Fifteen wrestlers, including X, will compete in a knockout tournament with one 5-minute fall match. The entrants are Mayu Iwatani, Momo Kogo, Natsuko Tora, Saki Kashima, Mai Sakurai, Thekla, Tam Nakano, Natsupoi, Waka Tsukiyama, Mina Shirakawa, Mariah May, Mitsuyoshi Amasaki, Yuna Mizumori, Momoka Hanazono, and X. The order in which the wrestlers appear will be determined by the "Naniwa Roulette," and the matches will be played under over-the-top-rope rules. Any draws will result in disqualification for both wrestlers, and the last wrestler standing will be declared the winner. The winner will be given the right to challenge for any title of their choice.
The show's creator, Iwatani, made an appearance right from the start. Iwatani appeared at the entrance and looked disappointed to be the first to face off. Iwatani's opponent was Tsukiyama. The crowd chanted Tsukiyama's name and he delivered a dropkick as soon as the gong sounded. He followed up with a hip attack and a cover, but only got a two count. Tsukiyama then attempted a Palo Special, but Iwatani resisted and reached the ropes. Tsukiyama went for a missile kick followed by a Gokuraku Don. Iwatani countered, and Tsukiyama landed a series of elbows. Tsukiyama attempted a Hell Stab and a roll-up, but Iwatani kicked out and secured the three count with a Dragon

Hazuki's team has already suffered four losses and is in a precarious position, but can they strike back against Kid's team? Kid's team still has an even win-loss record to go and cannot afford to lose if they want to win the championship
The match started with Koguma and Kid. Koguma queued to get a Kid chant. When Kid refused to do the bear pose, the crowd booed. Kid then hit Koguma on the head during an outside brawl. Iida hit Ryuka with a corner elbow and a series of chops. Umezaki tried to break it up, but Iida eliminated Umezaki and hit Ryuka with a jumping chop. Ryuka hit Iida with a cross body and a senton. Umezaki hit Iida with a dropkick and a brainbuster. Iida stopped Umezaki's dash and hit a spinebuster. Hazuki hit Umezaki with a face wash, and the trio also hit each other with face washes. Umezaki and Hazuki exchanged elbows. Hazuki countered with a big boot, but Umezaki countered again and threw Hazuki backwards. Koguma hit Kid with a dropkick from the side, a camel clutch, and a forced bear. When Ryuka interfered, Kid slammed Koguma into the corner and delivered a diving body press, followed by a standing moonsault press. Hazuki and Iida interrupted Kid's dash and Koguma delivered a DDT. Hazuki and Iida caught Kid, but Ryuka stopped Koguma as he climbed onto the corner and Umezaki dove from the corner. Kid delivered a lion sault to Koguma. Koguma rolled up Kid, but Kid countered and rolled him up. Koguma kicked out and they exchanged roll-ups. Koguma kicked out at the last moment and dodged Kid, and they exchanged roll-ups again. In the end, it was Koguma who was on top

Sorei entered the ring and teamed up with Shuri. AZM tried to do an arm whip, but Sorei caught her and drove her into the corner. Shuri's team launched a series of corner attacks on AZM. AZM dodged Sorei's reverse chop and delivered a chop of her own. Sorei dodged and delivered a series of reverse chops. Sorei went for an Argentine backbreaker, but AZM dodged it and delivered a brainbuster. Utami hit Sorei with a lariat and a dropkick. Sorei countered, and Utami went for an Argentine backbreaker. Sorei countered and they exchanged shoulder strikes. Sorei wins and entrusts the match to Konami. Konami hits Utami with a missile kick. Shuri cuts off Lady's charge, and Sorei slams her forward, then Shuri and Konami hit her with a kick from both sides. Konami goes for an armbar, but AZM breaks it up. In the ensuing scramble, Konami grabbed Lady's arm, but Lady countered. Konami followed up with a neckbreaker and then a triangle lancer. Lady gave up, and Konami won.

Himeka escapes and heads to the corner. Maika breaks up and prepares for a superplex. Himeka's powerbomb comes in to join in. Himeka hits Nanae with a running lariat from behind and tries to lift her up but collapses. Yuu then hits a cannonball. Maika hits a lariat but is hit with a powerslam.15minutes have passed. Himeka gets up and slams Nanae forward with a MaiHime. Himeka knees Nanae but only gets a two count. Himeka hits a running lariat from behind and puts Nanae on the corner for a running powerbomb. However Nanae kicks out at the last moment. Himeka charges towards Nanae but Yuu cuts her off. Yuu helps Himeka up and they attempt a Nanamomo diver with Nanae. However Maika successfully cuts them off. Nanae and Yuu do diving body presses from two directions but Himeka kicks out. Nanae tries to go for a one-second hold but Himeka rolls her up. Nanae kicks out at the last moment and hits a lariat and a sliding elbow. Himeka kicks out and Nanae goes for a one-second hold. The referee counts to three and Nanae pins Himeka.
Nanae: "7Upp, Nanae Takahashi and Yuu, our first title defense was a success! Isn't it exciting that we beat everyone's favorite Maihime? (Responding to a voice from the audience) Hey! Momo retaliates with a triangle choke on the ground. She sends Kamitani out of the ring with a swan dive missile kick, and Kamitani attempts a swan dive plancha, but Momo throws a box at her from below. Momo sends Kamitani out of the ring and sets up a table. She attempts a B-Driver, but Kamitani drops her to the ground with a Frankensteiner. Kamitani sets up the table herself and lays Momo on it, then delivers a diving foot stomp over the ring post. Kamitani screams and brings Momo back into the ring. She delivers a Star Crusher and declares it the finish, heading to the corner. Momo gets up and delivers a high kick, then grapples Kamitani from behind and throws her, but Kamitani lands on her feet. However, Momo lands a straight punch and a Dragon Throw.10minutes have passed. Momo repeatedly delivers a series of middle kicks. Kamitani gets up, catches a middle kick, and delivers a series of elbows. Kamitani delivers a knee kick followed by a backward slam, then dodges a high kick and hits a reverse Frankensteiner. They return to the ring and exchange a series of elbows. Giulia is thrown into the ropes but lands a dropkick. After an exchange of elbows, Giulia slapped Suzuki and Suzuki headbutted her. Giulia retaliated with a headbutt of her own. Suzuki's high kick took Giulia down. Suzuki climbed to the corner but Giulia got up and delivered a superplex. Suzuki hit a German suplex and Giulia hit a dropkick. Suzuki did a standing Spanish fly. Giulia slammed her backwards but only got a two count. Giulia went for a submission on the ground and a missile kick. Suzuki had her back taken but countered and took Giulia's back. Giulia countered and applied a leg lock. Suzuki escaped and Giulia did a back drop. Suzuki countered a Glorious Driver but Giulia locked her arm in a submission hold. Suzuki escaped and Giulia caught her on the apron. Suzuki countered and delivered a piledriver onto the apron. Suzuki attacked Giulia by hooking her right arm on the ropes. She did a missile kick from the corner to Giulia's right arm, then took Giulia's back from the top corner and slammed her onto the mat. She also did a modified back drop hold but only got a two count. As Suzuki went for a Tequila Shot, Giulia rolled her up. Suzuki landed a knee to Giulia's face and then a Tequila Shot. However, Giulia's shoulders rose.20minutes had passed. Suzuki attempted a locomotion German suplex, but Giulia kicked out. Suzuki put Giulia on the corner and delivered a German suplex from the top. Giulia kicked out, and Suzuki hit a straight. Giulia retaliated with a Falcon Arrow. Suzuki kicked out, and Suzuki rolled up Suzuki as she attempted a Glorious Driver.
