Natsupoi unveils her secret weapon in front of IWGP Women's Champion Shuri: "I've been practicing hard for the IWGP title fight" / July 8 Korakuen Hall Report

Natsupoi, who is aiming to win the IWGP Women's Championship, has a clear path forward. At "STARDOM NIGHTER in KORAKUEN 2026 July" held at Korakuen Hall in Tokyo on Wednesday, July 8th, she teamed up with the full COSMIC ANGELS lineup—Sakura Aya, Kurei Sayaka, Anno Saori, Mizumori Yuna, and Kanaya Anne—to face God's Eye (Shuri, Sorei Ami, Hina, Lady C, Yagami Ranna, and Koryu Kiyoka), led by Shuri. This match served as a preview for her upcoming IWGP Women's Championship match against the reigning champion, Shuri, at the Ota Ward Gymnasium event on July 18th

The two, who faced each other as starters, engaged in a thrilling battle. Natsupoi made the first move, attacking with sharp spinning kicks and thrust kicks. She then dodged Shuri's kick at the last moment, and the two glared at each other, head to head

The match was a back-and-forth battle with neither unit giving an inch. When Natsupoi faced Shuri again, she took a German suplex but immediately got back up and retaliated with a throwaway German suplex of her own. Shortly after, she was in trouble when she took a running knee, but with the help of the Kozuen members, she was able to take Yagami one-on-one. When Fairial Gift was kicked out at the count of two, she debuted her trump card, Made in Japan, and secured a magnificent three-count right in front of Shuri

Backstage after the match, she said with a determined expression, "The IWGP title is finally here. Just 10 days away. Looking into Shuri's eyes today, I felt a lot of emotions welling up, remembering everything that's happened up until now. I've come to realize once again that this is not just any ordinary fight."

He added emphatically, "I pulled off a finishing move at the end of today's match, and I practiced that hard for this day, for the IWGP title fight, and everyone practiced with me too. It's a special move that we practiced over and over again. 'Natsupoi-style Made in Jappoi!' It worked! It's not just the move, I'm going into this fight carrying everyone's feelings with me," and then turned his attention to the Ota Ward showdown
