Due to an injury to Jungle Kyona at the Osaka tournament, the card was changed to Starlight Kid & Arisa Hoshiki vs. Reo Onozaki & AZM. The match started with a fast-paced match between Kid and AZM. Onozaki and AZM worked together. QQ gained the upper hand, but Kid countered with a standing moonsault and switched to Hoshiki. Hoshiki attacked AZM with kicks. AZM's diving foot stamp got a two count. Hoshiki and AZM exchanged high kicks. Onozaki attacked with elbows and roll-ups. However, Hoshiki and Kid worked together, and in the end Hoshiki landed a 1399 on Onozaki for the finish

The second match was a Red Stars official league match between Tamu Nakano, who had 8 points, and Eberly, who had 2 points. Tamu took the lead with a kick. Eberly tried a Cattle Mutilation, but Tamu escaped the ropes. Eberly climbed to the corner, but Tamu caught up with her and followed up with an avalanche cutter and a cartwheel double knee. Eberly forcefully threw her, followed by a lariat and an elbow attack. Tamu's German suplex got a two count. Eberly followed up with an attack to her back and a hammerlock DDT for the win

When Natsuko went outside, Bea followed her, slamming her into the apron and hitting her with the corner mat. When she returned to the ring, Natsuko continued her attack. Bea delivered a foot stomp to Tatsuko's back as she stood from the corner. She then hit a back drop and a knee. Natsuko repeatedly hit a spear and a frog splash, but couldn't get the three count. Natsuko hit the Ascension, but it only got a two count. Natsuko got up to the corner, and Bea hit her with an avalanche brainbuster. She finished with a back drop hold, earning Bea 2 points

The fourth match was an eight-man tag match between STARS and Oedo Tai. The match began with a surprise attack by Oedo Tai before the bell rang. However, STARS caught Hazuki and launched a coordinated attack. Kagetsu hobbled Iida, who ran to the ropes. Iida was briefly held captive. Iida counterattacked with a dropkick and switched with Iwatani. Iwatani and Riho performed a low dropkick duel. Amidst the rapid exchange of offense and defense, Jamie landed his special move, Ushigoroshi, on Iida for the three count

The fifth match was between Konami and Andras Miyagi, both with six points in the official league. The match started slowly, with Miyagi gradually taking control of the pace. Konami began her counterattack with a neckbreaker on the apron. She applied a four-way neck hold and 10 minutes passed. As the fight moved outside the ring, Konami captured Miyagi in a front choke, and then a missile kick followed by a locomotion German got a two count. Miyagi hit a Swanton Bomb, but Konami raised her shoulders. Just as Konami landed the German, the bell rang to signal a draw and both wrestlers were awarded one point each

The semi-final was a showdown between two rivals in the Red Stars official league. Kashima Saki vs. Natsu Sumire. They started off in a Yankee sit position, and then Kashima landed a big boot. For some reason, they went into ropework, but Natsu was tired and took a break. Natsu then went into ropework alone. Exhausted, Natsu escaped to the outside of the ring. When they returned to the ring, Kashima applied a side hold. Both Kashima and Natsu's attacks hit the referee's vital spots. Taking advantage of a momentary opening, Natsu made a comeback and got the three count

Natsu: "Wait a second, I'm tired. Hey, Kashima. You guys in Fukuoka saw it, right? Starting today, the comeback is mine. I'll see you all later at the snack bar."
Kashima: "Wait, Natsusumire. Hey, wait a second. Are you even listening to me? Don't think you can just run away with the win like this. Don't laugh at me."

The main event was a league match between Momo Watanabe, who had 8 points, and Hana Kimura, who had 6 points. As the bell rang, they traded kicks with Hana's big boot and middle kick. Hana's dropkick sent Momo flying outside the ring. When she returned to the ring, Hana stomped on her. Hana dominated the match. Momo pinned her to the corner and unleashed a series of middle kicks. Hana escaped to the outside, but Momo hit her with the Somadou from the apron. When she returned to the ring, she hit her with another Somadou. A chicken wing facelock followed by a B-driver got a two count. Hana applied a manji hold, but Momo escaped to the ropes. Hana then hit a missile kick followed by a package driver for a three count

Hana: "My recent dream and hope was to finally have a singles match with the toy Watanabe Momotaro at 5★STAR, so I was really looking forward to it. Today, because it was a short 15-minute match, we were able to both use our best moves and it was really fun. I won with a missile kick followed by a package driver, two moves in one, the Tiger Lily, so now all that's left is the match at Korakuen Hall against Hazuki. I finished him off with a missile kick followed by a package driver, two moves in one, the Tiger Lily, and I'm the winner of this year's 5★STAR. Yessssss."
