[Additional match announced] IWGP Women's Championship match to be held at Yoyogi on Saturday, June 20th!

An IWGP Women's Championship match has been scheduled to take place at "STARDOM THE CONVERSION 2026," which will be held on Saturday, June 20th at the National Yoyogi Gymnasium No. 2 in Tokyo. Champion Shuri will be challenged by Rina Yamashita

Shuri, who won the title for the second time last October by defeating Sareee, has so far successfully defended her title for the third time, defeating Saya Kamitani, Athena, and Megan Beane. With attention focused on who her next challenger will be, she challenged Yamashita herself at the Korakuen Hall event on May 26. Yamashita accepted, but proposed only one condition: "No preliminary matches whatsoever." The champion readily agreed, and the title match will be a one-off showdown

The tournament has already announced the World of Stardom Championship match between champion Sayaka Kurei and Suzu Suzuki, and the Wonder of Stardom Championship match between champion Hanan and Saya Iida, so now all three major title matches have been decided

The remaining cards are expected to be announced as soon as they are decided
