Match Costumes~" and "NEO GENESIS Talk Show ~Secret Costumes~" will not be reissued if lost, stolen, or damaged. *Only one ticket for each event will be distributed per person.
*Entry numbers for tickets will be distributed randomly.
[Regarding the sale of items eligible for same-day tickets]
* Staying overnight is prohibited.
* Please refrain from making noise around the venue.
* Reserving seats or spaces with sheets, luggage, etc. is strictly prohibited. Any such reservations will be immediately removed upon discovery.
* Please refrain from contacting the venue (including by phone).
* Please be aware that the event start time may be changed on the day.
* Transportation and accommodation costs to and from the venue are the responsibility of the attendees.
* The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any accidents or dangers that occur inside or outside the venue due to failure to follow the instructions and precautions of the staff.
* Please manage your valuables yourself.
* We ask for your cooperation in taking your trash home with you.
[Important Notes Regarding Event Participation]
*The event may be canceled, postponed, or the date, time, location, or content may be changed due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, transportation failures, or illness/accidents of performers. Due to operational and group scheduling reasons, there may be sudden changes or absences of performers. In these cases, we will not be able to offer exchanges, refunds for merchandise, or compensation for transportation or travel expenses. Please understand this in advance.
*If you arrive late to the event on the day, you will not be able to participate.
*If it is discovered that you have transferred your rights to a third party, we may refuse your participation.
*Fan letters can be received (but cannot be handed directly to the performers). A letterbox will be set up on the day. We cannot accept any gifts.
*Large luggage such as suitcases cannot be brought into the venue. We cannot store them at the venue, so please leave them in coin lockers near the venue before attending.
*Minors must obtain parental consent to apply and participate. If a minor applies and participates, it will be assumed that parental consent has been obtained. Family members and staff members are not permitted to accompany attendees, so please refrain from bringing children who cannot participate alone.
*Please follow the instructions of the staff at the venue. Failure to do so may result in your removal from the venue.
*The organizers, venue, and performers are not responsible for any accidents, malfunctions of personal equipment, theft, etc. that occur inside or outside the event venue. Please manage your valuables yourself.
*If unofficial merchandise using the name or likeness of STARDOM is found being sold or distributed inside or outside the venue, participation in the event will be prohibited.
