In the main event of "STARDOM in OSAKA 2026 Apr." on April 4th (Herbis Hall, Osaka), Hanan, Bea Priestley, Saori Anno, Sayaka Kurei, AZM, and Mitsuyoshi Amasaki faced off against HATE's Saya Kamitani, Konami, Natsuko Tora, Ruanka, Rina, and Azusa Inaba. This served as a triple preview for the World Championship match between Kamitani and Kurei, the Wonder Championship match between Konami and Hanan, and the Goddess Championship match between Tora and Ruanka and AZM and Amasaki, which will take place at the Yokohama Arena on April 26th
The match saw all 12 wrestlers crammed into the space, with the situation changing rapidly. Before we knew it, AZM and Amasaki's 02line seemed to have cornered Ryuka, but immediately afterward, Amasaki found herself isolated
The Goddess Champion duo delivered a sandwich attack, and Tora sprayed blue mist. Finally, with Tensaki's face stained blue, Ruanka delivered a Daruma-style German suplex to secure the three-count
Even after the match, in the chaotic ring, Ruanka grabbed the microphone and declared, "You want this belt, right? Then Tensaki needs to change a lot, doesn't she?"

After the match, the two members of COSMIC ANGELS (Cozuen) appeared backstage with solemn expressions. Anno began by saying, "There's something I want to say to Kurei." She continued, "I support what Kurei has decided. But if you've made a decision, I think you need to be more open about it. Looking at Kurei now, it's like she's trying to convince herself, which I think is important, but she looks like she's having a hard time." She was expressing her concern for Kurei's feelings about her upcoming challenge for the World Championship
Kurei decided on her own initiative to challenge the world champion Kamiya, putting the Cozuen title on the line. This caused a huge stir within the unit. While Anno understood her junior's decision, there was something she absolutely had to tell her
Before challenging Kamiya for the World Championship at the Ryogoku tournament on December 29 last year, Anno also said she was conscious of "revealing herself." But she lost the match. "I realized when I was pinned for the three count that I couldn't win unless I revealed more than I thought I did," she says, "It's okay to be more vulnerable. It's okay to believe in yourself more. With a serious expression, Kurei listened intently to her senior's words and said, "As the champion said, I need to be more assertive. I want to express what's in my heart more, to convey it. If I don't express it, no one will understand. I'll definitely be fine!" and quietly headed to the waiting room
