Recently, we have observed numerous instances of individuals using the likenesses, voices, etc., of athletes owned and managed by our company to create and publish new images and videos using AI generation tools. These actions may not only infringe upon our copyrights and publicity rights, but in some cases, they may also infringe upon the personal rights and privacy rights of our affiliated athletes
From the perspective of appropriately protecting the rights of our players and our intellectual property, we do not, in principle, permit the following actions
- Reproduction of images, videos, audio, etc. owned by our company
; - Publicity of our affiliated athletes or commercial use of our intellectual property, etc. (including those you photograph or produce yourself)
; - Any other act that infringes on the honor, reputation, privacy, or other rights of our company or our affiliated athletes.
However, we continue to welcome fans to share their support and impressions, take their own photos (in accordance with the rules of attendance and other regulations of each venue/event), and post their own fan art, provided that it is for non-profit purposes and within an appropriate scope
Regarding prohibited actions, we will consider taking strict measures, including civil and criminal action, in consultation with our legal counsel, for those deemed particularly malicious, such as those that harm the dignity of the players. If you come across such content on social media, etc., we ask that you refrain from spreading it and cooperate in taking appropriate action by using the reporting functions of each platform
We believe that protecting the rights of each individual athlete is essential to delivering better content to everyone
