashima the Outstanding Performance Award. The Blue Stars Best Match was awarded to Kamiya vs. Suzuki in Yokohama on September 11 , and the Red Stars Best Match was awarded to Maika vs. Himeka on October 1. Tam Nakano was the runner-up, and Giulia was the champion. Giulia was presented with a crown, gown, and cup.
