Currently, another company is manufacturing and selling card products (hereinafter referred to as "the Products") that use the likenesses of former wrestlers affiliated with our company.
As a result of our investigation, we have confirmed the following facts regarding the advertising text of the Products and some of the cards enclosed in the Products:
- The advertising text includes the phrase "Stardom Memorial"
- The likenesses of wrestlers from their time affiliated with our company are used
- Intellectual property such as belts and logos managed by our company are used
- Photographs taken by our company for the products are used, and incorrect copyright notices (©) are made, listing the other company as the copyright holder.

However, as the company that manages the rights to the aforementioned intellectual property and past images of players, we have not been asked for or involved in any way with regard to the sale of this product.
In the future, we intend to consider necessary measures to protect the intellectual property rights that we own or manage.
