We sincerely apologize to our customers who purchased the affected products for the great inconvenience caused by having to pay a higher price than originally intended
Furthermore, the delay between the discovery of this matter and today's announcement is due to shortcomings in our management system, and we take this matter extremely seriously
Ideally, we should have promptly apologized after confirming the facts, but we prioritized identifying the affected group and preparing the refund system, which prevented us from providing a quick response. We
deeply regret that this lack of awareness on our part has resulted in damaging the trust of all our supporters.
Regarding this matter, we will refund the difference of 500 yen to the affected customers as described below.
