◆Maika makes her Mexican debut!
Maika made a surprise appearance at "Noche de Campeones" held at Arena Mexico on September 26th (Friday/Mexico local time)!
This Arena Mexico event was a special big match where every match was a title match!
The challengers were decided by fan voting, and the match order was determined by the number of votes for each match, a traditional event held once a year by CMLL.
The fifth match was a women's match, and the National Women's Championship match <Champion India Siuks vs. Challenger Kira> took place.
India Siuks successfully defended her title! Then, Maika's entrance theme music blared, and she entered the ring from the stage down the ramp!
Bushiroad President Takaaki Kidani, CMLL President Salvador Luttero & Executive Jose Luis Feliciano, and Mexico City Lucha Libre Commissioner El Fantasma also appeared in the ring to present the belt to India Siux, who successfully defended her title.
Furthermore, when Maika placed the championship belt around India Siux's waist to honor the champion, a huge round of applause erupted from the crowd!
Maika, who stepped into the CMLL ring for the first time, was extremely excited!
"I'm so grateful to be able to put the belt around the waist of the winner of the title match!
In October, FWC (Koguma & Hazuki) will be coming to Mexico for a tour!
I definitely want to have a match in this ring someday!" she commented!
Let's look forward to the day when Maika will make a big splash in Mexico!
