Hinami and Amasaki raise their hands to invite each other into a hand-to-hand grapple. They throw Sakurai into the ropes and sandwich her with a dropkick and an elbow drop. When Sakurai kicks out, Amasaki attacks with a corner thrust. Sakurai dodges, and Hinami's dropkick hits Amasaki in the corner. Amasaki throws an elbow, and Hinami retaliates. Sakurai then hits a missile kick followed by an STF on Hinami. Hinami escapes, and Sakurai hits a big boot. Hinami dodges and slams her down with a hip throw. Sakurai kicks out, and Hinami goes for a suplex, but Amasaki hits both of them with a DDT. Amasaki throws Sakurai into the corner and hits her with a corner cartwheel elbow drop. Hinami joins in, but Sakurai hits both of them with a stunner. Hinami throws Sakurai over the shoulder, but it's only a two count. Hinami and Amasaki do a double brainbuster. Cosmic Angels' team of Tam Nakano, Natsupoi, and Waka Tsukiyama will face off against STARS' team of Koguma, Hanan, and Momo Kogo in a six-person tag team match. With a fast-paced battle expected, who will emerge victorious?
Tsukiyama volunteered to go first, declaring "I'll go!" and nominated Koguma. Koguma came out and started striking a bear pose. Tsukiyama pushed him away, but Koguma continued the pose. Koguma tagged in Kogo. Kogo threw Tsukiyama into the ropes, and they engaged in a rope-work exchange. Tsukiyama dodged and landed a dropkick. Kogo got into a headlock, then got behind Tsukiyama and applied a sleeper hold. Tsukiyama reversed it and applied a sleeper hold as well, but Kogo countered and returned to the original position. Tsukiyama went for a sleeper hold on the ground, but both teams interfered. Kozuen caught Kogo and they exchanged dropkicks after some rope work. Tsukiyama delivered a series of hip abutts, Natsupoi hit Kogo with a hair whip, a dropkick from behind, and a camel clutch. Then Nakano delivered a dropkick. Nakano cornered Kogo and stomped on his face. Kogo threw Nakano into the corner, but Nakano delivered a shoulder tackle. Kogo countered with a dropkick. Hanan delivered a hip toss to Nakano. When Nakano retaliates, Hanan prepares for a brainbuster. Natsupoi tries to break it up, but Hanan lands a diving body attack followed by a double wrist lock on Nakano. Koguma stomps on Nakano's back and delivers a foot stomp. She gets into a camel clutch and tries to force Nakano into a bear pose, but Natsupoi breaks it up. Koguma and Nakano grapple for control of each other's backs. Natsupoi pulls Nakano's hand, and Tsukiyama joins in. Hanan then intervenes, separating them, and teams up with Koguma. Nakano dodges a clothesline and then teams up with Natsupoi for a neckbreaker and a thrust kick. Tsukiyama hits Koguma with a missile kick and a facebuster. Koguma counters Tsukiyama's attempt at a Gokuraku Don with a DDT. Tsukiyama quickly gets up and charges forward with an elbow. As Tsukiyama charges, Hanan blocks him and Kogo delivers a 619. Koguma climbs to the corner, but Meltia breaks it up, and Tsukiyama hits a deadly drive, Nakano a back drop, and Kozuen delivers a combined body press. When Koguma responded, Tsukiyama hit a Gokuraku Don. Tsukiyama then hit an Osu Suplex, and the match continued with a series of roll-up attempts. Koguma then rolled him up again, and the referee counted to three

The Oedo Tai team attacks to start the match, capturing Iida and attacking as a trio. Fukigen grabs Iida's hand and performs an arm whip after walking the ropes. Rinami delivers a series of hair whips to Iida. Kashima corners Iida and stomps on his face. As they attempt a stretch hold in the center of the ring, Fukigen enters and reads a newspaper. Iida delivers a reverse chop followed by a jumping chop. Iwatani delivers a dropkick to Kashima. Kashima chokes Iwatani, but Hazuki intervenes and joins forces with Iwatani for a double dropkick pin. Hazuki enters and Kashima delivers a hurricanrana. Rinami delivers a running double knee attack to Hazuki followed by a Manji Gatame. Hazuki counters with a Codebreaker and a face wash. Rinami is thrown into the corner and dodges Hazuki, and the Oedo Tai team attacks all at once. Hazuki retaliates, and Rinami delivers a diving double knee drop. However, STARS successfully breaks up the attack. Rinami targeted Pink Devil, but Hazuki countered, and Iwatani and Iida provided covering fire. STARS worked as a trio to hit Rinami with a face crusher. Hazuki slammed her forward, but Oedo Tai broke it up. Rinami countered Hazuki's brainbuster with a jackknife. Hazuki kicked back and hit Rinami with a double kick. Iida lifted her up and slammed her down, and Hazuki delivered a diving senton. Rinami couldn't kick out, and Hazuki got the three count

The match started with AZM and Ruika, with Ruika landing a series of punches to the stomach. AZM attempted an arm whip followed by a hurricanrana, but Ruika stopped it and cornered her. However, AZM landed a dropkick. AZM lunged forward, but Ruika stopped her. The Oedo Tai team interfered and captured AZM, lifting her high into the air and slamming her onto the mat. Kid grabbed AZM's hair and pulled her over the apron. Momo delivered a body slam and a soccer ball kick to AZM. AZM retaliated, and Momo stood firm, taking the blows. AZM attempted a brainbuster but was slammed instead. AZM sent Momo flying with a missile kick, and Kamiya attempted a swan dive. Momo dodged and teamed up with Natsuko. However, Kamiya hit them both with a Frankensteiner. Lady delivered a big boot to Momo, and then, in combination with Kamiya, attacked Momo. Momo landed a series of middle kicks on Kamiya. Momo dodges a knee kick and lands a middle kick. Kid hits Kamitani with a body attack and a standing moonsault. Kamitani retaliates, and Kid goes for a fisherman suplex. Kamitani counters with a cartwheel to confuse Kid and lands a dropkick. Kid retaliates with a dropkick and then they exchange elbows. Kamitani lands a spin kick followed by a Northern Lights suplex. Kid retaliates with a dropkick but is met with a double kick. Utami lands a dropkick on Kid, and Kid retaliates with a hurricanrana followed by a dropkick. Natsuko hits Utami with a senton and a corner lariat. Utami lands a corner elbow. They clash shoulders, and Utami gains the upper hand against Natsuko. Utami attempts a German suplex, but Natsuko counters, and with the help of Momo and Kid, Natsuko lands a cannonball. As Natsuko climbs to the corner, AZM throws her down with an arm whip, and Utami lands a lariat and a bat-hanging drop. Natsuko and Utami exchange blows, with Natsuko landing a headbutt followed by a lariat.Tenminutes have passed. Utami retaliates, and Natsuko slams her forward, but only getsa one-count. Utami kicks out, stops her dash, and delivers a German suplex. Both are down, and they dodge a tag, with Lady hitting a big boot on Ryuka. Ryuka retaliates with a complete shot. Lady counters Ryuka's attempt at a fisherman suplex with a cobra twist. However, Oedo Tai intervenes. Ryuka counters with a crossbody. Lady kicks out, and Ryuka charges at her. Lady dodges and delivers a neckbreaker. Ryuka kicks out, and Lady hits an elbow, then teams up with Utami for a chokeslam. Lady charges, but Oedo Tai intervenes and Ryuka hits a lariat. Ryuka hits Utami and Kamiya with lariats. Kid does a plancha to the outside, and Ryuka declares he's going for the finish and hits Lady with a reverse splash. However, AZM successfully breaks it up. Lady hit Ruanka with a giant backbreaker. Momo interrupted with a high kick, and Ruanka delivered a fisherman buster. It looked like it was over, but Lady's shoulders rose.15minutes had passed. Ruanka dropped a freezer bomb, and Lady couldn't kick out, so the referee counted to three.

God's Eye, consisting of Shuri, MIRAI, Sorei Ami, and Inaba Tomoka, will clash with Donna del Mondo, consisting of Giulia, Maika, Himeka, and Thekla, in an eight-woman tag team match. This is a preliminary match for Shuri and Giulia, who will face each other for the red belt at Ryogoku on December 29th , following their match at the Osaka tournament the previous week. The two will also face each other in a preliminary match at the Kanuma tournament the following day. The World Champion, who has defended the belt for a year and just won this year's Women's Pro Wrestling Award, will face off against this year's 5★STAR GP winner. What will happen in the second round leading up to the big match? The JTO showdown between Maika and Inaba is also one of the highlights.
The main event began with a match between Shuri and Giulia. After feeling each other out, they grappled for arm locks and the match moved to the ground. MIRAI and Tekla entered the ring and grappled for back control. After a struggle using the ropes, Tekla executed a hurricanrana. Inaba and Maika faced off, intimidating each other with low kicks. Inaba applied a headlock and went for a kick, but Maika anticipated it and delivered a shoulder tackle. DDM launched a series of corner attacks on Inaba, and Maika and Himeka delivered a brainbuster to Inaba. DDM attacked Inaba in their own corner. Himeka delivered a body slam to Inaba with a long hang time. Tekla cornered Inaba and stomped on her face. Tekla delivered a series of elbows, but Inaba dodged and punched her in the stomach. Sorei delivered a series of reverse chops to Tekla. She put her on the corner and delivered a corner body attack. Shuri shouted "Watch this!" at Tekla and hit her with a soccer ball kick. After another blow, she dragged Tekla to her corner and handed her over to MIRAI. MIRAI delivered a reverse chop to Tekla. Tekla retaliated, and MIRAI followed up with a series of body slams. Inaba delivered a soccer ball kick to Tekla. Tekla countered, dodged a double kick, and delivered a brainbuster.10minutes had passed. Giulia elbowed Inaba and cornered her, prompting Shuri and Sorei to interfere, but Giulia hit them all with a dropkick, followed by a DDT and another dropkick to Inaba. Inaba retaliated, then knocked Giulia down with a straight punch and a middle kick. MIRAI delivered a missile kick and a shoulder tackle to Giulia. Giulia dodged MIRAI and, in combination with Tekla, delivered a dropkick. She lifted MIRAI and threw her backwards. Maika delivered a shoulder tackle and a brainbuster to MIRAI. God's Eye and DDM were fighting, leaving Maika and MIRAI in the ring. MIRAI attempts an Argentine back suplex. Maika resists and they exchange elbows. Maika stops MIRAI's charge and delivers a powerslam and a lariat. MIRAI retaliates with a lariat of her own.15minutes have passed. Sorei and Himeka exchange shoulder tackles. Himeka tries to lift Sorei but Sorei dodges. As Sorei tries to lift her, Himeka resists and delivers a shoulder tackle. Sorei retaliates with a shoulder tackle of her own. Sorei slams Himeka down but only gets a two count. Shuri delivers a dropkick to Himeka, a corner knee attack, a front neck chancery and an Achilles lock. God's Eye supports Shuri with a series of submission holds. Himeka escapes and Thekla, Maika, and Giulia attack Shuri one after another. Himeka delivers a corner knee followed by a knee attack. When Shuri retaliates, Himeka applies a reverse Boston crab. When Shuri escapes, Himeka delivers a series of elbows. Himeka blocks Shuri's middle kick. When Shuri charges, Himeka hits her with a knee. Himeka attempts a lariat, but Shuri dodges it and hits a back cracker. God's Eye slams Himeka in combination, sending Shuri to the corner. However, Maika intervenes with a superplex. DDM attacks Shuri in combination, and Himeka hits a lariat.20minutes have passed. Himeka calls in Maika for a sandwich lariat on Shuri, and Himeka hits a lariat. Himeka pulls Shuri up and prepares for a powerbomb. MIRAI and Sorei cut in with lariats, and Shuri and Inaba deliver a double kick. When Himeka retaliates, Shuri hits her with a knee attack. When Himeka retaliates, Shuri applies a scorpion deathlock. However, Giulia cuts in with a middle kick. Shuri kicks Giulia with a soccer ball kick. Giulia gets up and throws Shuri backward. God's Eye and DDM get into a brawl, and Shuri picks up Himeka and lifts her up. Himeka tries to counter but Shuri hits a series of middle kicks. Himeka catches her and delivers a powerbomb. Shuri counters with a high kick and a buzzsaw kick. It looked like it was over, but Himeka manages to kick out. Shuri puts Himeka in a White Tiger submission hold. Himeka gives up and Shuri wins.
Shuri: "God's Eye has won! Giulia, there's only a little time left until December 29th at Ryogoku Kokugikan. I will defend this red belt and make a strong statement in 2022. There are two more preliminary matches. Be prepared."
Shuri proudly displays her red belt to Giulia. After a tense stare-down, Giulia leaves the ring
Julia: "You guys come see us in both countries, got it?! I'm going home. Arrivederci!"
