Before the match, the trainee who will debut against Hanan at "NEW BLOOD WEST 2" in Osaka on November 16th held a five-minute public sparring session in the ring. Her sparring partner was coach Milano Collection A.T. After the session, Milano took the microphone.
Milano: "I'm Milano Collection A.T., and I coach the Stardom trainees. Matoi, who were you told your opponent would be today?"
Matoi: "I was told it would be Seira Mei."
Milano: "Things like this happen in Stardom. But it gets even tougher after your debut. Look at your seniors. A lot of them are a little messed up, right? (laughs) So, put everything you've learned so far into your match and give it your all at NB in Osaka in five days. That concludes trainee Matoi's last Milano training session. Thank you!"

Kamitani does an arm whip, and Nakano tries an elbow, but Kamitani dodges and sticks her tongue out. Nakano goes for a dropkick and a cover, but it's only a two count. Kurei hits Kamitani with a dropkick and a series of elbows. Kamitani is the first to deliver a high body slam. Konami enters and teams up with Kamitani, feigning to throw Kurei around before slamming her backwards and delivering a series of stomps, followed by a dropkick from both sides. Konami stomps on Kurei's face and holds her against the ropes, with Kamitani joining in. Konami delivers a soccer ball kick to Kurei and stands defiant, taunting her while taking a series of elbows. Konami sends Kurei flying with one elbow, but Kurei counters with a dropkick. Kurei attempts a body slam, but Konami resists and delivers a high kick. Kurei dodges and jumps on from behind. Konami corners her, but Kurei delivers a dropkick. Nakano attempts a diving body attack on Konami, but Konami dodges the charge and teams up with Kamitani. However, Nakano delivers a series of corner elbows, followed by a DDT. Konami counters, stops Nakano's charge, and applies an armbar. Kurei tries to intervene, but Kamitani drags her out of the ring. Konami continues her armlock on Nakano. Nakano's leg reaches the ropes. Konami kicks her up with a PK, but it's only a two count. Kamitani hits Nakano with a running knee and a dropkick. Nakano retaliates with a back kick, Kamitani counters with a punch, Nakano hits a back drop and a knee attack. Nakano poses on the apron and exchanges elbows with Kamitani. Kamitani hits a series of elbows and attempts a fisherman suplex on the apron. Nakano hits an elbow from the inside, Konami interferes with a kick, and Kamitani hits a swan dive body attack. Nakano dodges a clothesline and exchanges dropkicks with Kurei. Kurei pulls Konami up, and Nakano pulls Kamitani up, and they apply sleeper holds from the corner. Nakano and Kurei hit missile kicks from the corner. Nakano goes for the cover, but Kamitani kicks out. Nakano gets into a tiger suplex position on Kamitani. Kamitani is thrown into the corner but dodges the charge and lands a series of spear attacks with Konami. Nakano dodges and Kurei stabs Kamitani. Nakano tries a Tiger Suplex on Kamitani but Konami intervenes in time. Kamitani throws Nakano out of the ring and dives from the apron. Konami kicks Kurei on the other side. Kamitani brings Nakano back into the ring and hits a missile kick. However, Nakano's hands reach the ropes. Kamitani declares she's going for the finish and goes for a Star Crusher on Nakano. Nakano counters and goes for a brainbuster, but is held back and hits a spin kick, to which Kamitani counters with a spin kick. Konami and Kamitani land kicks, Kamitani declares she's going for the finish, they kick each other up, and Kamitani hits a spinning Star Crusher. The referee counts to three, and Kamitani wins.
Kamiya: "Hey, Nakano Tam. I have something to tell you today. Do you remember? That day. The opening match of the 5★STAR GP a year ago. I haven't forgotten it for a single day. You ruined my pro wrestling career that day! You took away something precious from me. Now it's my turn to get revenge and take away everything precious from you. First..."
Kamiya grabbed Kyurei, and then went for Nakano's red belt.
Kamiya: "Let me challenge for this red belt."
Nakano: "I haven't forgotten what happened that day for a single day! If you say Tam drove Kamiya crazy, then I'll take responsibility. I'll take responsibility and bring you back to the right path! Koguma uses the microphone to call for anyone who wants to do a bear pose from the commentator's table. Koguma tells Yagami, "It's okay, Shuri isn't here," and they face off first. Koguma approaches Yagami in a bear pose. Yagami also attempts a bear pose, and the ladies attack. The four of them pull Koguma's arms and legs, capturing the opposing team that tries to interfere. However, they are reversed and hit with a corner attack. Koguma captures Yagami again and makes her the victim of a forced bear pose. AZM hits Yagami with a corner dropkick. Hazuki delivers a dropkick and a face wash to Yagami. Yagami counters with a dropkick of her own. Lady gives Hazuki a 15-rotation giant swing. Koguma tries to help, but Hazuki is too dazed to move. Lady applies a cobra twist to both of them at once. Hinami, Tomoka, and Yagami also come to their aid. Lady delivers a big boot to Hazuki. Hazuki rolls up a chokeslam and then Koguma and Lady team up for a dropkick. AZM delivers a dropkick to Lady. Lady delivers a reverse chop, and AZM and Amasaki team up for a dropkick. Lady retaliates, and AZM applies an armbar. Lady dodges AZM's charge and Hinami delivers a dropkick. Hinami and Lady deliver a neckbreaker to AZM, and Tomoka delivers a double kick and a soccer ball kick. AZM retaliates and exchanges elbows with Tomoka. Tomoka counters with a middle kick. Two high kicks are exchanged, and both go down. Yagami landed a series of middle kicks on Amasaki. Amasaki responded with a series of elbows, but Yagami knocked her down with another middle kick. Yagami followed with a running high kick and a soccer ball kick. Koguma and Hazuki interfered with Yagami, and AZM delivered a diving foot stomp, while Amasaki hit a DDT. However, Hinami intervened and saved Yagami. Amasaki applied a submission hold to Yagami. Lady hit Amasaki with a big boot, and Hinami with a hip toss. Yagami delivered a Zero Fighter Kick. 10 minutes had passed. Yagami dodged a kick from Amasaki and took a missile kick from AZM. Then Amasaki pinned Yagami with an Amanohashidate.

Hanan and Mizumori start the match. They lock up and grapple for each other's backs, with Mizumori throwing and rolling up Hanan. Hanan kicks out and hits a dropkick. Iida enters and teams up with Hanan, but Mizumori dodges, and she and Sakura exchange dropkicks, followed by a reverse Boston crab. Mizumori hits Hanan with a guillotine drop and a body press. Sakura hits Hanan with a middle kick and a soccer ball kick to the back. Mizumori hits Hanan with a flying shoulder tackle. Iida cornered Mizumori and Sakura and unleashed a flurry of chops before launching an Iida Rocket at them both. Iida attempted a brainbuster on Mizumori. Mizumori countered and they both attempted brainbusters. Hanan tried to intervene, but Mizumori made them collide. Mizumori and Sakura dodged a combined attack by Hanan and Iida. However, Iida and Hanan delivered a double jumping chop. Iida hit Mizumori with a brainbuster. Mizumori countered and delivered a lariat at close range. Iida endured it and returned the lariat. Mizumori won the lariat exchange, but Iida countered with a lariat of her own. Both were down when Hanan and Sakura entered the ring. After dodging kicks, Sakura landed a series of middle kicks. Hanan followed with a body attack and a running elbow smash. Mizumori interfered and sandwiched Sakura with her. Hanan countered and Sakura applied a triangle choke. Sakura hits a knee kick, Hanan retaliates but Sakura hits a middle kick. Iida hits a lariat, and Mizumori returns the favor with a lariat of her own. Sakura hits Mizumori's lariat and then goes for a reverse pin. Sakura is kicked out but then puts Hanan in a triangle choke. 10 minutes have passed. Hanan escapes and Sakura hits a diving knee from the corner, but Iida breaks it up. Iida is thrown by Mizumori and Sakura and hits a lariat. Hanan pulls Sakura up and hits a blockbuster hold. Sakura kicks out and Hanan prepares for a back drop. Sakura counters and rolls her up. Hanan and Iida lift Sakura and slam her down with a combination of a guillotine choke and an elbow. Then Hanan hits Sakura in a back drop hold. The referee counts to three and Hanan pins Sakura.

Maika catches Ryuka's box, but Natsuko hits her from behind with the box. Natsuko lays Maika down near the corner and she and Ryuka perform a series of fantastic flips. However, HANAKO successfully breaks it up. Natsuko stands defiantly in front of Maika, and when Maika charges at her, Natsuko hits her with an elbow. HANAKO tries to stop Natsuko, but Maika's lariat misses, and Natsuko lands a lariat and an armbar. Maika escapes, and Natsuko lifts her up. Maika counters, and her lariat clashes with Natsuko's. Natsuko wins the second one, and wins the next one too. However, as Natsuko charges, Maika lands a lariat, calls in HANAKO, and they attempt a combined brainbuster. But Ryuka interferes. Ryuka lands a corner crossbody, and Natsuko lands a cannonball. 10 minutes have passed. Natsuko climbs to the corner, and HANAKO tries to stop her. However, Ryuka knocks her down, and Natsuko lands a swanton. Maika dodges, and HANAKO lands a big boot, and Maika and HANAKO combine to slam Natsuko down. Natsuko kicks out, and Maika tries for a Michinoku Dragon. Natsuko endures and delivers a lariat. Natsuko and Ruanka attempt a chokeslam on Maika. Maika resists but takes a double lariat. Natsuko hits Maika with a Death Valley Bomb. However, Maika's shoulder rises. Natsuko declares she's going for the finish and heads to the corner. Maika gets up and delivers a superplex, which she finishes off in combination with HANAKO's powerbomb. Maika delivers three brainbusters in a row. However, Ruanka throws a box to stop the count. As Maika is thrown, HANAKO delivers a lariat to both of them. Maika and HANAKO lift them up and slam them down. Maika hits a Michinoku Drive and gets the three count over Natsuko.
Maika: "I've never forgotten all the times you've done to me."
Natsuko bridges. She seems to be listening to Maika on the microphone in a relaxed mood.
Maika: "The stain of losing to you back then, it won't be cleansed by something like this. I'm going to make you experience the greatest humiliation of your life."
Natsuko knocks Maika down with an elbow.
Natsuko: "What's so humiliating, you idiot? You're the one who's been humiliated the most!"
Natsuko leaves the ring.

Thekla charged at Natsupoi, but her lariat was dodged, and her right arm hit the ring post. However, Momo attacked Natsupoi from behind as she returned to the ring, delivering a series of hair whips. She cornered him and delivered a running middle kick, then pinned him against the ropes and kicked him upwards. Natsupoi kicked out of the one-knee cover. Thekla attacked Natsupoi in her own corner, using a cast to attack his forehead. Natsupoi slipped past Thekla and delivered an arm whip and a dropkick. Anno hit Thekla with a big boot and a series of elbows. Momo interfered with Anno's dash and teamed up with Thekla. Anno delivered a missile kick to both of them at once. Anno hit Thekla with a big boot, Thekla dodged the charge and returned the favor with a big boot of her own. Momo hit Anno with a series of running dropkicks and a brainbuster. Anno kicked out, and Momo delivered a middle kick, and Anno hit a big boot. Momo delivered a series of kicks, and Anno took him down. Thekla hit a big boot from the side, and Momo delivered a Soumatou and a chicken wing face lock. Anno dropped Momo from the corner and took her back. Momo countered with a middle kick. Momo charges, and Anno delivers a neckbreaker and a German suplex. Momo lands a high kick, leaving both down. Thekla and Natsupoi enter the ring. Natsupoi lands a series of dropkicks, 10 minutes elapsed. Thekla retaliates, dodges Natsupoi's charge, and delivers a middle kick, followed by a buzzsaw. Natsupoi retaliates with a series of elbows. Thekla stands up and takes the hits. Thekla taunts, "Come on!" She dodges a corner elbow and teams up with Anno for a dropkick and a neckbreaker. Anno delivers a neckbreaker followed by a jackknife. Anno hits Momo with a missile kick, Thekla punches Natsupoi in the stomach, and Natsupoi kicks her up, leaving all down. Natsupoi landed a series of elbows while on her knees, followed by a series of mounted punches, to which Thekla rubbed her cast against her. Natsupoi went for an armbar, then an armlock. However, Thekla's foot reached the ropes. Natsupoi grabbed Thekla's right arm and kicked it upwards. She then declared the finish and delivered a Fairial Gift from the corner. Thekla dodged it, and Momo kicked her upwards, then Thekla applied a submission hold. Anno broke up the pin, and 15 minutes had passed. Thekla helped Natsupoi up and went for a Poison Spider. Natsupoi countered and rolled her up, but Momo pulled the referee's leg to prevent the count. Natsupoi landed a thrust kick and a spinning kick. She pulled Thekla up, but Natsupoi was distracted by the entrance ramp after saying "Surprise," and she was hit with a spear. Momo delivered a Heartless Driver, and Thekla followed with a Curb Stomp. Anno made the break in time. Thekla elbowed Anno, and Thekla and Momo followed with a Buzzsaw. When Natsupoi responded, Thekla delivered a Poison Spider Death Drop. Natsupoi countered with a series of roll-ups. Momo broke the pin, leaving 2 minutes remaining. Thekla landed a counter elbow, then a Poison Spider Death Drop on Natsupoi. The three count gave Thekla the victory.
Momo: "Hey, Natsupoi. Thekla came back today for this very day. You know that, right? It's all your fault!"
Thekla: "Natsupoi, is there anything you want to say? Thanks Natsupoi, I have a present for you. I brought my strongest spirit today. It's all your fault, thank you very much! I wanted to give you a present, so Thekla brought a surprise today too. Surprise!"
Clark Connors appeared. Then H.A.T.E. appeared and a brawl broke out in the ring. When Kozuen tries to protect, Iwatani and the other STARS members rush in and a brawl ensues with H.A.T.E., with Iwatani and Momo grabbing each other's hair.
Thekla says, "Okay, I get it. See you at the crossover!"
Iwatani and Momo fight outside the ring. Kamitani and Nakano exchange high kicks. Thekla and Connors leave
the ring, leaving Kozuen alone.
Natsupoi says, "Thank you everyone. Thekla will never lose! Tam-chan, your face..."
Nakano says, "Are you trying to call me ugly?"
