On Saturday, October 21, 2023 (local time), STARDOM made its debut at Imperial World Samrong 5F in Bangkok, Thailand, with the "2023 Bushiroad Expo Asia in Bangkok" event. The event featured a special tournament
As the opening bell rang, the crowd erupted in cheers. The first match was the first round of the tournament: Shuri (God's Eye) vs. Tsukiyama Waka (Club Venus). Tsukiyama offered a handshake, which Shuri firmly returned, and the match began. Tsukiyama immediately started with a dropkick followed by a series of elbows. Shuri threw Tsukiyama into the ropes, dodged her dropkick, and delivered a stomp followed by a soccer ball kick. Shuri landed a corner knee and three consecutive pins, but Tsukiyama managed to lift her shoulder and Shuri applied an armbar, but she managed to reach the ropes to escape. Tsukiyama threw an elbow, but Shuri stood up and knocked her down with a single middle kick. Tsukiyama followed with a dropkick, a hip attack, and a hip butt. Shuri withstood Tsukiyama's body slam and slammed her back down. Shuri transitioned from an armbar to an armlock, but Tsukiyama's foot reached the ropes. Shuri ran towards the ropes, but Tsukiyama applied a Palo Special, releasing it as Shuri got close to the ropes and delivering a dropkick, body slam, and Gokuraku Don before going for a pin, but only getting a two count. Tsukiyama declared she was going for the finish and went for a suplex, but Shuri hit a series of knees to the body, followed by a front neck chancery and a soccer ball kick before going for the cover, but Tsukiyama kicked out. Shuri then went for the Ryuen, but Tsukiyama countered and a series of roll-up attempts were unsuccessful. Shuri countered with a slam, but Tsukiyama kicked out. Shuri applied an armbar, then an armlock, and finally a ground Suzaku, forcing Tsukiyama to tap out, giving Shuri the victory and advancing to the finals the next day

The second match was the first round of the tournament, between Mina Shirakawa (Club Venus) and Yuna Mizumori (COSMIC ANGELS). As the match started, Mizumori grabbed Shirakawa's arm, and Shirakawa retaliated, but Mizumori put her in a headlock, which Shirakawa countered. When Shirakawa was thrown into the ropes, Mizumori dodged and struck a pose, drawing a huge cheer from the crowd. Mizumori charged in, aiming for a flying shoulder tackle followed by a corner attack, but Shirakawa countered with a neckbreaker and a series of kicks to the back. Shirakawa went for a Romero Special and then an armlock, but Mizumori's leg reached the ropes. Mizumori withstood Shirakawa's kicks and landed a series of elbows, but Shirakawa knocked her down with one kick. Shirakawa ran for a lop, but Mizumori hit a body slam, a corner lariat, and a dropkick, but only got a two count. After an exchange of elbows, Shirakawa attempted a rolling elbow and a corner attack, but Mizumori countered. However, Shirakawa countered again, using the ropes to deliver a neckbreaker and a reverse DDT, but Mizumori kicked out. Mizumori withstood Shirakawa's implant DDT and delivered an elbow followed by a brainbuster and a lariat, but Shirakawa managed to lift her shoulder. Mizumori's tropical Yahoo Press connected, but Shirakawa kicked out at the last moment. Mizumori lifted Shirakawa up, but Shirakawa countered with a DDT, then put Mizumori on the ropes and delivered a modified neckbreaker.
