Recently, we have observed instances of sexually explicit postings of photos of our affiliated wrestlers on social media and websites, including persistently focusing on their lower bodies.
Taking, posting, and publishing such photos constitutes sexual harassment that harms the dignity of our wrestlers who are concentrating on their matches, and furthermore, it hurts the many fans, families, and related parties who sincerely support "Stardom."
Posting or publishing content on social media or websites that damages the reputation and dignity of our wrestlers may constitute defamation. In addition, acts of surreptitious photography may be punishable under public nuisance ordinances.
In order to protect an environment in which our wrestlers can safely concentrate on their matches and training, we ask that you refrain from taking, posting, or publishing such photos.
In order for all wrestlers to continue to concentrate on their matches and training with peace of mind, and for many people to enjoy "Stardom" matches, the cooperation of our fans is essential. We
