◆Maika makes her first appearance in Mexico!
On Friday, September 26th (Mexico local time), Maika made a surprise appearance at "Noche de Campeones" held at Arena Mexico!
The Arena Mexico event that day was a special big match, with all matches being title matches! This
is a traditional tournament held once a year by CMLL, where the challenger is decided by fan vote, and the order of the matches is determined in descending order of the cards with the most votes.
The fifth match was a women's match, with the National Women's Championship between champion India Siux and challenger Kira.
India Siux defended her title! Then, Maika's entrance theme music rang out, and she walked down the runway from the stage and into the ring!
Bushiroad President Takaaki Kidani, CMLL President and Executive Jose Luis Feliciano, and Mexico City Lucha Libre Commissioner El Fantasma also appeared in the ring to present the belt to defending champion India Siux. Maika
then placed the championship belt around India Siux's waist and congratulated the champion, drawing thunderous applause from the crowd!
Maika, stepping into a CMLL ring for the first time, was thrilled!
"I'm so grateful to be able to wear the belt on the winner of the title match!
In October, FWC (Koguma and Hazuki) will be coming to Mexico for a tour!
I definitely want to wrestle in this ring someday!"
