Cosmic Angels' Tam Nakano & Sayaka Kurei and Yuna Mizumori & Aya Sakura faced off in a tag team match. Both teams had participated in the tag team league tournament, finishing with a record of 3 wins and 5 losses. Three teams from Cosmic Angels were entered, including Natsupoi & Saori Anno. Among them, these two teams have a master-apprentice-like pairing. What will come of this match between teammates that hasn't been seen in official matches?
When Sakura raised her hand, she came out from Nakano's team and they locked up for a test of strength. They locked up again and grappled for an arm hold. Kurei applied a headlock, but Sakura threw her into the ropes, confused her with a cartwheel, and then delivered a dropkick. Mizumori came out and they launched a combined attack, slamming Kurei's face into Mizumori's leg, and Mizumori applied a reverse figure-four leglock. When Kurei escaped, Mizumori delivered a body press and a series of stomps. When Kurei lands an elbow, Mizumori replies "Come on!" and takes the barrage of blows to get back up. Mizumori knocks Kurei down with one hit, but Kurei comes back with more elbows. Mizumori catches Kurei's charge, and Kurei quickly gets behind her and jumps on her with a sleeper hold. Mizumori pushes Kurei into the corner, but Kurei counters with a dropkick. Nakano hits Mizumori with a neckbreaker. Sakura interferes by kicking Nakano from the apron. Nakano slips past both of them and lands a dropkick. Mizumori lands an elbow, and Nakano retaliates. Nakano replies "Come on, Yunamon!" and takes the elbow to get back up. Mizumori lands a barrage of elbows in the exchange. Nakano swings her arm and flies Mizumori away with an elbow. Mizumori fakes an elbow but delivers a slap. She blocks Nakano and takes her down with a lariat, but gets countered with a thrust kick. Mizumori catches a spin kick and delivers a back drop. Sakura hits Nakano with a corner spin kick and a series of middle kicks. Mizumori interferes, but her strikes hit each other. Nakano and Kurei deliver dropkicks, a two-way hanging sleeper hold, Kurei delivers a missile kick, and Nakano dives from the corner with a body attack. Nakano hits Sakura with a knee attack and a cartwheel double knee drop. Sakura retaliates, but Mizumori interferes with Nakano's charge and delivers a series of strikes from both sides, Sakura delivers a body slam and a triangle choke. Mizumori throws Kurei out of the ring to separate them, and orders Sakura to "Fly!". Sakura does a plancha from the corner to the outside. When Nakano returns to the ring, Sakura delivers a double wrist lock. Nakano dodges a diving knee attack and charges, but Sakura catches her and applies a triangle choke. 10 minutes have passed. A dazed Nakano manages to escape. Sakura climbs to the corner and delivers a diving knee attack. However, Nakano manages to counter. Sakura then declares she's going for the finish and delivers a spinning kick. Nakano dodges it and hits a back drop, a spin kick, and a buzzsaw kick. Sakura manages to counter at the last moment, and Nakano gets into a Tiger Suplex stance. Sakura counters again, and Mizumori hits a lariat, then Sakura goes for a reverse pin. Kurei breaks up the pin and hits Mizumori with a spear. Nakano and Sakura charge forward, and Kurei joins them, and Nakano hits a Tiger Suplex. Sakura can't counter, and Nakano wins. After the match, Nakano extends her hand to Sakura. Sakura slaps her hand away, but Nakano pulls Sakura into an embrace.
Nakano: "Sakuradamon, you've gotten stronger. But I'm sure you also know that you still have a long way to go. I'm sure you've experienced a lot of frustration. But there are still many more difficult, painful, and tough times ahead. Let's overcome them together again. Please continue to support the super-powered-up Kozuen."
He pulled Kurei into an embrace and shook hands with Sakura and Mizumori
Nakano: "Let's all do our best again."
Then, Unagi Sayaka's theme song starts playing. Unagi Sayaka then appears on stage. Unagi enters the ring
Nakano: "Welcome back, eel!"
Nakano called out to Unagi, who then hugged him. After a while, Unagi delivered a slap
Unagi: "Is Kozuen always such a lukewarm unit? Was Nakano Tam always this boring? Or rather, was Stardom always this boring?"
Nakano: "Unagi, I thought you'd finally come back, so why are you saying such terrible things? Boring? Lukewarm? You've been doing whatever you wanted, but Tam has been desperately protecting Kozuen, who helped create the precious Stardom together with you! Have you finally run out of material? Tam is teaming with Kurei. It really annoyed me that people might think we're just a tag team made up of the two leftovers in Cozuen. I ran through this tag league with the sole desire that I absolutely didn't want people to think that way, and I realized that it's because we all share the same feelings that Sakuradamon has been able to grow this far."
Mizumori: "That's true. It's not like Sakura is following me or I'm following Sakura, we're moving forward together. And I want to move forward even more together from now on. In the official matches, Maika & HANAKO defeated Natsuko & Ruanka, but... the history between Maika and Natsuko is also a concern.
When Natsuko comes out, Maika stops HANAKO and they both charge forward with a shoulder tackle. After exchanging elbows, HANAKO interferes and delivers a double big boot. Maika drives Natsuko into the corner and delivers a running lariat followed by a dropkick. When Natsuko kicks out, Maika applies a sleeper hold. When Natsuko escapes, she pulls the ropes and throws Maika, who is charging in, out of the ring. The fight spills outside the ring, and Natsuko throws Maika into the audience. Ryuka also slams HANAKO into the audience. Natsuko attacks by strangling Maika with the microphone cord. Maika slams Natsuko's forehead into the apron and prepares for a brainbuster. However, Ryuka hits her with a box, and Natsuko slams Maika into the audience to make a comeback. Maika also returns, but Natsuko stomps on her repeatedly and stomps on her face in her own corner. Ryuka joins in, giving Maika a body press and a face lock. Ryuka holds Maika to the ropes, and Natsuko sprays water in her face. Natsuko stomps on Maika repeatedly and delivers a hip drop, saying, "Don't try to pick a fight with me like that!" Natsuko goes for a brainbuster, but Maika resists. Natsuko charges after a headbutt, and Maika hits her with a shoulder tackle. HANAKO tags in and hits Natsuko with a big boot. Ryuka interferes and tries to team up with Natsuko. However, HANAKO delivers a body attack to both of them and a knee drop to Natsuko. Natsuko retaliates, dodges a big boot, and they clash shoulders before a lariat. Maika interferes from behind. However, Natsuko slams Maika onto HANAKO and delivers a senton to both of them. HANAKO dodges Ryuka's senton and they clash shoulders. HANAKO delivers a series of elbows, and Ryuka scratches her face. HANAKO delivers a shoulder tackle, and Ryuka delivers a complete shot and a senton. HANAKO retaliates, and Ryuka attempts a fisherman suplex. HANAKO resists and aims for a Shirasagi. Ryuka dodges HANAKO's charge and delivers a shoulder tackle, Natsuko delivers a diving body press, and Ryuka attempts a fisherman suplex. However, Maika interferes. HANAKO countered Ryuka's attempt at a choke slam and teamed up with Maika. However, Natsuko hit them both with a lariat. Ten minutes had passed. Natsuko hit HANAKO with a cannonball, and Ryuka went to the corner. Maika tried to stop them, but Natsuko separated them. HANAKO did a backflip on Ryuka. Ryuka countered, and HANAKO went for a Shirasagi on the ground. However, Natsuko made a successful break. Maika hit Natsuko with a lariat, telling her to stop interfering. HANAKO and Maika lifted Ryuka and slammed her onto the mat. HANAKO then applied a Shirasagi to Ryuka. Ryuka gave up and HANAKO won. After the match, Maika and Ryuka continued to fight. Natsuko, separated from the others, gave Maika the middle finger and left the ring.

Kid & Suzu advanced to the final tournament with fewer losses despite many draws, while Hanan & Iida got off to a slow start but made an incredible comeback in the latter half to secure third place. In a sense, the two teams have fought contrasting official matches. Who will advance to the semi-finals?
Hanan and Suzu start the match. Suzu delivers a soccer ball kick. Suzu and Kid team up, pinning Hanan and Iida to the ropes and delivering a pincer dropkick to their faces from below the ring. They then perform a standing moonsault press together. Kid stomps on Hanan's face. Kid dodges Hanan, but Kid reverses and delivers a body attack. Hanan lands an elbow, and Kid retaliates with a slap, knocking Hanan down. Hanan grabs Kid's mask, and Kid grabs his hair, leading to an exchange of elbows. Hanan's rapid-fire strikes send Kid to the ground, and Kid retaliates with a series of elbows and chops. As Kid charges, Hanan delivers a body attack and a running elbow smash. Iida lands a back elbow and an elbow drop. Kid counters, dodges Iida, and delivers a hurricanrana and a dropkick. Suzuki hits Iida with a corner elbow and a corner knee. Iida counters, and Suzuki stops his movement with a submission hold. However, Hanan breaks it up. Iida lands a stunner, and Hanan hits a Famouser before pinning Suzuki down, and Iida Rocket is launched. Iida prepares for a brainbuster. Iida forcefully delivers a brainbuster to the resisting Suzuki. However, Kid makes an early intervention. Hanan and Iida attempt to team up. When Suzuki escapes, Kid sends them both out of the ring with a hurricanrana. Kid then performs a quebrada on both of them, and Suzuki delivers a knee attack from behind to Iida, who has returned to the ring, and then signals the finish with a tequila shot. Iida counters with a lariat and tries for another, but Suzuki stops him and delivers a tequila shot. However, Hanan makes an early intervention. Suzuki gets behind Kid and they team up with a face crusher. Suzuki attempts a German suplex on Iida. Iida rolls her up but only gets a two count. Iida dodges a kick and goes for an Iidabashi. Suzuki bounces off and Kid intervenes. Hanan makes Kid and Suzuki collide. Suzuki elbows Hanan. Iida makes an intervention and prevents them from teaming up, then hits Suzuki with an Iidabashi. Suzuki can't kick out and Iida gets the three count.

Tsukiyama throws Rian into the ropes and uses rope work, and Rian delivers an arm whip followed by a dropkick. Tsukiyama resists Rian's body slam attempt and slams her to the mat. Rian kicks out, and Tsukiyama delivers a series of hip butts, a Palo Special over the ropes, and a hip attack while cornering Rian. Rian kicks out and delivers a series of elbows, and Tsukiyama delivers a dropkick. Rian attempts a cross body, but Tsukiyama kicks out. Rian goes for a body slam, but Tsukiyama resists. IWGP Women's Champion Iwatani is teaming up with AZM in preparation for the title match scheduled for New Japan's January 4th Tokyo Dome show. This is also a team preview for Iwatani and Kogo, who will face each other as partners the following day in Hamamatsu. With the match already decided, how well they can utilize their teamwork will be the key to victory.
Kogo challenges Seira to start the match. Kogo dodges Seira's dropkick, and Seira dodges Kogo's dropkick as well. After some rope work, both of them exchange dropkicks and stand up. Seira extends her hand, and Kogo slowly accepts. Seira attacks, pretending to be okay. However, Iwatani interferes and attacks Seira in coordination with Kogo. Hamabe joins in, delivering dropkicks from three directions. Kogo delivers a body slam to Seira. Hamabe requests a tag and enters the ring, but Seira and AZM hit her with a double dropkick after a pincer dropkick. Amasaki delivers a body slam and submission to Hamabe. Hamabe lands a series of elbows, Amasaki takes them and stands up, returning a series of elbows of her own. Hamabe lands a dropkick, followed by Kogo's dropkick. Kogo delivers a dropkick and a 619 to Amasaki and Seira, then a dropkick to both of them. Amasaki counters with a DDT. AZM delivers a missile kick to Kogo. Kogo dodges and counters with a dropkick. Iwatani delivers a dropkick to AZM. After dodging kicks, AZM applies an armbar. Iwatani dodges a charge and Kogo assists with a dropkick. Iwatani and Kogo team up, with Kogo delivering a body attack and Iwatani delivering a PK. AZM retaliates, and she and Iwatani exchange elbows. Iwatani delivers a soccer ball kick. AZM dodges a diving foot stomp, and Amasaki hits Iwatani with a DDT. AZM goes for the cover, but Iwatani kicks out. AZM declares she's going for the finish and hits a high kick, but is met with a thrust kick. Iwatani and AZM are down. Hamabe requests a tag and Iwatani joins in. Hamabe hits AZM with a series of dropkicks and a body slam. AZM kicks back and withstands Hamabe's shoulder throw. Hamabe and AZM exchange elbows. AZM kicks away the elbow and dodges Hamabe's charge. NeoGen delivers dropkicks from three directions. Hamabe retaliates, and AZM applies an armbar followed by an armlock. Kogo helps Hamabe with a swan dive missile kick to AZM. Hamabe attempts a shoulder throw on AZM, but it is broken up. Seira and Tensaki separate the two, and AZM helps Hamabe up. Hamabe lands a series of elbows, and AZM hits a brainbuster. Hamabe reverses the cover, but it's only a two count. AZM goes for the Azumi Sushi, but Hamabe reverses it. AZM counters again, applying an armbar and then the Numero No. Hamabe gives up, and AZM wins.
NEO GENESIS Comment
AZM: "On the first day of the Hamamatsu tournament, Neo Genesis won. This was my first match since the IWGP Women's Championship was decided, and it was more of a preliminary match after it was decided. I couldn't beat Mayu Iwatani directly, but there's still about a month until the Tokyo Dome, so Okada-san, please set up more preliminary matches with Icon. And I'll win those preliminary matches too, and at the 1.4 IWGP Women's Championship, I'll completely overwhelm Icon. ...Oh, what is it?"
Amasaki: "I still feel like I've been holding onto this Future title for a long time, but the Goddesses title is over, pretty much over, isn't it? I think there are still some who are yet to come, but some are already finished. I think it's about time a challenger appeared."

Iwatani: "That's right. It was a preliminary match, but today it was a six-person tag team match, so for better or worse, I didn't really think about it that much. On the other hand, I've been fighting with AZM for decades, in countless matches, so I don't really think about anything in particular in a preliminary match. I wasn't especially conscious of it today."

God's Eye's team of Shuri, Saki Kashima, Hina, Lady C, and Ranna Yagami clashed with H.A.T.E.'s team of Momo Watanabe, Konami, Saya Kamitani, Rina, and Fukigen★ in a 10-person tag team match. Fukigen, who had been absent, made her first appearance on the Stardom mat in four months since the Hamamatsu event on August 4th this year. This was also the venue where Hina and Lady C volunteered to join God's Eye and were accepted into the unit.
When Shuri and Konami glared at each other, Fukigen stepped in and shouted "Desu!" at Shuri. The match started with Kashima and Fukigen, with Kashima extending her hand. Fukigen pretended to accept but instead poked her in the eye. She appealed to all four sides with "Desu!" and Kashima attacked. However, Fukigen rolled her up with a smoking pose. When Kashima dashed, H.A.T.E. pulled her leg, and the fight spilled outside the ring.
Konami throws Shuri into the audience. Kashima is brought back, and Momo delivers a hair whip, middle kick, and body slam. Shuri tries to break it up. Momo puts Kashima in a camel clutch and provokes God's Eye by saying, "Come on, tag in!" Konami tags in and stomps on Kashima's face. In the ensuing scuffle, only Shuri and Konami remained in the ring. Konami delivered a thrust kick, Shuri responded with a German suplex and a knee attack. Before the gong, Maika gave the command "Let's go!" and launched a surprise attack. However, Hazuki and Koguma turned around, and Hazuki dove towards HANAKO outside the ring. Hazuki grabbed HANAKO and Koguma grabbed Maika, and they both performed a face wash. Hazuki hit HANAKO with a big boot and a face lock. When HANAKO escaped, she countered Hazuki's charge with a shoulder tackle. As HANAKO ran, Koguma interfered, launching a double attack and a dropkick pincer. Hazuki delivered a corner elbow attack followed by a missile kick to HANAKO. When HANAKO retaliated, Hazuki announced and went for a body slam. HANAKO countered and forcefully delivered a brainbuster. As Maika enters the ring, Koguma interferes. Maika hits Koguma with a running lariat and Hazuki with a shoulder tackle. Hazuki and Maika exchange elbows. Koguma delivers a dropkick, followed by Hazuki with a Codebreaker and a senton. However, Maika stops Hazuki and delivers a powerslam. HANAKO offers to tag in and delivers an Argentine backbreaker to Hazuki. She corners Hazuki and delivers a running body attack and a knee drop. Hazuki kicks out and tags in Koguma while working the ropes. Hazuki delivers a missile kick. Koguma delivers a diving body attack. Koguma applies a sleeper hold, but HANAKO lifts her up and slams her into the corner. Koguma jumps from the corner and maintains the sleeper hold. However, Maika breaks it up. Hazuki and Koguma exchange dropkicks. Koguma attempts a plancha and Hazuki attempts a tope to dive to the outside. Maika, who had called for it, delivers a back drop to Hazuki. Maika and HANAKO launched a series of impaling attacks. HANAKO hit Koguma with an Argentine backbreaker. Koguma countered and rolled her up. Maika hit a lariat as Koguma charged. HANAKO hit a lariat as Hazuki charged. Maika and HANAKO threw Koguma into the ropes, but Koguma and Hazuki came out onto the apron and performed a DDT together. Koguma did a plancha and Hazuki did a tope to the outside. HANAKO was brought back in, and Hazuki did a Canadian backbreaker, which Koguma then combined with a neckbreaker. HANAKO kicked out, and Koguma called Hazuki in, who did a diving senton, followed by Koguma's diving body press. However, Maika successfully broke it up. Koguma shouted "It's over!" and went for a diving body press. 10 minutes had passed. Maika broke it up and got in position for a superplex. Hazuki makes a cut, and HANAKO delivers a superplex to all of them. Everyone is down. HANAKO counters with a big boot to Koguma. Koguma kicks out, and HANAKO hits a Shirasagi. Koguma's feet reach the ropes. Maika enters and teams up with HANAKO for a brainbuster and a backbreaker. HANAKO lifts Koguma and delivers a high-angle back drop. Hazuki makes a cut, but Maika breaks them up with a Enka Otoshi. HANAKO pulls Koguma up and hits an Argentine backbreaker and a JP Coaster. Koguma reverses the cover. HANAKO kicks out, and Koguma hits a 120% schoolboy. Maika makes a cut in time and hits Koguma with a Michinoku Driver, and HANAKO and Maika slam Koguma to the mat. HANAKO declares the finish and hits an Argentine backbreaker and a JP Coaster. Koguma can't kick out, and HANAKO gets the three count. The team of Maika and Hanako advanced to the championship match.
Koguma: "HANAKO, don't cry. We're the ones who want to cry. We beat FWC, so don't you dare lose. No matter who comes, you absolutely have to win, okay?"
HANAKO: "Of course! We beat the FWC, so the winners are us, the HighMate Cup, right?!"
Maika: "FWC, you guys are seriously, seriously strong. But I lost to you guys. I was completely defeated, and I've reflected on it deeply. Natsupoi then hit Iida with a series of neckbreakers. Hana cut off Natsupoi's attempt at a dropkick, but Natsupoi used an arm whip to drive Hana to the ropes and delivered a dropkick to both of them. When Iida kicked out, Natsupoi went for a reverse cross armbar. Iida got on top, but Natsupoi applied a triangle choke. Iida lifted her up and continued to apply the hold, but Iida lifted her up even higher and slammed her down with a powerbomb. Iida blocked Natsupoi's cross body with her whole body, and Hana rushed in for a corner attack. Natsupoi dodged and exchanged dropkicks with Anno, followed by a body press and an armbar. Natsupoi went for an armlock, but Iida cut it off with a lariat. Hana separated Anno with a Famouser, but Natsupoi landed a series of thrust kicks. Hana endured, but both were down. Anno tagged in and helped Hana up, delivering a series of fisherman suplexes followed by the Wing. Iida cuts in and lifts Anno, Hanan dashes in but Natsupoi cuts in and sends her out of the ring. Natsupoi jumps with a plancha but is dodged. Iida and Hanan dive out of the ring. Iida lifts Anno and they combine for a neckbreaker. Hanan hits a Famouser but Anno kicks out. Hanan puts Anno in a submission hold. Anno escapes and hits a neckbreaker, Hanan stops her charge and hits an STO. Hanan climbs to the corner but Natsupoi cuts in and they both hit a superplex. Anno hits a Tantandol but Iida cuts in. Anno and Natsupoi kick Iida from both sides. Natsupoi dives on Iida and Anno dives on Hanan but are dodged. Hanan hits a Seventeen on Anno. When it is kicked out, she hits a blockbuster hold. 10 minutes have passed. Anno landed on her feet after Hanan attempted a back drop and pottered. Hanan, whose attempt had been cut off, helped Anno up and went for another back drop. Anno countered and stopped Hanan, then Natsupoi delivered a thrust kick, and Anno pottered. Hanan retaliated, and Anno delivered a German suplex. She called Natsupoi over and helped Hanan up. Hanan countered, and Iida hit both of them with a lariat. Hanan and Iida then delivered a combined elbow and guillotine to Natsupoi and Anno, respectively, and Hanan finished off Anno with a back drop hold for the three count. As a result, the final match the following day will be between the team of Maika & HANAKO and the team of Hanan & Iida Saya.
