This will be the second time the two have faced each other , the first being at Stardom Challenge EX in Nagoya on October 2nd last year . Back then, they clashed in a special event immediately following their seven- match series, and Tsukiyama was defeated. A year has passed since then, and Tsukiyama is still without a win, but she will be hoping to find some kind of breakthrough against AZM.
Tsukiyama extends his hand for a handshake. When AZM ignores him, Tsukiyama pleads again, "Please!" AZM reluctantly agrees, but shakes his hand off. As AZM tries to throw him into the ropes, Tsukiyama throws him back and delivers a dropkick. However, AZM dodges and delivers a dropkick of his own. AZM announces and prepares for a brainbuster. Tsukiyama resists and delivers a body slam. He charges in the corner, but AZM dodges and delivers a dropkick. Tsukiyama retaliates, and AZM follows up with a series of soccer ball kicks and a foot stomp. Tsukiyama retaliates again, and AZM stands defiantly, taunting him. Tsukiyama charges forward, but AZM pushes him away. Tsukiyama delivers a series of elbows, but AZM knocks him down with one and charges forward. Tsukiyama counters with a cross body. AZM immediately retaliates, but Tsukiyama charges in the corner and delivers an elbow attack. He follows up with a corner hip attack and a series of hip butts. Tsukiyama tries to jump on from behind but AZM dodges. After an exchange of elbows, Tsukiyama lands a flurry of blows. He is thrown into the corner but reverses and AZM delivers a missile kick. Tsukiyama counters and AZM applies an armbar. Tsukiyama reverses and goes for the cover but AZM kicks out. Tsukiyama throws AZM into the ropes and delivers a complete shot. He climbs to the corner and AZM notices and comes towards him. They exchange elbows from above and below and AZM delivers a superplex arm whip. Tsukiyama comes forward and AZM applies an armbar followed by an armlock. AZM climbs to the corner and attempts a diving foot stomp but Tsukiyama dodges and rolls him up. For Oedo Tai, Kid will team with Watanabe Momo, and Ryuka will team with Tora Natsuko, who is making a return. Natsuko & Ryuka are in the same block as MIRAI & Sorei, so this match is a preliminary bout. Will Oedo Tai be able to put on a big demonstration before Natsuko's return?
Without waiting for the bell, Oedo Tai launched a surprise attack, splitting up God's Eye and launching a magnificent coordinated attack. Ryuka drove Sorei into the corner and put his left leg in a third lock and applied a chokehold. Ryuka stomped on Sorei's left knee and brought him to the center for a body press. Kid landed a series of elbows on Sorei that slammed into the mat. He slammed the back of Sorei's head into the mat, then stomped on his left knee and delivered a knee drop. When Sorei kicked out, Kid drove him to the ropes and stomped on his throat. Sorei anticipated Kid's charge, stopped his movement, and delivered a body slam. MIRAI threw Kid into the corner and charged in for a corner attack. Kid dodged and called in Ryuka. However, MIRAI didn't allow a coordinated attack and delivered a series of corner attacks. MIRAI hit Kid with a tornillo senton. Kid kicked out and went for a fisherman suplex. MIRAI countered, but Kid threw him and charged towards the corner. MIRAI dodges, but Kid slams her head into the corner from the apron and delivers a diving body attack, followed by a standing moonsault press. Ryuka hits MIRAI with a crossbody. MIRAI lands a dropkick and passes the ball to Sorei. Sorei delivers a series of chops to Ryuka. He corners her and delivers a running body attack. Ryuka endures and they exchange shoulder tackles. Ryuka gains the upper hand and charges forward, but Sorei counters with a shoulder tackle. Ryuka kicks out and Sorei applies a reverse Boston crab. Ryuka dodges Sorei's lariat and Kid lands a dropkick. Ryuka and Kid perform a combined brainbuster, and Ryuka attempts a senton, but MIRAI breaks it up. Ryuka climbs to the corner, but MIRAI breaks it up and Sorei lifts her up and slams her onto the mat. Ryuka kicks out and Sorei signals the finish. Ryuka prevented Sorei from landing the Blue Thunder and instead delivered a lariat. MIRAI cut off Ryuka's charge and Sorei went for the Blue Thunder. When Kid cut in, MIRAI and Sorei lifted Kid up and slammed him onto Ryuka. MIRAI and Sorei delivered a double lariat. Sorei announced, "One more!" and delivered another lariat. Both teams from this match will be entered in the tag league tournament, which kicks off on October 23rd at Tachikawa Tachihi . As they are in different blocks, the two teams will only face each other in the final, but as both are considered strong contenders for the championship, they will likely be fighting with their opponents in mind. Iwatani will team up with Kogo, and Lady C will form a cross-promotional team with Mai Sakurai of Donna del Mondo. It looks like it will be a six-person tag team match where the intentions of each team will intertwine.
Lady volunteered to start the match, promising a high-speed fight. Koguma volunteered to be Lady's "playmate," and the match began. The match started with rope work, and Lady made Koguma run. Koguma then took refuge outside the ring. Koguma suggested a game of "tag outside the ring." Lady chased after Koguma, who ran away. Koguma managed to escape and entered the ring. As Lady approached, Koguma dodged her and delivered a dropkick from behind. Koguma then applied a camel clutch to Lady and forced her into a "bear" pose. However, QQ broke it up. Iwatani delivered a running body attack to Lady followed by a dropkick. Lady retaliated, and Utami put Iwatani in a headlock from the apron. QQ attacked Iwatani in a coordinated effort. Utami delivered a series of body slams to Iwatani. Kamitani delivered a body slam and a sickle hold to Iwatani. Iwatani survived and landed a chop, to which Kamitani provoked her, "Come on, give it more!" Iwatani landed a flurry of punches, to which Kamitani responded with a double kick, then threw her into the corner and charged in for a corner attack. Iwatani dodged and delivered a dropkick. Hazuki followed with a corner elbow attack and a choke slam-like slam. Kamitani countered, and Hazuki applied a face lock. Lady successfully broke the hold. However, Hazuki piled Lady and Utami on top of Kamitani one after the other and applied a face lock to all of them. STARS delivered a trio face wash. Kamitani was thrown into the ropes and shouted, "Don't mess with me!" as she delivered a dropkick. Hazuki sent Kamitani to the apron. However, Kamitani delivered a swan dive body attack. Kamitani and Hazuki exchanged double kicks. Kamitani delivered a knee kick and then passed the baton to Utami. Utami delivered a shoulder tackle to Koguma. She slammed her into the corner, followed by a corner elbow attack and an Argentine backbreaker. Koguma escapes and hits a DDT. Iwatani hits Utami with a low dropkick. Utami hits a side slam. Lady hits a big boot and a knee drop. Iwatani counters and Lady hits a cobra twist.10minutes have passed. Iwatani counters Lady's Kawazu Otoshi. Lady goes for a chokeslam but Iwatani counters and Hazuki and Koguma attack. STARS hit a trio face crusher. Iwatani attempts a diving foot stomp but QQ makes the cut. Iwatani hits Lady with a full nelson. Lady endures and dodges the charge and Utami hits Iwatani with an Argentine backbreaker and Lady hits a big boot. Lady hits a high chokeslam but Iwatani's shoulders are raised. Lady pulls Iwatani up and hits a giant backbreaker. Iwatani counters with an elbow and a neckbreaker. Iwatani attempts a frog splash but QQ makes the cut. Hazuki and Koguma teamed up in a DDT to separate QQ. STARS launched a rocket that hit Lady. Iwatani delivered a moonsault press, which Lady couldn't kick out of, and the referee counted to three.

Prior to this match, Iida had suffered four consecutive losses, but her victory over Momo gave her her first win in the league. Momo's loss put her with more losses than wins. The match ended in a draw, but Iida is an opponent Momo wants revenge against. At the same time, Iida cannot afford to lose either. Will Iida's new move, the Iida Shinbashi, which she unveiled in Hamamatsu, roll up Momo again, or will Momo get her revenge properly? This match is directly linked to the unit rivalries.
When Iida was called in later, Momo threw her jacket at her and dragged her outside the ring. The Kong bell was struck and the match began outside the ring. Momo doesn't let her escape and slams her down with a back suplex and then a Soumatou. Iida kicks out, and Momo delivers a Soumatou from the corner. Iida kicks out, and Momo goes for a B Driver. Iida counters with an Iida Bridge. Momo kicks out, and Iida dodges a high kick and delivers a lariat. Momo charges and kicks, but only gets a two count. Momo goes for a Peach Sunrise, but Iida rolls her up. Momo kicks a high kick and then a B Driver. It looked like it was decided, but Iida kicks out. So Momo delivers a heartless driver. The draw meant Maika missed out on advancing to the finals, but her victory over Shuri meant she would challenge for the World of Stardom Championship. But first, she would have to get revenge on Kogo. However, if Kogo wins again, it would instill a sense of inferiority in Maika and directly lead to a breakthrough as a singles wrestler.
Kogo extends her hand for a handshake, saying, "Nice to meet you." Maika clearly looks displeased and refuses, saying, "Put it back. Don't come any closer." Kogo attempts a dropkick, but Maika withstands it and delivers a shoulder tackle followed by a series of body slams and a sleeper hold. When Kogo escapes, Maika stomps on her repeatedly and then stomps on her throat. Kogo sends Maika to the apron, but Maika prepares for a brainbuster from there. Kogo goes outside the ring and delivers a modified 619 from below the ring. Maika cuts Kogo off as she climbs to the corner. Kogo delivers a dropkick to the knee on the apron. She has now suffered three consecutive losses since the Kashima match, putting her with more losses than wins for the first time in the 5★STAR GP. As the match against Kashima was the catalyst for her losses, the red belt champion is desperate for revenge. However, as the Artist of Stardom champion, Kashima will not be able to easily achieve revenge. A miraculous comeback is entirely possible. However, Kashima also has a strong aversion to facing Shuri. What kind of scene awaits us at the end of this match, which could go either way?

She slammed Kashima into the corner and followed up with a knee attack and a front neck chancery. Kashima kicked out, but Shuri pulled her up and delivered a third soccer ball kick. Kashima dodged Shuri's lariat and hit a hurricanrana followed by a big boot. Kashima went for the cover, but Shuri kicked out. Kashima yelled "Here I go!" and got into a double arm hold. Shuri held on, but Kashima hit a rising dragon punch. Kashima kicked out and landed a series of big boots to Shuri's face. Shuri countered with a high kick, but Kashima's shoulder rose. Shuri announced "It's over!" and lifted her up. Kashima went for a comeback but only got a two count. She went for another comeback but Shuri reversed and went for the cover. Shuri kicked out and hit a knee attack but only got a two count. Shuri went for the White Tiger but Kashima tried to escape to the ropes. Shuri grabbed her arm and spun her around, taking her to the center and getting into the White Tiger position. When the referee asked Kashima if she was giving up, her corner man Kid threw in the towel, and Shuri won by TKO
Shuri: "Kashima Saki, it's not over yet! This belt wasn't on the line today. Next time, let's have a match with this red belt on the line!"

This will be the first time Giulia and Nakano have faced1stthe 5★STAR GP finals this year. If Giulia defeats Nakano, she will set her sights on the World of Stardom Championship held by Syuri, while the defeated Nakano will embark on a road to defend the Goddess of Stardom Championship with Natsupoi, and this team will also enter the tag team league tournament. Shirakawa also has a Wonder of Stardom Championship match against Saya Kamitani coming up. In DDM, Giulia will team up again with the returning Thekla to enter the league tournament, Himeka will compete with Maika as MaiHime, and Sakurai will participate in a cross-promotion tag team with Lady C. The match begins with a stare-down between Giulia and Nakano. They cautiously feel each other out but their hands don't connect, so Giulia tags in Sakurai. Nakano also tags in Natsupoi. Sakurai pushes Nakano into the ropes and pretends to break her, but grabs her hair. Natsupoi grabs her back and delivers a counter back kick. Kozuen joins in, and the trio delivers a dropkick to Sakurai. Nakano attacks Sakurai's left leg. DDM tries to break up, but Kozuen separates them. Nakano delivers a soccer ball kick to Sakurai. Shirakawa targets Sakurai's left leg. Sakurai counters with a dropkick and tags in Himeka. Himeka delivers a running knee attack to Shirakawa followed by a shoulder tackle. Giulia puts Shirakawa in a sleeper hold. Shirakawa escapes and counters with a neckbreaker drop. Nakano delivers a neckbreaker to Giulia followed by a knee attack. Shirakawa charged at Sakurai, but Himeka blocked her, and Giulia delivered a dropkick, followed by a missile kick from Sakurai. Shirakawa retaliated, and Sakurai went for an STF. After Himeka's back drop, Giulia and Sakurai delivered diving elbows. Sakurai attempted a suplex on Shirakawa, but Kozuen made an early stop. Sakurai went for a Shining Buster on Shirakawa. Shirakawa resisted, and Natsupoi delivered a backlash, followed by a cartwheel knee drop from Nakano. Shirakawa pulled Sakurai up and slammed her into the corner, then delivered a running back elbow, and a DDT on the corner. However, DDM made a successful stop. Shirakawa went for a Glamorous Driver on Sakurai, but Sakurai rolled her up with a My Pan Roll. When Nakano made a cut, Kozuen and DDM got into a brawl. Natsupoi jumped to the outside with a plancha, and Nakano and Shirakawa combined their attacks on Sakurai. Shirakawa declared she was going to finish him off with a neckbreaker and then delivered the Glamorous Driver MINA. The referee counted to three, and Shirakawa defeated Sakurai.
