A World of Stardom Championship match between champion Suzu Suzuki and challenger Starlight Kid has been announced for "STARDOM CRIMSON NIGHTMARE 2026," which will be held on Thursday, October 29th at EBARA WAVE Arena Ota (Ota City General Gymnasium) in Tokyo
In an eight-person tag team match at the September 29 Korakuen Hall event, Kid pinned Suzuki directly with her Momo☆Latch move. Following her victory over the champion in the semi-finals of the "5★STAR GP" final tournament, she declared her challenge, saying, "Next, I'm going to challenge for this belt! Not 'let me,' but 'I will'!" Suzuki accepted the challenge, but pointed out that Kid had missed opportunities to win at crucial moments. Kid called herself a "greedy challenger" to counter Suzuki, the "enthusiastic champion."
After the match at the Aichi tournament on October 3rd, Kid expressed his desire to challenge in a big match and specified the Ota Ward tournament on October 29th. Suzuki immediately replied, "OK, OK, let's do it!" and both agreed to have their title match on that stage
Will Kid, who challenged then-champion Saya Kamitani at the Osaka tournament in February, finally achieve her long-held dream of winning the World Championship for the second time this year? Or will Suzuki, who has suffered two bitter defeats, get her revenge in this title match?
