However, for Rina, who lost to Amasaki Mitsuyoshi at Korakuen Hall the day before, this is a match where she wants to regain her momentum as Future of Stardom Champion. In their preliminary match at Korakuen Hall on February 14th , Shirakawa won by pinfall against Iwatani in an elimination match, giving the challenger the upper hand, but what will happen this time? In addition to the battle between Iwatani and Shirakawa themselves, the presence of Maika, the reigning champion of the red belt, will also be a threat to Iwatani. Shirakawa: "E neXus V is here! Yuzuki, how was your first time doing the figure -four leglock?"
Yumizuki: "It hurts so much."
Shirakawa: "Yes, it hurts a lot. But honestly, it feels like it's been a really long time since we've had so many preliminary matches. But Iwatani Mayu is always smiling and having so much fun when she's fighting in STARS. Iwatani Mayu has to come at me with 100 % and win for it to mean nothing to me. On the 23rd in Sapporo, I will win the IWGP (Women's), International Wrestling Grand Prix, and show Shirakawa Mina, E neXus V, and Stardom to the world."
Iwatani: "Mina Shirakawa, you're still nowhere near the top.23rd, I'll make you face not only the high wall of the IWGP, but also the wall of Mayu Iwatani herself, so look forward to it in Sapporo."
STARS has left the field
Shirakawa: "Well, Iwatani Mayu and I have lived completely different lives. But in the end, I ended up on Iwatani Mayu's island. But, as I always say, it's never too late to start, to take on a challenge, no matter how old you are or when you start. I say that dreams can definitely come true. I will prove that on23rdin the IWGP match. OK. Let's wrap it up. Gina, are you really angry? I'm sorry, it's because I spoke all in Japanese. Sorry, Icepeak Japanese only."
Gina: "Amazing!"
Shirakawa: "Well, you know, we'll bring together friends from all over the world like this, and then we'll go out into the world."
Maika: "Yeah (wry smile)"
Shirakawa: "Well, that's fine, that's fine. Maika and I will become friends one step at a time. Right, Maika? Let'sbothuse the microphone. OK."
Maika: "Beyond imagination, to the world!"
Shirakawa: "E neXus V-is"
EXV "Here!"
Comments from Maika-gumi
Shirakawa: "There were more preliminary matches than usual, so I was able to take my time and attack carefully, and I didn't really have much interaction with Iwatani Mayu, but when I first came to Stardom, I was really, really just a pathetic Shirakawa Mina, and I was yelled at and given a wake-up call, and now I'm going to defeat that opponent in a title match. I imagined something like this back then... no, I did imagine it, I did imagine it, I did imagine it. Well, really, my body and mind are in perfect condition. All that's left is to win and make all the fans smile, so I can see a future where I make Iwatani Mayu give up on the 23rd , or get a three- count."
Maika: "I think (Shirakawa) is a woman who will definitely make her dreams come true.the 23rdthough."
Shirakawa: "I'll do my best. E neXus V is..."
EXV "Here!"
