Initially, a singles match between two young wrestlers, Sayaka Kurei and Rian, was scheduled, but due to Mayu Iwatani's absence, the card was changed to a three-way match with the addition of Hinami. As
the chants for all three wrestlers were mixed, they feigned a hand-to-hand grappling stance, but Hinami grabbed Kurei's arm. At Hinami's command, she and Rian teamed up. Hinami delivered a body slam to Kurei followed by a camel clutch, and at Hinami's instruction, Rian ran between the ropes and delivered a dropkick. However, the target was Hinami. Enraged, Hinami delivered three consecutive body slams to Rian. Rian retaliated, and Hinami attempted a cross body followed by a body slam after giving a warning. Hinami endured, but Rian delivered a corner body attack, Kurei entered and delivered a corner dropkick to both of them, followed by a body slam and a sleeper hold to Rian. Rian countered Kurei's attempt at a neckbreaker, and they exchanged elbows. Kurei lands a series of blows and takes down Rian. Hinami counters Kurei's charge with a hip throw. Hinami corners Kurei and delivers a running elbow attack and a dropkick. When Kurei kicks out, Hinami hits a backbreaker and a reverse Boston crab. Rian breaks up the hold with a series of elbows to Hinami, and Rian and Kurei team up. However, Hinami hits both Kurei and Rian with hip throws. Hinami corners Rian but is hit with a hurricanrana followed by a dropkick. Rian slams Hinami with a body slam but only gets a two count. Rian attempts a fisherman suplex on Hinami. Hinami counters with an STO. Rian counters the body slam and tries to roll up Kurei. Kurei pins both of them but only gets a two count. Hinami hits Kurei with a dropkick. Rian counters Hinami's charge with a neckbreaker. Kurei hit Rian with a dropkick, a running dropkick, and a neckbreaker before going for the cover. Rian kicked out and Kurei went for the Tokimeki Cutter. Rian countered and rolled her up but Hinami made an emergency break. Hinami hit Kurei with a neckbreaker and Rian's elbows kept her up. Hinami lifted Rian and slammed her backwards but only got a two count. Hinami declared she was going for the finish and went for a fisherman suplex on Rian. Rian resisted, so Kurei hit Hinami with a missile kick and Rian with a spear for the three count.

This is a three-way tag team match featuring the teams of Shuri & Ranna Yagami from God's Eye, Maika & Wakana Tsukiyama from E neXus V, and Natsuko Tora & Rina from HATE. The previous day at "NEW BLOOD 16," Rina & Azusa Inaba successfully defended the NEW BLOOD Tag Team Championship. With Tsukiyama, who lost the match, and Yagami, who has declared herself the next challenger, participating in this match, will the NEW BLOOD battle centered around the champion Rina become the focus of the fight?
Rina provokes Yagami, saying, "Come on out, Yagami," to which he replies, "I'm not coming out, you idiot!" and retreats to the corner. The match starts with Natsuko, Tsukiyama, and Yagami. Natsuko charged at Tsukiyama and caught Tsukiyama's cross body, but Yagami hit them both with a dropkick. Shuri and Maika entered and separated H.A.T.E. with a series of corner attacks, and Shuri and Maika hit Natsuko with a double brainbuster. Shuri and Maika exchanged elbows. Maika went down after a series of middle kicks from Shuri. Rina tried to intervene with Shuri, but Maika got ready for a brainbuster. Then Shuri delivers a dropkick to all of them. Yagami hits Rinami with a dropkick, a series of middle kicks, and a soccer ball kick. Rinami and Yagami exchange elbows. Then Tsukiyama delivers a body attack and a series of hip attacks to Yagami. Yagami retaliates with a series of strikes. Maika lifts Yagami up and calls in a dropkick from Tsukiyama. Tsukiyama hits a Gokuraku Don, but Yagami kicks out. Shuri cuts off Tsukiyama's charge and Yagami hits a buzzsaw kick. Natsuko breaks the cover with a senton. Shuri and Maika team up, but Natsuko hits them both with a lariat and a cannonball. Rinami hits Yagami with a fisherman suplex. Yagami kicks out and Rinami hits a diving double knee drop. Yagami kicks out and Rinami goes for the Pink Devil. Yagami dodges and hits a Zero Fighter Kick, and Rinami hits a big boot. Rina and Natsuko delivered a back drop to Yagami. Rina attempted a diving double knee drop, but Yagami dodged it and Shuri delivered a high kick. Yagami rolled her up for the three count.

Initially, a tag team match between Mayu Iwatani & Saya Iida and Momo Watanabe & Saya Kamitani was announced, but Iwatani was absent and the card was changed. Momo Kogo, who was scheduled to have a singles match with Hinami, took Iwatani's place, making it Iida & Kogo vs. Momo & Kamitani. The STARS vs. H.A.T.E. dynamic remained unchanged, and expectations were high for Kogo's efforts as Iwatani's replacement.
As they entered, Momo complained, "Where's Iwatani?" Kogo appeared wearing Iwatani's hoodie. As soon as the bell rang, HATE attacked and the match began. Kamitani snatched Iida's cheering goods from a fan and attacked Iida, saying, "You've got something good there!" Kamitani and Momo made Iida and Kogo run into each other outside the ring. went forward, but Momo stood firm and kicked him, saying, "Is this the end?" She withstood Kogo's elbow strikes and got back up, knocking him down with a single middle kick. Momo pulled her up and threw her into the ropes, where Kogo delivered a hurricanrana followed by a dropkick. Iida hit Momo with a shoulder tackle and a series of chops. Kamitani made a cut and H.A.T.E. launched a double attack. Iida dodged and hit Kamitani with a shoulder tackle, then a body slam on Momo, followed by a combined Iida Rocket, "Double launch!" Momo countered, and Iida prepared for a brainbuster. Momo resisted and they attempted brainbusters on each other. Both resisted, and Momo delivered a series of middle kicks, a brainbuster, and a PK. Kamitani hit a corner knee and a dropkick. Iida countered, dodging Kamitani's kick and delivering a lariat. Kogo hit Kamitani with a dropkick and a body attack. Kamiya countered with a 619, dodged it, and landed a series of big boots and a missile kick. Kogo countered, and after a lariat from Iida, Kogo landed a 619, a combined face crusher, and Kogo hit a neckbreaker. However, Momo interfered. Kamiya dodged Kogo's charge, and H.A.T.E. launched a combined attack, with Kamiya hitting a double kick. Kamiya attempted a star crusher, but Kogo rolled him up. Kamiya countered with a double kick, Kogo hit a thrust kick, Kamiya hit a spin kick, and a fisherman suplex. Iida made an early stop, but Momo separated them with a high kick. Momo and Kamiya delivered a double knee attack from the corner, and Kamiya hit a star crusher. Kogo couldn't counter, and Kamiya won. After the match, Momo and Kamiya assaulted Iida and Kogo.
Momo: "Hey, hey, hey, where's Iwatani Mayu? Is she not here? Where is she? Where did she go? That idiot, hey! Don't run away. Is she not here? What's this about feeling unwell? She's taking the day off while I'm so busy? Don't mess with me! She cheated on me and beat me at the 5★STAR GP GP. I'm not going to forget that. *Hazuki and Koguma will compete in the STRONG Women's Championship challenger determination match at the New Japan Pro-Wrestling American event, Fighting Spirit Unleashed (Massachusetts), on November 8th
Currently, Mercedes Monnet holds the STRONG Women's Championship. A match to determine the challenger will be held in the United States, and it will be a 4-Way match in which two wrestlers from Stardom will be selected. The participants for that match will be decided by a battle royal, with eight wrestlers entered: Saori Anno, Starlight Kid, Hazuki, Koguma, Lady C, HANAKO, Konami, and Ryuka. The top two winners from this group will advance to the challenger determination match against Ana Jay and X. So, who will survive this match and get a chance to capture the STRONG Women's Championship?
Hazuki and Koguma put their arms around each other's shoulders, ready to team up. They slowly move forward, but H.A.T.E. separates them, leaving Hazuki and Koguma in the ring and attacking. Lady and HANAKO capture Kid. However, Kid hits them both with a hurricanrana and a standing moonsault press on Lady. However, Anno cuts in with a big boot from behind. Anno and Kid exchange moves, and Anno transitions from a double wrist lock to a camel clutch. When Kid escapes, they exchange fisherman suplexes and Kid throws him. Anno tries to throw her as well, but Lady hits them both with a neckbreaker. Lady and HANAKO exchange shoulder tackles. Lady charges in, shouting "Don't get in my way!", but HANAKO wins the exchange. Then Hazuki and Koguma hit HANAKO with a dropkick from both sides. Hazuki tries to hit a face wash, but Kid cuts her off. Hazuki and Kid exchange elbows. Hazuki dodges and goes for a camel clutch, then grabs Kid's mask. Kid reverses and they exchange roll-up attempts. Anno tries to cut them off but gets hit with a double kick from Hazuki. Anno hits Hazuki with a neckbreaker followed by a fisherman suplex. As Anno climbed onto the corner towards Hazuki, Kid dropped her. Lady and HANAKO sent Kid to the apron for a dropkick. Hazuki and Koguma delivered dropkicks, and Lady and HANAKO collided with Anno and Kid for an over-the-top take. Hazuki and Koguma gave HANAKO and Lady a face wash. H.A.T.E. pulled Hazuki and Koguma's legs. Lady applied a cobra twist to both of them, cornered them, and delivered a reverse chop. She dodged Ryuka's charge and hit them both with neckbreakers. HANAKO hit Lady with a big boot. Hazuki and Koguma hit HANAKO with a DDT. Koguma did a plancha, and Hazuki did a tope suicida, both diving at the same time. Hazuki put Lady on the corner and did a Canadian suicida, and Koguma joined in with a neckbreaker. Hazuki dropped a diving senton on Lady for the pin. HANAKO hits Konami with a brainbuster and an Argentine backbreaker. She corners Konami and charges in for a spear. Konami dodges, and Ryuka hits her with a box. Konami retaliates with a thrust kick and a triangle lancer, forcing her to submit. 10 minutes have passed. Hazuki and Ryuka, and Koguma and Konami exchange elbows. Ryuka hits them all with a lariat, and Konami hits them all with a dropkick. Konami brings Koguma back in after a brawl outside the ring. Hazuki pulls Konami's leg, and Koguma rolls up Ryuka for the three count. With three wrestlers remaining, the match becomes Konami vs. Hazuki & Koguma. Konami hits Koguma with a high kick and Hazuki with a neckbreaker. Konami applies an Indian deathlock to Hazuki, a brainbuster to Koguma, and a combination submission hold to Hazuki. Hazuki escapes, and Konami declares she's going for the finish and attempts a German suplex, but Koguma makes the save. Koguma hits Konami with a DDT. Konami delivers a high kick. Momo hits her with a bat, and Konami hits a Triangle Lancer. Hazuki cuts in with a dropkick and follows up with a series of elbows. Konami throws Hazuki, who hits a tope. Koguma tries to roll her up, but Ruanka throws a box at her. Konami charges, but Koguma throws her onto the apron and Hazuki hits a spear, sending Konami tumbling down. Koguma and Hazuki are the last two remaining to advance to the challenger determination match in America.

This will be Mizumori's final preliminary match before she challenges Seira for the High Speed Championship at Korakuen Hall. Will Mizumori, who is burning with the desire to win her first title in Stardom, gain momentum surrounded by the red belt champion Nakano and the white belt champion Natsupoi? Or will the champion Seira be able to stop Mizumori's momentum before the title match? The encounter between Nakano and Suzuki, who just faced each other for the red belt, will also be exciting. In addition, there are high expectations for the efforts of Amasaki, who has become the Future Champion.

Mizumori counters a body slam and rolls her up. Amasaki kicks out and delivers a dropkick. Amasaki holds Mizumori against the ropes, and Suzuki kicks her in the face from below the ring. Mizumori dodges Suzuki's charge and delivers a dropkick. Natsupoi puts Suzuki in a neckbreaker and an armbar. When Suzuki escapes, Natsupoi kicks her right arm and delivers a dropkick. Natsupoi slips past Amasaki and delivers a dropkick to both her and Suzuki. Suzuki dodges a diving body attack and attacks Natsupoi in combination with Seira. Amasaki hits Natsupoi with a dropkick, a DDT, and a dropkick to the back. Natsupoi retaliates, dodges a charge, and delivers a thrust kick. She dodges Amasaki's swinging DDT and does a standing body press. Nakano and Natsupoi attack Amasaki in combination with a double dropkick and a double neckbreaker. Amasaki retaliates and hits Nakano with a DDT. Amasaki blocks Nakano's series of elbows and retaliates with a series of elbows. Nakano elbows Amasaki as she charges. 10 minutes have passed. When Mizumori countered, Seira applied a modified camel clutch. However, Kozuen broke it up. Seira went for a German suplex, but Mizumori countered with an elbow, knocking her down and grabbing her neck. Seira charged after a roll-up, but Nakano and Natsupoi broke it up and hit a double neckbreaker, followed by a lariat from Mizumori. Nakano and Natsupoi separated them with thrust kicks and performed a plancha to the outside. Mizumori put Seira in a headlock and hit a lariat. Seira countered, and Mizumori hit another one. Seira dodged, but Mizumori slammed her forward. Mizumori was countered, but she announced her finishing move. Mizumori pulled Seira up and went for a TP Sunshine. Seira countered with a shooting star. Mizumori countered with a lariat. Seira countered with a roll-up, and they exchanged pins. Mizumori jumped in with a casadora and rolled up. She hit a Supergirl but it was broken up. Suzuki and Amasaki sent Meltear out of the ring with a DDT. Seira hit a dropkick but Mizumori endured it and hit a lariat. Seira kicked out at the last moment, Amasaki broke up and Suzuki and Seira teamed up, and Seira pinned Mizumori with a shooting star.
Seira: "Hello everyone in Shizuoka. NeoGen won today! Hey, Yunamon. Mei is going to keep this up and beat you to a pulp all the way to Korakuen Hall."
Mizumori: "You wouldn't understand how I feel. This is my big chance, which I finally got after two years in Stardom. I'm putting 35 years' worth of Mizumori Yuna's efforts on the line, and on October 27th at Korakuen Hall, I'm going to stop your time, Seira Mei. I'm definitely going to take the High Speed belt!"
