Stardom has recently established a rules for viewing to ensure that visitors can watch games safely, comfortably and peacefully, and participate in events, and to ensure an environment in which tournaments and events can be held smoothly.
These rules of viewing apply to all Stardom tournaments and events, so please be sure to read and agree to this before signing up for tickets before coming to the event.

Audience rules
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") are intended to establish matters relating to the viewing of tournaments and matches and participation in events for the women's professional wrestling organization Stardom (hereinafter referred to as "Stardom"), sponsored by Stardom Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and those who have received permission to hold a tournament or event (hereinafter referred to as "organizer" along with the Company), and to ensure smooth competition and event progression, as well as a safe, comfortable and peaceful viewing environment for spectators.
Article 2 (Definition)
In these Terms and Conditions, the meaning of the terms listed in the following items is as defined in each of the items.
(1) "Match" refers to a match such as a professional wrestling game.
(2) "Tournament" refers to a professional wrestling event made up of stardom matches.
(3) "Event" refers to any event other than a tournament held by Stardom autograph sessions, handshake events, photo sessions, talk events, and other events held by the organizers for the purpose of interacting with players and fans.
(4) "Athlete" refers to professional wrestlers who participate in Stardom matches, participate in events, or are involved in the progress of a tournament or match.
(5) "Venue" refers to facilities where tournaments, matches or events are held.
(6) "Ticket" means tickets issued by the organizer or person commissioned by the organizer, for entry to or participation in an event where a Stardom tournament, match or event is held.
(7) "Staff" means any person who manages or assists the organizer of tournaments, games or events on behalf of the organizer, based on a contract with the organizer, and includes, but is not limited to, officers and staff of the organizer, part-time workers, athletes, referees, trainers, venue affiliated staff, and security guards.
(8) "Audience" means those who watch or intend to watch a tournament or match at the venue, as well as those who participate or participate in an event.
Article 3 (Agreement to these Terms and Conditions)
1. The audience shall purchase tickets for the tournament or event after agreeing to all of these Terms and Conditions. Audiences who have obtained tickets for the tournament or event and attend the tournament or event will be deemed to have agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Audience will always respect the athletes, other audiences, organizers or staff, and agree that under any circumstances, we shall not engage in violence, abusive language (including statements that deny or obscene the athlete's personality, or any other indecent fingering signs; the same applies hereinafter), slander, slander, discriminatory acts (including discrimination regarding gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, race, nationality, whether or not you have a disability, color or other physical characteristics, age, language, origin, etc.), or in any way harassment, forced fan service, physical contact, filming or posting images or videos for sexual purposes, or other harassment. Stardom will never tolerate these actions.
Article 4 (Contract Enactment)
1. When the audience acquires tickets, a contract for watching a tournament or a match, or a contract for participating in an event, shall be established between the audience and the organizer in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Persons with tickets may watch the tournament or match or participate in the event at designated seats or locations within the venue, in accordance with the provisions of the ticket and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the conditions set by the organizer.
3. When entering the venue, the audience will present their tickets using the organizer's method to confirm the event. Additionally, even after entering, the audience will retain tickets until they leave the venue, and will present them at any time when requested by staff.
4. The organizer shall refund the ticket to the user only if the entire tournament or event is not held due to reasons attributable to the organizer, or if the organizer specifically acknowledges the ticket.
Article 5 (Reasons for Refusing to Entry)
The organizer may refuse to enter the venue for spectators who fall under the following items. In this case, the organizer may not refund the ticket price to the audience.
(1) People who have not been a gangster, a gang member, or a crime member who has not been a gang member for five years since he was no longer a gang member, a gang member, a gang-related company, a general aire, a social movement, etc., a special intelligence violent group, or other
similar person (hereinafter collectively referred to as "anti-social forces") (2) People who provide funds or other benefits to anti-social forces or have a relationship that is not considered socially relevant
(3) Unauthorized reselling (this is synonymous with "unauthorized reselling of specific event tickets" in Article 2, Paragraph 4 of the Act on Ensuring the Prohibition of Unauthorized Reselling of Specified Office Admission Tickets, etc., and the same applies hereinafter) Those who have obtained tickets for other illegal or unjust purposes or means
(4) Those who have previously committed actions that violate these Terms or Conditions, or have received a withdrawal measure from the organizer (as defined in Article 10)
(5) Persons who have committed or intend to commit acts of nuisance to athletes, other spectators, organizers or staff (including, but not limited to, violence, abusive language, slander, discriminatory acts, forced fan service, physical contact, filming and posting images or videos for sexual purposes, or other harassment acts)
(6) Persons who are in a state of drunk or intoxicated
(7) Persons who attempt to bring in items prohibited (as defined in Article 7)
(8) Meetings, Persons who are trying to interfere with or interfere with the smooth operation of the match or event
(9) Persons who are dressed in particular to intimidate other audiences or dressed in an extremely revealing manner
(10) Persons who are clearly not in good health or are likely to have an infectious disease that may cause airborne infection
(11) Persons who have committed or attempted to engage in an act that is contrary to public order and morals
(12) Persons who have determined that there is a reasonable reason not to allow entry in addition to the previous items
Article 6 (Prohibition of resale, etc.)
1. Anyone who purchases or obtains a ticket from the organizer must not unauthorizedly resell the ticket to a third party.
2. The organizer will not be held responsible for any trouble between the audience or the audience and third parties due to the unauthorized resale of tickets.
Article 7 (Products not allowed)
1. Audiences must not bring the following items to the venue. However, this does not apply if this is expressly permitted by the organizer or venue management rules.
(1) Swords, batons, clubs, stun guns, sprays, fireworks and explosives, firecrackers, powerful drugs, other dangerous materials or generally possible weapons
(2) bottles and cans, alcohol, ice boxes
(3) illegal drugs
(4) items that emit a foul odor, emit loud noises or rays, block the view of other spectators, or in other ways prevent the smooth operation of a tournament, match or event or the safe and comfortable viewing of other spectators
(5) Pets and other animals (excluding assistance dogs for disabled people and other commonly accepted service animals)
(6) Anything that specifically reminds or advertises a specific company, political party, religion, ideology, etc. that is unrelated to the organizer or stardom
(7) Anything else designated separately by the organizer or venue manager or that may interfere with the smooth operation of the tournament, match or event
2 The organizer shall be able to carry out baggage inspections and physical examinations on any occasion.
3. The organizer shall be able to destroy, confiscate, and temporarily store any prohibited items to the audience.
Article 8 (Admission and Exit)
1. Audiences may enter the venue from a time set by the organizer, and upon completion of the tournament or event, they will promptly leave the venue in accordance with the instructions of the staff.
2. Audiences must always comply with instructions or precautions from the organizer or staff within the venue.
3. Audiences must not engage in any acts that may cause trouble to third parties, such as neighboring residents, in the vicinity, around the venue.
Article 9 (Consent at the time of viewing)
When watching a tournament or a match, the spectators are deemed to have agreed in advance to the matters set forth in the following sections.
1. The organizer or person designated by the organizer shall take videos, photographs, etc. including portraits of individual audience members and items brought by the audience, within the venue and on the venue site.
2. The footage, photographs, etc. taken in the previous section may be used for the following purposes:
(1) Relaying matches, tournaments or events (including, but not limited to, television broadcasts and distribution via the Internet)
(2) Projection on monitors installed within the venue
(3) Publication by the organizer on official organizer media (including SNS)
(4) Reporting by the organizer or media recognized by the organizer
(5) Production and sales of video works by the organizer or person designated by the organizer, as well as video distribution services
(6) Other uses related to the previous items
Article 10 (Prohibited Acts)
1. The audience must not carry out the following actions at the venue without obtaining permission from the organizer.
(1) Occupation of a place other than the seat or space designated by the ticket
(2) Acts that emit a bad smell, emit a loud noise or light, block the view of other spectators, or otherwise may interfere with the safe and comfortable viewing of other spectators or otherwise interfere with the operation of a tournament, match or event
(3) Destruction of facilities and items managed by the organizer or venue
(4) Acts of specially reminiscing or advertising or soliciting certain companies, political parties, religion, ideas, etc. unrelated to the organizer or stardom
(5) Annoying the player, other spectators, organizers or staff (including, but not limited to, violence, abusive language, slander, discriminatory behavior, forced fan service, physical contact, filming and posting images or videos for sexual purposes, and other harassment acts)
(6) Intrusion into rings, flower paths, etc., intrusion into games, throwing items in, or intervening in other tournaments, games or events
(7) Interrupt in waiting lines or intrusion into prohibited areas
(8) Recording, filming or streaming videos (unless the organizer expressly allows it).
(9) Photography using a flash or fixed stand, or photographing for commercial or for sale purposes
(10) Acts that violate these Terms of Use, Rules, or other rules, etc. set by the organizer or venue manager
(11) Acts of watching games in particular intimidating or excessively revealing clothes that intimidate other audiences
(12) Waiting for players to enter or wait for
(13) Acts of cheering using musical instruments, banners or similar items
(14) Acts that infringe or risk of the rights of third parties
(15) Acts that violate public order or morals
(16) Acts that violate the smooth progress of a tournament, match or event, or that prevents other audiences from viewing or participating, or that violates the instructions of staff
2 If the staff determines that the audience has performed the actions listed in each of the preceding paragraph, they may present their identification documents, reveal their belongings, confirm the contents of the filming, or other reasonable requests, and the audience must comply with this.
Article 11 (Exit Measures)
Organizers may leave the venue for spectators who fall under any of the following items: In this case, the organizer may not refund the ticket price to the audience.
(1) Persons falling under the circumstances provided for in each of Article 5
(2) Persons who brought the prohibited items in Article 7, paragraph 1 into the venue or refused the measures provided for in paragraph 2 and 3 of the same
(3) Persons who violated the prohibited activities in each of Article 10, paragraph 1, or refused the requests provided for in paragraph 2 of the same
(4) Persons who do not comply with instructions from the organizer or staff
(5) Others who violated these Terms and Conditions
(6) Persons who have determined that there are reasons in accordance with the previous items
Article 12 (Compensation for Damage)
The spectator shall be liable for compensation if any damages are caused to the athletes, other spectators, organizers or staff in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Article 13 (Limited Liability)
1. The organizer shall not be liable for any damages incurred by spectators in relation to the tournament, unless there is a reason attributable to the organizer's liability. The organizers will make commercially reasonable efforts to securely manage the event and event, but in principle, any troubles and disputes between spectators will be resolved between the spectators.
2. In the previous paragraph, the scope of damages borne by the organizer shall be limited to damages directly and in the ordinary scope of the audience suffered directly and in reality, and shall not include lost profits or other indirect damages or special damages. However, this does not apply to damages caused by intentional or gross negligence by the organizer.
3. Audiences must always keep an eye on the game developments and follow the instructions of the players or staff, and take great care to ensure that no damage will be caused by out-of-race brawls between players. If a spectator suffers damage from failing to follow the instructions of the players or staff, the provisions of the preceding paragraph will apply mutatis mutandis.
Article 14 (Separability)
Even if a part of these Terms is determined by a court to be illegal or invalid, the remainder of these Terms shall remain in effect.
Article 15 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Japanese law.
2. Disputes between the audience and the organizer regarding these Terms and Conditions shall be the exclusive court of jurisdiction of the first instance.
Article 16 (Effective)
1. These Terms and Conditions shall enter into force on July 12, 2024 (Reiwa 6).
2. These Terms and Conditions may be revised by our company. The Company shall make the revised Terms and Conditions publicly available on its website, etc., at least a reasonable period before the effective date.
