As Ryuka slowly steps forward, she evades the lock-up. Lady orders her to "do it properly." Ryuka pretends to lock up but scratches Lady's face. Lady puts her in a headlock and delivers a series of shoulder tackles. Ryuka accepts the challenge and takes Lady down with a shoulder tackle. Ryuka ties her hair up and delivers a series of hair whips. She ties Lady to the ropes and delivers a body attack from behind. Lady delivers a series of elbows but Ryuka slaps her. Lady slaps back but Ryuka lands a big boot. Lady anticipates Ryuka's charge and delivers a big boot followed by a Kawazu Otoshi. Lady delivers a series of reverse chops and charges forward. Ryuka puts her leg out but Lady puts her on the ropes and delivers a knee drop. Ryuka kicks out and Lady attempts a chokeslam. However, Ryuka counters with a complete shot and a body attack. Lady kicks out and Ryuka attempts a fisherman suplex. Lady counters with a neckbreaker drop followed by a knee drop. When Ryuka countered, Lady went for a backbreaker. Ryuka resisted, so Lady slammed her down with a neckbreaker and then went for another backbreaker. But Ryuka escaped. Ryuka hit a lariat from close range. She threw another one, but Lady kicked out. Both participated in this year's 5★STAR GP, but were in different blocks, so they didn't have a chance to face each other in a singles match. The match began with a careful and firm handshake. They locked up and grappled for an arm hold. Shirakawa applied a headlock, and Iida feigned throwing him into the ropes before returning the headlock and taking him to the ground. Shirakawa threw Iida into the ropes and attempted a lariat, but Iida dodged it and sent him flying with a shoulder tackle. Iida charged in with a corner attack, but Shirakawa stuck out his leg to break it up. Iida took Shirakawa's shoulder tackle and stood up. As Iida ran, Shirakawa delivered a dropkick to the knee and a series of stomps. He slammed Iida's knee into the mat and delivered a knee crusher. Shirakawa went for the cover, but Iida kicked out. Shirakawa applied a figure-fourleglock, but it was near the ropes. When Iida went for an elbow, Shirakawa kicked him in the knee. Shirakawa took Iida's series of elbows and stood up. Each time, he kicked Iida in the knee, but Iida stopped his charge and delivered a body slam. Iida unleashed a barrage of chops, but Shirakawa countered with an elbow. Iida retaliated with a jumping chop, followed by a back elbow and an elbow drop. When Shirakawa countered, Iida went for a Northern Lights suplex. Shirakawa resisted, dodged the corner attack, and delivered a back elbow. Iida caught Shirakawa's charge and delivered a spinebuster followed by a Northern Lights suplex. STARS, consisting of Mayu Iwatani and Momo Kogo, will face off against Donna del Mondo, consisting of Giulia and Mai Sakurai, in a tag team match. All four participants in this match are entered in the tag team league tournament, which kicks off on October 23rd at Tachikawa Tachihi . Iwatani and Kogo remain entered in the league, while Giulia and Sakurai will be competing with different partners. Giulia will revive her team with Thekla, and Sakurai will form a cross-promotional tag team with Lady C from Queen's Quest. In any case, this match will undoubtedly be a battle with the tag team league in mind. Iwatani and Kogo, in particular, will likely need to work on confirming their teamwork.
When Kogo volunteered to start, Sakurai also volunteered. However, Giulia's team started with a game of rock-paper-scissors, and Giulia stepped forward. The match began with Kogo and Giulia, and Kogo attempted a pin, but Giulia reversed it. Kogo delivered a dropkick and teamed up with Iwatani. Giulia stood her ground and took her down in one blow. As Giulia tried to charge, Kogo delivered a dropkick. Iwatani tagged in and also delivered a dropkick. Iwatani jumped in and delivered an arm whip, followed by a dropkick from behind. Giulia hits a DDT followed by a running elbow attack. She then throws Iwatani backwards from a bear hug position. Sakurai hits Iwatani with a big boot, a dropkick, and an elbow drop. She then locks Iwatani in an STF and tightens the hold, but Kogo breaks it up. Sakurai gets an assist from Giulia and hits a diving elbow drop. Giulia and Sakurai hit dropkicks from both sides, and Sakurai hits Iwatani with a Northern Lights suplex. Iwatani dodges a big boot and Kogo hits a dropkick. Giulia and Kogo, along with Sakurai, grab Iwatani and charge at her, but are rolled up and hit with a dropkick. Iwatani and Kogo perform a 619 together, with Kogo hitting a swan dive body attack and Iwatani hitting a diving foot stomp. Sakurai kicks out and rolls up Iwatani. Iwatani hits a thrust kick followed by a Dodonpa, but Giulia successfully breaks it up. Iwatani hits Sakurai with a standing dragon sleeper. Sakurai gives up and Iwatani wins

Hazuki & Koguma's FWC team will face off against Maika & Himeka's MaiHime in a tag team match. Both teams are entered in the tag team league and are in the same block as the Blue Goddesses. Therefore, this match is a preliminary bout leading up to the league. Hazuki & Koguma are last year's champions, and both teams are former Goddesses champions. Both are considered strong contenders for the championship, so it is likely that a battle with the league in mind will unfold
Koguma asks for anyone who wants to do a bear pose. Maika leaves the ring and Himeka remains. When the gong rings, Koguma does a bear pose, and Himeka also starts to do a pose and calls Maika. When Maika gets into the ring, Koguma, Maika, and Himeka do a bear pose together. Himeka invites Hazuki into the ring. Since Hazuki doesn't do a bear pose, the three of them circle around her, and Hazuki hits all three of them on the head and says, "Koguma, get a grip," and they launch a combined attack. Koguma apologizes to Hazuki and attacks Himeka again, dropping a foot stomp on her back. Hazuki follows up with a face wash on Himeka. However, Himeka delivers a shoulder tackle. Together with Maika, they stomp on her face in their corner. Maika delivers a series of body slams to Hazuki. Himeka delivers a running knee attack, a body slam, and a reverse Boston crab to Hazuki. Hazuki drops a dropkick on Himeka as she charges. Koguma delivers a body slam to Himeka. Maika and Himeka team up, but Koguma delivers a body slam to both of them at once. She then stomps on both of their backs with a foot stomp. When Himeka retaliates, Koguma dodges her lariats. Himeka lands a lariat followed by a back drop. Maika hits Koguma with a shoulder tackle and attempts a brainbuster. Koguma grapples with her, but Maika forcefully executes a brainbuster. Koguma lands a DDT and hands the ball to Hazuki. Hazuki attempts a Codebreaker, but Maika kicks out. Hazuki and Maika exchange elbows. Hazuki puts Maika in a crossface, but Himeka breaks it up. Maika puts Hazuki in a sleeper hold. Hazuki dodges a lariat and attacks in combination with Koguma. After sending them outside the ring, Hazuki lands a tope suicida. 10 minutes have passed. Outside the ring, Maika and Hazuki, and Himeka and Koguma, were fighting each other. FWC dodged a pincer attack by Maika and Himeka and delivered a dropkick. Outside the ring, Maika delivered a brainbuster to Hazuki. Hazuki retaliated by slamming her down. The match ended in a draw as the referee counted to 20

The God's Eye team of Shuri, MIRAI, and Sorei Ami will face off against the COSMIC ANGELS team of Nakano Tam, Natsupoi, and Tsukiyama Waka in a six-person tag team match. With an eye on the tag team league, the current Goddesses of Stardom champions Nakano Tam and Natsupoi will team up with the still-victorious Tsukiyama. The focus will be on whether the tag team champions can give Tsukiyama her first victory. Meanwhile, the God's Eye team of MIRAI and Sorei Ami will also be entered in the tag team league. They are in a different block from Nakano's team, but this team has challenged for the Goddess Championship three times in the past but has not been able to win the belts. First of all, they will want to become a threat to the champions in this match and gain momentum for the tag team league
Nakano and Shuri glared at each other, but Sorei prevailed and volunteered to start the match. The match began with Nakano and Sorei, who locked up and struggled for the back. Shuri hit Tsukiyama with a soccer ball kick. Tsukiyama kicked out, and Shuri pinned her against the ropes and applied a chin lock. Shuri cornered Tsukiyama with a series of pins. Tsukiyama survived, and Shuri delivered a soccer ball kick. MIRAI hit Shuri with a series of body slams followed by a sleeper hold. Tsukiyama dodges and charges forward, but MIRAI cuts him off. However, Tsukiyama lands a cross body. Natsupoi does a diving body attack on MIRAI. MIRAI tries to dash after an arm whip, but Sorei blocks him. However, Natsupoi drops a dropkick on both MIRAI and Sorei at once. MIRAI slams Natsupoi forward. Shuri drops a dropkick on Natsupoi, then a front neck chancery drop. Nakano and Natsupoi team up and hit Shuri with a dropkick from both sides, followed by a neckbreaker. Shuri retaliates, and Nakano lands a back kick, to which Shuri counters with a middle kick. Shuri retaliates against Nakano's elbow. After an exchange of elbows, Shuri does a German suplex, and Nakano does a German suplex as well. Nakano charges forward after a spin kick, but is hit with a high kick.10minutes have passed. Tsukiyama hits Sorei with a series of dropkicks. Sorei accepts the challenge, but Tsukiyama delivers a cross body. Sorei counters and throws Tsukiyama into the corner before charging. Tsukiyama dodges and delivers an elbow followed by a facebuster. As Tsukiyama climbs to the corner, MIRAI interferes, and Sorei attempts a backbreaker. However, Natsupoi successfully breaks it up. Nakano and Natsupoi team up and slam Tsukiyama onto Sorei. Three minutes remaining. Tsukiyama climbs to the corner and delivers a missile kick. Sorei counters, and MIRAI hits Tsukiyama with a lariat, Shuri with a DDT, and MIRAI and Sorei team up. Tsukiyama gets behind, and Nakano and Natsupoi provide support with thrust kicks. Tsukiyama goes for the cover, but it's broken up. Tsukiyama charges at Sorei but gets hit with a lariat. Sorei hits Tsukiyama with a Blue Thunder. One minute remaining. Sorei delivers a spinning brainbuster to Tsukiyama. Nakano's interference is too late, and Sorei pins Tsukiyama.

Oedo Tai's Saki Kashima, Starlight Kid, and Momo Watanabe will defend their Artist of Stardom Championship against Queen's Quest's Utami Hayashishita, Saya Kamitani, and AZM. This will be the champions' fifth title defense, and the first time they've faced Queen's Quest under the current reign. For the champions, this is another long-awaited match between two homegrown stars, following their previous encounter. The match is expected to take place with the results of the 5★STAR GP in mind. Will Oedo Tai extend their title defense streak, or will Queen's Quest bring the Artist of Stardom belt back to their unit after a long time?
Utami and Momo volunteer to start the match as the bell rings. After some feeling each other out, Momo applies a neck lock. Utami tries to counter, but Momo goes for a headlock. Utami tries for a headlock, but Momo pulls her hair, putting her back in place and tightening the hold. Utami applies a neck lock and takes the match to the ground. After a break, Momo tries to kick, but Utami dodges. Kid and Kamitani lock up and grapple for arms. Kid throws Kamitani into the ropes and delivers an arm whip, slamming her head into the corner. Kamitani returns the arm whip and both exchange dropkicks. Kashima and AZM try to roll each other up. Kashima tries to turn the tide, but AZM blocks it. Kamitani and AZM exchange dropkicks. Kashima counters, but Momo interferes, and Kashima hits AZM with a face crusher. Kashima stomps on AZM's jaw and drives her to the ropes. Momo hits AZM with a middle kick and a body slam. Kid grabs AZM's hair and attacks, slamming the back of his head onto the mat. He then puts his leg on the ropes and chokes him. Kid then delivers a dropkick to the knee. AZM tries to hit him with an elbow, but Kid shouts, "That won't do!" Kid retaliates with an elbow of his own, dodges a dropkick, and stomps on AZM's knee. Kid charges forward, and QQ joins in with a dropkick. Kid sends AZM outside the ring, and the fight continues outside. Ruanka intervenes and hits Utami with a box. Kid slams AZM into the ring post. Momo takes Utami backstage and returns alone. Back in the ring, Kid covers AZM. Momo tags in and attacks AZM, saying, "Where did your leader go?" Utami returns. Momo kicks AZM's arm. Momo chokes AZM's leg. AZM tries a soccer ball kick, but Momo retaliates.10minutes have passed. AZM dodged a kick from the front and they exchanged elbows. AZM went for a brainbuster but Momo resisted and hung her in the corner. AZM dodged a middle kick and delivered a dropkick. Kamiya entered the ring and Momo and Kashima delivered clotheslines. Kamiya dodged and they both did a Frankensteiner. Kid tried to break it up but Kamiya sent him to the outside with a dropkick and then jumped up with a plancha. Utami and Kamiya did a combined foot stomp and elbow drop. Momo kicked out and delivered a series of middle kicks to Kamiya. Kamiya went for a double kick but Momo dodged and knocked her down with a middle kick. Momo delivered a series of corner dropkicks and a brainbuster. Kamiya kicked out and Momo went for a B-driver, but Kamiya dodged it and Momo caught her and handed her to Kashima. Kashima threw Kamiya into the ropes but got hit with a knee kick. Utami delivered a dropkick to Kashima and an Argentine backbreaker. Kashima countered and charged, but Utami did a backflip. Utami catches Kashima's hurricanrana and applies a reverse Boston crab. Kashima escapes, and15minutes have passed. Utami charges in with a corner pin, but Kashima dodges, and the Oedo Tai team attacks with a corner pin, followed by a face crusher and a Shoryuken. However, Utami's shoulder rises. Kashima sets up a double arm pin on Utami. Utami counters with a shoulder throw and takes her back. Kashima counters and kicks Utami in the head, but it is cut off. Kashima helps Utami up and throws her into the corner, then charges in with a corner pin. Utami dodges, and Utami and Kamiya perform a missile kick together. Utami hits Kashima with a bat hanging drop. Kashima kicks out, and Utami takes her back and attempts a German suplex. Kashima counters, and AZM hits a high kick, followed by Utami's German suplex. However, the Oedo Tai team successfully cut it off. Utami lifts Kashima up, but Kashima rolls her up for a pin. QQ successfully cuts it off. Utami unleashed a series of lariats, but as she threw Kid into the ropes, Kid tagged in and delivered a body attack followed by a standing moonsault. Kid attempted a fisherman suplex on Utami. Utami countered with a side slam. AZM hit Kid with a swan dive missile kick. Kid kicked back, and AZM grabbed her arm. She kicked up her arm, pulled Kid up, and delivered a brainbuster. However, Kid managed to kick out of it.20minutes had passed. AZM charged forward, and Kid delivered a dropkick to the knee, followed by a fisherman suplex. AZM kicked back, and they exchanged blows. Momo intervened, then Utami also intervened, and AZM delivered a dropkick. QQ delivered a dropkick as a trio, but Kid dodged it, and Momo and Kid exchanged dropkicks. Kid attempted a plancha to the outside, but Utami lifted her up and threw her out of the ring. AZM kicked her up on the apron, and Utami and AZM returned to the ring. Utami lifted Kid up, and Kamitani delivered a double kick. AZM attempts a diving foot stomp, but Kid retaliates. QQ grabs Kid, and Utami and Kamiya aim for the Magic Killer. Oedo Tai tries to intervene, but AZM, who was on the corner, hits Kid with a missile kick behind him. AZM gets behind Kid. Kid counters with a Black Tiger Kick, but it's near the ropes. AZM charges forward, but Momo cuts him off and throws him over the ropes. Momo and Kid hit a double Soumatou. Kid helps AZM up and hits him with a swing neckbreaker. Kid, whose attempt was cut off, attempts a spinning diving body press from the corner. AZM dodges and hits a high kick. AZM jumps in and applies a spinning armbar, transitioning into an armlock, but Kid rolls him up and applies a stretch muffler.25minutes have passed. Kid doesn't let AZM escape and reverses the hold, tightening it further. However, Utami and Kamiya intervene. Utami and Kamiya dash forward, but their legs are pulled from outside the ring. Kid hits AZM with a moonsault press. However, AZM managed to fight back at the last moment. Oedo Tai captured AZM and went for the Magic Killer. AZM countered and rolled him up, but it was only a two count. Three minutes remaining. Momo and Kashima landed high kicks. Kid put AZM on the corner and declared she would finish him off, going for the Eternal Four. However, Utami broke it up and gave him a shoulder throw, and Kamiya delivered a missile kick. AZM declared he would finish him off and delivered a diving foot stomp, but Oedo Tai broke it up. Two minutes remaining. AZM rolled him up and grabbed his arm, but Momo broke it up. Everyone was down after the brawl. Kid and AZM exchanged elbows. AZM landed a high kick, and Kid went for the Black Tiger Punishment. AZM countered and Kid went for the Tiger Suplex. AZM went for a series of roll-ups, but Oedo Tai broke them up. AZM jumped in and went for the Numero No, but time ran out. The match ended in a time-limit draw, and the champion retained his title.
Kid: "Queen's Quest, you're truly skilled. Well, defending the title by a draw isn't exactly satisfying, but it doesn't change the fact that I've reached V5. I think I've faced every Stardom unit now. I'm starting to think there aren't any teams left that want to take on me, but if there are still people who want this belt, they're welcome to come on over and make their case, but I don't think anyone can surpass the teamwork of Oedo Tai. So, I'm starting to feel like I want some new excitement, what about you guys? Neo Stardom something or Prominence, we Oedo Tai are ready to take you on anytime. Are you listening, outside units?
