Rina, Hinami, and Megan start the match. Rina steps back, leaving Megan and Hinami to face each other. Every time Hinami tries to grapple, Megan bounces her off. When Hinami charges, Megan delivers a shoulder tackle, corners her and stomps on her, follows with a series of chops, and a high body slam. Seira delivers a dropkick to Hinami from the front. Hinami retaliates, and Momo pulls her leg from outside the ring, allowing Rina to deliver a dropkick and a hair whip. The Oedo Tai team corners Hinami and stomp on her face. Momo delivers a body slam and a middle kick to Hinami. Momo taunts her, saying, "Try and fight back," and "Is that all you've got?" She responds to a series of elbows with a middle kick, saying, "That's not going to work!" Hinami executes a hip throw, and HANAKO enters the ring. She delivers a series of shoulder tackles, followed by a corner body attack and a cross body to the Oedo Tai team. As Seira enters, HANAKO sends her onto the apron. Seira makes a comeback and applies a modified camel clutch to HANAKO. Hinami breaks up the hold and delivers a hip toss to Seira, then a combined kick with HANAKO. HANAKO hits Seira with a brainbuster, but Megan breaks it up. HANAKO catches Seira's crossbody, but Megan kicks her away and Seira goes for the cover. HANAKO kicks out, and Seira delivers a high dropkick. Megan helps HANAKO up and takes a series of elbows to get back on her feet. Megan takes HANAKO's shoulder tackles one after another, gets back on her feet, and lifts her up. HANAKO escapes and delivers a big boot. Megan returns the favor with a big boot of her own. HANAKO kicks out, and Momo stops Megan and delivers a back suplex to HANAKO, but Megan breaks it up. Megan delivers a lariat to all of Oedo Tai. Queen's Quest's Utami Hayashishita, AZM, and Mitsuyoshi Amasaki will face Club Venus's Mina Shirakawa, Mariah May, and Waka Tsukiyama in a six-person tag team match. The leaders of the two units faced each other in the opening match of the 5★STAR GP, with Utami defeating Shirakawa. This match between Utami and Mariah will be a preliminary bout leading up to their official match on September 2nd in Fukuyama
Tsukiyama volunteered, saying "I'll go!", and faced off against Utami, the first to go for QQ. When Tsukiyama went for a tackle, Utami grabbed his neck. Tsukiyama went for a headlock, and Utami threw him into the ropes, allowing AZM and Amasaki to deliver dropkicks, followed by a body slam from Utami. When Tsukiyama kicked out, AZM and Amasaki attacked in combination, landing a double dropkick. When Tsukiyama kicked out again, Amasaki delivered a body slam. Amasaki continued to pressure Tsukiyama with a series of pins. AZM hit Tsukiyama with a soccer ball kick. Tsukiyama kicked back and went for an elbow. AZM fought back and taunted Tsukiyama, saying "Come on." Tsukiyama landed a series of blows, but AZM took him down with one. Tsukiyama dodged a lariat and delivered a dropkick. Shirakawa hit AZM with a corner elbow attack. Amasaki interfered and tried to break it up, but Shirakawa hit AZM with a neckbreaker and Amasaki with a dropkick to the knee. Shirakawa delivers a dropkick to AZM's knee. AZM lands a middle kick, then an armbar, followed by a brainbuster. Shirakawa dodges AZM's hurricanrana and delivers a knee crusher. AZM lands a high kick, but Shirakawa counters with a rolling elbow. Mariah enters the ring and Utami lands a dropkick, followed by a neckbreaker. After an exchange of elbows, Utami charges forward, Mariah lands an elbow, but Utami retaliates. Mariah lands a series of blows and lifts Utami up. Utami counters with a German suplex, and Mariah immediately retaliates with a German suplex of her own. Utami slams Mariah down with something resembling a rock bottom and hands her off to Tensaki. Tensaki hits Mariah with a cartwheel corner elbow followed by a dropkick. Mariah kicks out, and Tensaki stops her movement with a submission hold. Mariah escapes, and Tensaki attempts a swinging DDT, but Mariah dodges it, and Shirakawa lands a dropkick, followed by Tsukiyama's DDT. Mariah put Tensaki on the corner and delivered a reverse chop, a superplex Frankensteiner, and a missile kick. Tensaki kicked out, and Mariah attempted an armbar, but it was cut off. Mariah slammed Tensaki into the corner and delivered an elbow. Tensaki dodged a charge, and QQ followed up with a high kick, and Tensaki hit a DDT. Mariah kicked out, and she dodged QQ's dropkick, and Shirakawa and Tsukiyama separated them with a series of dropkicks. Mariah lifted Tensaki, and Shirakawa delivered a neckbreaker, followed by Mariah's Tombstone Piledriver. Tensaki couldn't kick out, and Mariah won

They drew in the league matches, but how will they fare in a unit match? Keep an eye on Giulia and Maika, who have an official match against each other at Korakuen Hall on September 9 as fellow DDM members. The two have been rivals in the generational struggle, so this match is likely to be filled with complex emotions.
"I'm off to be an apprentice!" Mizumori announced, and Nakano sent her off with "Have a good time as an apprentice!" DDM's Thekla gave Giulia a chop to get her fired up before sending her off. They locked up and Giulia drove Mizumori to the ropes. Mizumori reversed and delivered a series of elbows. Giulia took Mizumori down and put her in a sleeper hold, but Mizumori quickly reversed. Giulia reversed and went for a sleeper hold. Mizumori threw Giulia into the ropes and caught her big boot, then delivered a "61.4kg" press. However, Giulia dodged it and delivered a dropkick. Thekla delivered an elbow smash to Mizumori. Maika delivered a series of body slams to Mizumori. Mizumori responded to Maika's provocation with a series of elbows, a dropkick, and a shoulder throw. Anno delivered a big boot to Maika. Giulia interfered and threw Anno into the corner. Anno dodged the corner attack and delivered a missile kick to both of them. Anno and Nakano performed a knee attack together. When Maika retaliated, she hit Anno with a series of lariats and a shoulder tackle. Anno countered Maika's attempt at a brainbuster and charged forward, but was hit with a powerslam. Tekla hit Anno with a dropkick, open-hand slaps, and a back kick. Anno slammed Tekla with a brainbuster and handed the ball to Nakano. Tekla dodged Nakano's charge and they exchanged kicks. Tekla landed a counter elbow, and Nakano retaliated. Mizumori provided support with a flying shoulder tackle and Kozuen attempted a combined body press. However, Tekla anticipated it and blocked it with an elbow, Giulia lifted Nakano and slammed her backward, and Tekla delivered a big boot and a diving body attack. Nakano kicked out and Tekla applied a modified camel clutch. DDM caught Kozuen in a submission hold. Tekla charged forward with a back kick. Nakano dodged but was hit with a buzzsaw kick. However, Kozuen cut off Tekla. Thekla pulls Nakano up and assumes a double arm suplex position. When Nakano escapes, Anno delivers a neckbreaker, Mizumori a lariat, and Nakano a Violet Shooting. However, DDM interferes. Giulia and Maika try to grab Anno, but Mizumori interferes and Anno also lands a lariat. Nakano goes for the Tiger Suplex, but Thekla counters and rolls her up. However, Anno makes the break just in time. The trio of Cozuen delivers a heel drop, and Nakano locks in a Northern Cross. Thekla then gives up, giving Nakano the victory.

Konami will be making a special appearance in God's Eye, featuring Shuri, MIRAI, Sorei Ami, and Kashima Saki. This will be the first match for the newly formed God's Eye with Kashima joining, so their teamwork will be something to watch. Their opponents will be STARS, consisting of Hazuki, Koguma, Hanan, Iida Saya, and Kogo Momo. This match also serves as a preview for Kashima and Koguma's High Speed Championship match to be held in Osaka on August 13th
The match begins with Shuri and Hazuki as the starting wrestlers. Kashima quickly leaves the ring. After some feeling each other out, they grapple for the back, and when Shuri grabs Hazuki's arm, Hazuki takes it back. Shuri takes Hazuki to the ground with a headlock, but Hazuki counters with a head scissors. Shuri escapes and they glare at each other. Kogo delivers a magnificent dropkick, and Kogo sends her flying with a shoulder tackle, then she and MIRAI exchange a series of reverse chops. Kashima enters the ring, delivers a soccer ball kick to Kogo, and immediately tags in Konami. Konami also delivers a soccer ball kick and immediately passes the baton to Shuri. Shuri also delivers a soccer ball kick and tags in. MIRAI, who has tagged in, gives Kogo a hang time before delivering a body slam and then a camel clutch. Kogo comes at her with a series of elbows, but MIRAI knocks her down with one hit. As MIRAI charges, Kogo delivers a dropkick and a 619. Hanan delivers a dropkick to MIRAI. Sorei interfered, and then Iida also interfered. Iida and Hanan exchanged jumping chops, and STARS cornered God's Eye against the ropes and exchanged low dropkicks. Hanan covered MIRAI, but only got a two count. Hanan warned and went for a double wrist lock. MIRAI resisted and delivered a back drop. Konami hit Hanan with a series of middle kicks. Hanan hit Konami from behind with a knee attack and an elbow attack. Hazuki hit Konami with a corner elbow, a missile kick, and a face wash. However, Konami countered with a middle kick and couldn't complete the face wash. Hazuki and Konami exchanged elbows. Hazuki hit a series of elbows and charged, but Konami hit a back kick. Hazuki called in Iida for a chop, and Konami hit a Codebreaker and completed the face wash. Konami applied an armbar and delivered a middle kick. Hazuki hit a brainbuster and dashed off. Konami countered with a high kick, Hazuki hit a double kick, and Konami delivered a German suplex. Both were down and tagged out, with Koguma and Kashima entering the ring. After an exchange of roll-up attempts, Koguma hit a 120% schoolboy. Shuri cut off Koguma's charge, MIRAI hit a face crusher, and Kashima hit a Shoryuken. Koguma retaliated, and Kashima hit a diving foot stomp. Koguma dodged and teamed up with Hazuki. However, Kashima escaped to the outside of the ring. Iida hit Shuri and Konami with lariats. Hanan, Kogo, and Iida jumped to the outside. STARS hit Kashima with a combined face crusher. However, Kashima managed to kick out. Koguma got behind and went for a German suplex. Shuri cut in with a high kick, and Kashima made a comeback. Hazuki made the cut in just in time. Hazuki and Koguma hit Kashima with a combined neckbreaker, and Koguma hit a diving body press. The referee counted to three, and Koguma defeated Kashima
Konami: "Akari, what does this mean? Why is a weakling like Kashima Saki in God's Eye? What's going on?"
Akari: "We lost today, but I believe that Saki Kashima will explode as God's Eye from now on."
Konami: "Even though you don't practice? No, well, please don't make fun of me. I'm training every day at a martial arts dojo, shedding blood and sweat, in order to make a comeback in pro wrestling. So why is this ridiculous person in there? God's Eye was a martial arts group, right? Why are you letting someone like this in? Don't you realize that you're going in the wrong direction?"
MIRAI: "Konami, you can't really say that. Kashima Saki is doing her best in her own way."
Konami: "Where? Where are you trying your best? You've got a really big head on your shoulders. It's all because of that belt, isn't it? You're getting cocky because you've won that belt. But your thinking is lukewarm, you all need to realize that."
MIRAI: "Yes, Kachin. Konami, I know you're upset about losing your first match in two and a half months. I get it, but you don't have to take it out on everyone around you like that, do you? I mean, today was a 5-on-5 tag team match, not a singles match. So today's loss isn't anyone's fault, it's everyone's. I think Kashima Saki is necessary for God's Eye. I mean, the white belt is irrelevant right now, isn't it? Ahhh, I get it, I get it, I get it. Konami is just not honest. Fine, let's have a one-on-one fight for this belt to see whose opinion is right? I will absolutely protect this belt and my precious teammates. Shall we do it?"
Konami: "Let's do it. Let's put that on the line. Right? That would be good. We're not doing pro wrestling just out of kindness. And listen, if you lose to me, you're in pretty bad shape."

Suzuki has already suffered 3 losses and is on the brink of elimination. Last year, she was also down 1 win and 3 losses after 4 matches, but then staged a furious comeback. However, this year the number of matches played is different, so it's safe to say that she can't afford to drop another point. On the other hand, Natsuko has a walkover win from Saya Kamitani, but she remains undefeated so far. The question is whether she can eliminate Suzuki here, maintain her undefeated record, and take the lead in the Red Stars. Both are skilled at playing in the rough, so a chaotic match is inevitable. Who will be claimed victory in the end?
As Natsuko enters the ring, Suzuki attacks, choking her with an iron pipe and slamming her into the audience. Suzuki brings Natsuko into the ring and the bell rings. Suzuki gets into the ring and yells, "Don't underestimate a woman on the brink!" She goes down to the floor and Natsuko retaliates, slamming Suzuki into the audience multiple times before doing a backflip onto the mat outside the ring. Back in the ring, Natsuko throws Suzuki into the ropes, sprays her with water, and delivers a series of sentons. She then slams Suzuki with a body slam and climbs to the corner. Suzuki catches up and climbs to the corner, but Natsuko knocks her off. Suzuki climbs up again and delivers a superplex Frankensteiner and a knee attack from behind. Natsuko counters, and Suzuki warns her and prepares for a German suplex. Natsuko resists and tries to lure Suzuki into an elbow exchange. Suzuki delivers a series of blows and charges, but Natsuko catches her and slams her onto the mat. Natsuko delivers a running lariat and a cannonball. However, Suzuki retaliates. Natsuko lands a frog splash, but Suzuki kicks out of it. Suzuki goes for a tequila shot, but Natsuko resists and hits a lariat followed by a Death Valley Bomb. However, Suzuki's shoulder is raised. Natsuko climbs onto the corner again and goes for a Swanton Bomb. Suzuki dodges it and taunts Natsuko by removing the corner post. She dodges Natsuko's charge and hits her directly into the exposed corner before rolling her up for a two count. Suzuki lands a series of buzzsaw kicks followed by a tequila shot. It looked like it would be a three count, but Rina, Suzuki's second, pulls the referee's leg from ringside. An enraged Suzuki throws Rina down and charges at Natsuko. Natsuko pulls out an iron pipe, but Suzuki snatches it and hits her with it, then delivers a series of German suplexes. The referee counts to three, and Suzuki defeats Natsuko

At the previous Kyoto tournament, Iwatani defeated Suzu Suzuki in the main event, while Natsupoiapoint that was close to a win by drawing with Shuri. Will Iwatani or Natsupoi be able to extend their lead and gain more momentum?
When Iwatani offered a handshake, Natsupoi made a circle with her hands and extended them. The match started without a handshake, and Natsupoi delivered a series of dropkicks after some rope work. Iwatani kicked out at one count, and Natsupoi applied a camel clutch. Iwatani responded with a soccer ball kick and a body slam. Natsupoi kicked out, and Iwatani cornered her against the ropes and delivered a series of middle kicks and a dropkick. Natsupoi fell to the outside, and Iwatani dashed in for a tope. Natsupoi returned to the ring and retaliated with a neckbreaker and a dropkick. Natsupoi declared on the apron, "I'm going to throw you!" and took Iwatani's back. Iwatani escaped, but Natsupoi delivered a German suplex on the apron, and then jumped onto Iwatani, who had fallen to the outside, with a plancha. She returned to the ring and delivered a swinging neckbreaker. Iwatani dodged Fairial Gift and delivered a dropkick. After an exchange of kicks, Natsupoi's back kick connected, followed by a German suplex. Iwatani retaliates with a German suplex and a thrust kick. Both are down. Once they get up, they exchange elbows, with Iwatani taunting, "Come on!" and "What's wrong, Natsupoi!" After an exchange of elbows, Natsupoi collapses. Natsupoi lands a series of blows, causing Iwatani to collapse. Natsupoi lands a series of back kicks and a German suplex, but Iwatani manages to counter. Natsupoi attempts a Fairy Strain, but Iwatani rolls her up. Natsupoi tries to roll her up again, but Iwatani reverses and holds her down. Iwatani lands a thrust kick, and both are down again. Iwatani performs a moonsault from the second base, shouting "Not yet!" and a frog splash from the top. However, she doesn't get the three count. Iwatani declares her finish and assumes a dragon sleeper position. Natsupoi counters, but Iwatani gets behind her again and applies a standing dragon sleeper. She then goes for a German suplex, but Natsupoi kicks out.10minutes have passed. As Iwatani headed towards the corner, Natsupoi grabbed her leg. She applied a Fairing Ring, but Iwatani countered it, shouting "It's over!" and delivered a Tombstone Piledriver. Iwatani then kicked Natsupoi in the face, shouting "It's over!" again and getting into a full nelson position. Natsupoi then delivered a series of Magistrals, and Iwatani was unable to lift her shoulders as the referee counted to three.
Natsupoi: "Mayu-san, I've taken a 3 from you. I've taken a 3 from Mayu-san, the IWGP (Women's) Champion."
Iwatani was about to leave the ring when she answered from below
Iwatani: "I know that. You don't need to say it again."
Natsupoi: "Mayu-san! Mayu-san! I'm no longer the person I used to be, the one who admired you and looked up to you!"
Iwatani: "Why! Why! Thank you very much."
Iwatani tries to leave the field
Natsupoi: "Why?!But my respect for Mayu-san will never change, not in the past, not now, and not in the future!"
Iwatani: "Thank you!"
Natsupoi: "Mayu-san, you're the most difficult person. There are so many things I don't understand about you. But please don't forget that Natsupoi will be standing in front of you from now on (Iwatani exits)."
