Stardom kicks off 2023 with a three-way battle between Mitsuyoshi Amasaki, Hinami, and Rina. The match will center around Queen's Quest (Amasaki and Hinami) against Rina of Oedo Tai, and a sisterly showdown between Amasaki and Hinami & Rina is also possible, but only one will be declared the winner . Who will be the first to emerge victorious in 2023 ?
Tensaki and Hinami pinned each other with dropkicks. They pulled Rinami up and double-teamed her into the ropes, but she resisted. The three exchanged roll-up attempts, with Hinami dropping a dropkick on Tensaki. Rinami and Hinami exchanged elbows. Hinami attempted a backbreaker, but Rinami escaped. Then Hinami tried to force a submission with an armbar. Hinami went for a Northern Suplex after a hip throw, but Tensaki cut her off and hit them both with a DDT. Tensaki cornered both of them and delivered a cartwheel elbow attack. Rinami countered, and hit Tensaki with a corner knee attack and a dropkick. Tensaki countered again, and hit Rinami with a series of elbows. Rinami applied a Manji Gatame, trapping Hinami who tried to intervene as well. Tensaki hit a DDT and then attempted a Tensei on Rinami. As Rinami held on, Hinami attempted a hip throw on Amasaki, but Rinami broke up the cover. Amasaki attempted an Amanohashidate on Hinami, but Rinami made the break in time. The sisters then delivered a brainbuster to Amasaki. Hinami attempted a Gedo Clutch, but it was only a two-count. Hinami slammed Rinami onto the mat, but this was also only a two-count. Rinami then slammed Hinami into Amasaki and applied a jackknife pin. The referee counted to three, and Rinami claimed the victory

When Tsukiyama's team offered a handshake, Shirakawa's team responded, and the bell rang. The match started with Mariah and Tsukiyama as the first to enter the ring. Mariah pushed Tsukiyama into the corner and stroked his head. Tsukiyama charged forward, but Mariah dodged it. Shirakawa entered and delivered a double kick, but Tsukiyama cleared it. Zaiya delivered a double knee attack to Tsukiyama's back, followed by a series of stomps. Shirakawa hit Tsukiyama with a middle kick. Tsukiyama endured and stood up, but was knocked down by the second kick. Tsukiyama retaliated and went on with a series of elbows. Shirakawa dashed forward, but Sakurai interfered, and Tsukiyama delivered a cross body. Amikura hit Shirakawa with a shoulder tackle. Amikura and Sakurai teamed up to attack Shirakawa. Shirakawa retaliated, and Amikura assumed a Canadian suplex position. Shirakawa countered, but Amikura delivered a rolling elbow. Shirakawa countered with an elbow and a DDT. Mariah and Amikura exchanged elbows. Mariah hits a missile kick and a swing DDT, but Amikura counters. Amikura lands a powerslam and hands the ball to Tsukiyama. Tsukiyama hits Zaiya with a series of elbows, and Zaiya hits a hurricanrana followed by a neckbreaker. Tsukiyama counters, and Sakurai enters and hits a brainbuster. Amikura puts Zaiya in a Canadian suplex and puts him on the corner, and Sakurai and Amikura deliver a series of corner body attacks. Amikura carries both of them on his back and the trio hits a warpless. Tsukiyama goes for the cover, but Zaiya kicks out. Zaiya tries to hit a Gokuraku Don but is countered and hit with a complete shot. Tsukiyama tries to hit a Gokuraku Don again, but it is broken up. Tsukiyama prepares for a brainbuster on Zaiya. Zaiya counters and Shirakawa and Mariah team up to deliver a strike. Shirakawa's team grabs Tsukiyama and hits a neckbreaker. Tsukiyama hits Zaiya with an O'S Suplex. Mariah and Zaiya deliver a series of corner attacks. Zaiya puts Tsukiyama on the corner and slams him forward. Tsukiyama was unable to counter, and Zaiya got the three count

Their opponents are Kid, Ryukana, and Umezaki Haruka, who are seeking revenge for Kid taking the belt from them. Kid will be competing in the league tournament as a trio with Oedo Tai's Ryukana and Umezaki, who is not part of KARMA
The match started with Suzuki and Kid as the starting wrestlers. It began with an exchange of elbows, with Kid landing a flurry of blows, and Suzuki going for an arm whip, which Kid retaliated against. They grabbed each other's hair and stared each other down. Umezaki hit Sera with a hurricanrana and a dropkick. Sera countered and slammed Umezaki to the side. Sera slammed Umezaki into the corner and delivered a running double knee attack. Kurumi hit Umezaki with a dropkick. Kid interfered with Kurumi and teamed up with Umezaki for a double dropkick, followed by Ruanka with a senton, and then Ruanka with a running body attack on Kurumi. Ruanka and Kurumi exchanged shoulder tackles. Kurumi won the shoulder tackle exchange and delivered a somersault drop. Suzuki hit Ruanka from behind with a knee attack and a dropkick. Kurumi hit her with a cannonball, and Sera and Suzuki slammed Ruanka forward. As Suzuki charged forward, Ruanka brought out a box, but Suzuki kicked it away with a dropkick. Suzuki went for a Tekira Shot, but Ruanka countered, and Umezaki delivered a missile kick, Kid a diving body attack, and Ruanka a reverse splash. Ruanka then hit Suzuki with a Fisherman Buster. On the other hand, Oedo Tai, with Kashima and Momo having lost the Artist of Stardom belts to Prominence, will be looking to make a comeback in this match.
Natsuko delivers a shoulder tackle to Mukai. Momo body slams Mukai. Mukai throws a series of elbows, but Momo knocks her down with a single middle kick. Natsuko backflips Mukai and drops a dropkick. Mukai retaliates, and Natsuko counters with a dropkick. Hanan delivers a diving body attack to Natsuko. Natsuko retaliates, and Kashima and Momo team up, but Hanan delivers a series of hip throws. Iwatani drops a dropkick to Natsuko. Natsuko scratches her face and throws a spear. Momo delivers a series of middle kicks to Iwatani. Iwatani dodges the charge and drops a dropkick to Momo. Natsuko attempts a cannonball, and Momo attempts a Soumatou, but Iwatani clears them. Momo attempts a B-driver on Iwatani. Iwatani dodges, but Momo drops her forward. Iwatani delivers a thrust kick and a high kick to Momo. Mukai attempts a dropkick to Kashima, but Kashima dodges it. Mukai throws a series of elbows, but Kashima pushes her down. Kashima takes the mount position and delivers a series of slaps. Kogo reverses and lands a flurry of mounted punches before going for a sleeper hold. Iwatani and Kogo perform a 619 together. Kogo lands a swan dive missile kick. STARS deliver body attacks from three directions. Kogo aims for the Nectar Peach on Kashima. Kashima counters and dodges the charge, allowing Oedo Tai to launch a corner attack. Kashima attempts a Shoryuken, but Kogo's shoulder rises. Kashima also lands a double arm suplex hold, but it is broken up. Iwatani and Hanan attempt a tag team move, but Natsuko intervenes, and Kashima captures Kogo. Kogo counters and attempts a Magistral, but Momo blocks it with a high kick, and Oedo Tai delivers three consecutive dives from the corner. Finally, Kashima pins Kogo for the win

Their first opponents are a newly formed trio consisting of Maika and Himeka, who are the next challengers for the Goddesses of Stardom Championship, and Lady C from Queen's Quest. With Mai and Himeka set to challenge for the Goddesses of Stardom Championship, it is expected that Meltear will unleash her jealousy..
When Lady volunteered to start, Nakano came out from Kozuen. After some feeling each other out, Lady took the match to the ground and they struggled for the back. Nakano got a headlock, but Lady countered with a Kawazu Otoshi. Natsupoi broke in, and SAKI joined in, delivering dropkicks from three directions. Nakano hit Lady with a soccer ball kick. SAKI put Lady on the corner and delivered a running knee attack and a reverse splash. Lady countered with a big boot, a giant swing, and a neckbreaker drop. Himeka hit SAKI with a running knee attack and a shoulder tackle. As she dashed, Nakano blocked her and teamed up with SAKI, but Himeka separated them and delivered a backflip to SAKI. SAKI delivered a brainbuster to Himeka. Natsupoi delivered three consecutive dropkicks to Himeka and then a plancha to the outside. Himeka and Natsupoi exchanged elbows. Himeka delivered a knee followed by a back drop. When Natsupoi retaliates, Himeka receives a German suplex. Natsupoi climbs to the corner and attempts a Fairial Gift, but it is dodged. Maika helps Natsupoi up and she and Lady combine for a shoulder tackle. Lady's kick and Maika's sliding lariat combine. Maika hits Natsupoi with a brainbuster. When Natsupoi retaliates, Maika applies a sleeper hold. Maika lifts her up, but Natsupoi counters and rolls her up. Nakano and SAKI provide support and Natsupoi delivers a backlash, but Lady makes an emergency break. Kozuen and Maika deliver a series of thrust kicks. Natsupoi retaliates and goes to the corner. Himeka makes an emergency break and Maika delivers a superplex and Himeka's powerbomb, Lady delivers a chokeslam and Maika delivers a lariat. However, Nakano and SAKI make an emergency break. Maika lands a rolling lariat, but Natsupoi's shoulder rises. Natsupoi uses Fairy Blink, but Maika gets on top and pins her. It was Maika who got the three count

Koguma singles out Nanae. Nanae comes out saying, "Okay." When the gong sounds, Koguma offers a handshake. Nanae kicks his hand away and goes for rope work. Koguma tries to roll her up but is broken up. Koguma tries to roll her up again but Yuu's senton is dodged and hits Nanae by mistake. STARS attacks Nanae's team as a trio and sends them out of the ring. Koguma does a plancha and Hazuki does a tope. Iida brings Nanae back into the ring and STARS attacks with a corner attack. Hazuki lifts Nanae up and tries to tag in with Koguma but Mizumori breaks up Koguma and Nanae does a back drop on Hazuki and Yuu does a senton. Yuu slams Iida onto Koguma and Hazuki. Nanae rolls Yuu and throws her into STARS below the ring. Yuu brings Hazuki back in and goes for a cover but it's only a two count. Mizumori hits Hazuki with a lariat. Hazuki retaliates, and Mizumori goes for a lariat, but Hazuki reads it and hits a dropkick followed by a face wash. Iida hits Mizumori with a sliding lariat. Mizumori counters with a body attack, but Iida hits a jumping chop. Mizumori and Iida exchange elbows. STARS attacks Mizumori as a trio, and Iida holds her down. Mizumori retaliates, and Iida launches the Iida Rocket. Mizumori lifts Iida and charges into the corner. Yuu lifts her and does a backflip, and Nanae hits a refrigerator bomb. Iida retaliates, and hits a lariat. Nanae takes the hit and delivers a series of slaps. Iida hits a series of elbows and charges, but is hit with a counter lariat. Iida retaliates, and Nanae and Yuu go for the Nanamomo Diver. Iida counters, and Hazuki hits them both with a missile kick, and Koguma hits Nanae with a body press. Iida hit Nanae with a Northern Lights Suplex. Iida rolled her up with an Iidabashi, but she kicked out at the last moment. STARS grabbed Nanae and tried to impale her, but all three were hit with lariats in quick succession, and Yuu delivered a Cannonball. Mizumori lifted Nanae and Yuu and they combined for a Nanamomo Diver, but it was broken up at the last moment. Nanae gave Iida a One Second. Iida couldn't kick out, and Nanae won

The official six-woman tag team league match between Utami Hayashishita, Saya Kamitani, and AZM against Syuri, MIRAI, and Ami Sorei will be a clash between the best teams from Queen's Quest and God's Eye. At Ryogoku on December 29th, Kamitani successfully defended the Wonder of Stardom Championship, and AZM defended the High Speed Championship. On the other hand, Syuri of God's Eye lost to Giulia and was dethroned from the World of Stardom Championship, and MIRAI and Sorei also failed to earn a shot at the Goddess of Stardom Championship. In a sense, it's a clash between two contrasting teams. Which unit will prevail? Also, at Kamitani's request, this will be a preliminary match for Kamitani and Sorei towards their White Belt title match.
Sorei volunteered to start the match and faced Kamiya, who landed a hurricanrana followed by a dropkick, and QQ joined forces. AZM dove, but Sorei caught her and delivered a series of body slams. MIRAI hit AZM with a corner elbow. Shuri hit AZM with a dropkick. Corner knee, front neck chancery, and soccer ball kick. AZM also delivered a soccer ball kick. AZM took the soccer ball kick herself and stood up. Shuri also took AZM's soccer ball kick and stood up. AZM faked another one but rolled her up. AZM shouted "Don't underestimate me!" and delivered a missile kick. Utami hit Shuri with a shoulder tackle. Utami hit both Shuri and Sorei with dropkicks. Utami and Shuri exchanged elbows. Utami charged, but Shuri jumped in with a hurricanrana and casadora and delivered a face crusher. MIRAI hit Utami with a missile kick and a series of lariats. MIRAI countered and went for an armbar. Utami hit an elbow followed by a lariat. Kamitani attempted a swan dive but MIRAI dodged it. Kamitani attempted a dropkick followed by a suplex attempt. MIRAI countered and slammed her to the mat. Sorei hit Kamitani with a shoulder tackle and then a reverse Boston crab. Shuri and MIRAI came to her aid with submission holds. Kamitani managed to reach the ropes to escape. Sorei hit a series of reverse chops followed by a counter double chop. Kamitani dodged an Argentine backbreaker and QQ attacked as a trio. Kamitani hit Sorei with a knee kick.10minutes had passed. Kamitani slammed Sorei down but it was broken up. Utami and AZM teamed up and Kamitani attempted a swan dive plancha to the outside but was caught and thrown at Utami and AZM. Sorei brings Kamiya into the ring and throws her backwards. Three minutes remaining. Sorei attempts a Lightning Boom, but Kamiya blocks it and QQ attacks her with a trio of kicks. Sorei hits Utami and Kamiya with lariats. MIRAI and Sorei slam Kamiya forward, and Shuri hits a standing guillotine. Sorei hits a Blue Thunder. Two minutes remaining. Sorei attempts a Lightning Boom on Kamiya, but Kamiya rolls her up and hits a double kick. Sorei quickly gets up and hits a lariat. As Sorei charges, Kamiya attempts a Frankensteiner, but it is cut off. One minute remaining. Sorei hits Kamiya with a lariat and a spinning brainbuster. Kamiya attempts a spin kick followed by a Star Crusher, but Shuri successfully cuts it off. Kamiya continues to pin Sorei, but time runs out. After the match, Sorei takes the white belt in addition to the Future belt and climbs to the corner, looking down at Kamiya.

1Giulia, who broke Shuri's year-long reign and seized the coveted World of Stardom Championship, will now take on a six-woman tag team league as the new champion. Giulia will team up with Mai Sakurai and Thekla. They have also teamed up as tag team partners before, so it's fair to say they are a well-matched trio. Their opponents are Rebel & Enemy, consisting of Ram Kaichou, Maya Yukihi, and Moeka Ozaki. Giulia has particularly faced off against Yukihi and Ozaki during her Ice Ribbon days, and she nominated them as her first opponents at the press conference announcing the tournament. It will be interesting to see what kind of chemistry this long-awaited reunion will create, and this match is not to be missed, both as the start of the red belt champion's reign and as a new direction for unit rivalries
Giulia and Yukihime stare each other down. Ram Kaichou wins Yukihime and volunteers to start the match. The match begins with Giulia and Ram Kaichou. Giulia slowly invites Ram Kaichou and extends her hand. Giulia questions, "Does this guy even want to do this?" Giulia applies a neck lock followed by a sleeper hold. Ram Kaichou counters and goes for the leg, but Giulia quickly takes her down. After a staring contest, Ram Kaichou raises her hand and taunts Giulia, saying, "Come on." Giulia lowers her hand in a taunt. When Giulia raises her hand, Ram Kaichou grapples with her and stomps on her foot. Yukihime throws Giulia into the corner and delivers a series of corner attacks. Yukihime also lands a knee strike, and Ram Kaichou and Ozaki attack. Ram Kaichou climbs to the corner, but Giulia catches up and prepares for a superplex. However, Ram Kaichou blocks it with a cutter. Giulia delivers a body slam to Ram Kaichou. Sakurai delivers a big boot to Ram Kaichou. Elbow, corner big boot, face crusher. Thekla delivers a series of body slams to Ram Kaichou. As Chairman Ram grapples with Tekla from behind, Tekla corners him and delivers an elbow smash. Chairman Ram hits a face crusher and then hands the ball to Ozaki. Ozaki hits Tekla. He delivers a shoulder tackle to Sakurai. Giulia enters and teams up with Tekla, but Ozaki delivers a shoulder tackle to both of them and a senton to Tekla. Ozaki lifts Tekla up, but Tekla counters with a back kick. Ozaki attempts a body attack, but Tekla counters with a modified Manji Gatame and a DDT. Giulia hits Ozaki with a corner elbow. Giulia stops Ozaki's charge and delivers a reverse chop, a brainbuster, and a dropkick. Ozaki kicks out and lifts Giulia into an Argentine backlock. Chairman Ram and Yuki prevent them from breaking up the hold. Yuki slams Giulia onto the mat and covers her with one leg. Giulia kicks out and Ozaki hands the ball to Yuki. Yuki enters the ring and confronts Giulia. Yukihime delivers a kick followed by a knee attack. Giulia retaliates with an elbow, and Yukihime lands a powerful blow, and they exchange elbows. Giulia delivers a flurry of punches, and Yukihime responds with a series of low kicks followed by an elbow. Giulia takes Yukihime's back and goes for a throw. Yukihime counters and slams her to the mat. Giulia kicks out, and Yukihime applies a headlock on the ground.10minutes have passed. Yukihime delivers a low knee attack to Giulia. As Yukihime climbs to the corner, Giulia executes a superplex with a double arm suplex. Yukihime gets up and delivers a high kick, but Giulia lands a dropkick, leaving both of them down. Sakurai tags in and covers Yukihime. When Yukihime kicks out, Sakurai goes for an STF. Ram Kaichou and Ozaki break it up. Giulia and Sakurai kick Yukihime from both sides. Giulia holds Yukihime while Thekla delivers a neckbreaker and Sakurai hits a missile kick. Sakurai covers Yukihime, but it is broken up. Yukihime delivers a high kick to Sakurai. Ram and Ozaki launch a combined attack, followed by a kick from Yukihime. However, Sakurai manages to retaliate. Yukihime attempts a submission hold, but Thekla intervenes. In the ensuing brawl, Giulia attempts a back drop on Ozaki, but is met with a lariat. Sakurai slams Yukihime down, but only gets a two count. One minute remaining. Yukihime delivers a knee attack to Sakurai. She shouts, "It's over," and the screen goes white. Sakurai gives up, and Yukihime is declared the winner.
Chairman Ram: " The opening match of 2023 ... the Stardom opening match. And it's the first day of the 'Triangle Derby,' and the winner of the main event is Rebel & Enemy! Don't you dare underestimate Rebel & Enemy ! Now, a word from our Renemy leader."
Yukihi: "I'm sorry that Yukihi Maya, making her debut, will be the last to hold the microphone at Stardom's New Year's opening match. We, Rebel & Enemy, want to wreak havoc in this 'Triangle Derby,' so feel free to support us if you want to."
Chairman Ram: "Looks like you have nothing to say, so can I go home? I don't think you do. Is that okay? Anyway, I'm looking forward to the next match. Best regards."
Suzuki appears and stands before Julia
Suzuki: "Hey, Julia!"
Julia: "What happened to your voice?"
Suzu: "My voice...it's just hoarse. Giulia...I watched your title match at the end of the year. Giulia...I'm annoyed, but you were incredibly cool! So why did you lose in your first match?! If you're that kind of champion, then I'll take that red belt from you! Let me challenge for that red belt!"
Giulia: "Suzu... I had always decided that my first title defense would be against Suzu. The location is a big match, on February 4th in Osaka! By the way, there's a huge surprise in store, so everyone please look forward to it. Let's continue where we left off that day. "
