Stardom has established spectator regulations to ensure that all spectators can watch matches and participate in events safely, comfortably, and peacefully, and to ensure an environment in which tournaments and events can be conducted smoothly. These spectator regulations
apply to all Stardom tournaments and events, so please review and agree to them before applying for tickets and attending.

Spectator rules
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Spectator Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms and Conditions") stipulate matters concerning the viewing of tournaments and matches as well as participation in events held by the women's professional wrestling promotion "Stardom" (hereinafter referred to as "Stardom"), which is organized by Stardom Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") and persons authorized by our company to hold tournaments or events (hereinafter referred to together with our company as "organizers"), and are intended to ensure the smooth running of tournaments and events, and a safe, comfortable, and peaceful viewing environment for spectators.
Article 2 (Definitions)
In these Terms and Conditions, the meanings of the terms listed in the following items shall be as set forth in the relevant items.
(1) "Match" means a professional wrestling match, etc.
(2) "Tournament" means a professional wrestling event consisting of Stardom matches. (
3) "Event" means Stardom autograph sessions, handshake sessions, photo sessions, talk events, and any other events other than tournaments that the organizer holds for the purpose of interaction between wrestlers and fans. (4) "
Wrestler" means a professional wrestler who competes in a Stardom match, participates in an event, or is involved in the progress of a tournament or match.
(5) "Venue" means the facility where a tournament, match, or event is held.
(6) "Ticket" means a ticket issued by the organizer or a person commissioned by the organizer for admission to the venue where a Stardom tournament, match, or event is held, or for participation in an event.
(7) "Staff" refers to any person who operates or assists in the operation of a tournament, match or event for the organizer based on a contract with the organizer, including, but not limited to, the organizer's officials, part-time workers, players, referees, trainers, venue personnel, and security guards.
(8) "Spectators" refers to any person who watches or attempts to watch a tournament or match at the venue, as well as any person who participates or attempts to participate in an event.
Article 3 (Agreement to These Terms and Conditions)
1. Spectators must agree to all of these Terms and Conditions before purchasing tickets for a tournament or event. Spectators who purchase tickets and attend a tournament or event are deemed to have agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Spectators agree to always respect athletes, other spectators, organizers, and staff, and to refrain from violence, abusive language (including derogatory or obscene remarks about athletes, and extremely vulgar finger signs; the same applies below), stalking, defamation, discriminatory behavior (including discrimination based on gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, race, nationality, disability, skin color or other physical characteristics, age, language, origin, etc.; the same applies below), coercion of fan service, physical contact, taking or posting images or videos for sexual purposes, and other forms of harassment. Stardom absolutely does not tolerate these behaviors.
Article 4 (Contract Formation)
1. A contract to watch a tournament or match, or to participate in an event, is formed between the spectator and the Organizer in accordance with these Terms
and Conditions when the spectator acquires a ticket. 2. Ticket holders may watch a tournament or match, or participate in an event, in a designated seat or location within the venue, in accordance with the terms of the ticket, these Terms and Conditions, and the conditions
set by the Organizer. 3. Upon entering the venue, spectators must present their ticket and be verified in a manner specified by the Organizer. Spectators must also retain their ticket after entering until they leave the venue, and present it at any time upon request by staff.
4. The Organizer will only refund tickets to users if the tournament or event is not held in its entirety due to reasons attributable to the Organizer, or if the Organizer otherwise approves.
Article 5 (Reasons for Refusal of Admission)
The organizer may refuse admission to the venue to any spectator who falls under any of the following items. In such cases, the organizer may not refund the ticket price to the spectator.
(1) An organized crime group, a member of an organized crime group, a person who has not yet passed five years since leaving the group, a quasi-member of an organized crime group, a company related to an organized crime group, a corporate racketeer, a fraudster pretending to be a social activist, a special intelligence violent group, or any other person equivalent thereto (hereinafter collectively referred to as "anti-social forces").
(2) A person who provides funds or other benefits to anti-social forces or has a relationship with them that is not socially recognized as appropriate.
(3) A person who has obtained tickets through illegal resale (same meaning as "illegal resale of specified performance tickets" in Article 2, Paragraph 4 of the Act on Ensuring the Proper Distribution of Performance Tickets by Prohibiting the Illegal Resale of Specified Performance Tickets, etc., and the same applies hereinafter) or other illegal or improper purposes or means.
(4) A person who has previously violated these terms and conditions or who has been expelled (as defined in Article 10) by the Organizer.
(5) (6) Anyone who has engaged in or is about to engage in nuisance behavior (including, but not limited to, violence, abusive language, stalking, slander, discriminatory behavior, forcing fan service, physical contact, taking or posting images or videos for sexual purposes
, and other harassment) against players, other spectators, organizers, or staff. (7) Anyone who attempts to
bring in prohibited items (defined in Article 7).
(8) Anyone who interferes with or attempts to interfere with the smooth running of a tournament, match, or event. (9
) Anyone dressed in a manner that deliberately intimidates other spectators or who wears excessively revealing clothing.
(10) Anyone who is clearly in poor health or who may be infected with an infectious disease that may be airborne. (
11) Anyone who has engaged in or is about to engage in behavior that violates public order and morals or is illegal.
(12) Anyone other than those listed above who the organizer determines has reasonable grounds for not allowing entry.
Article 6 (Prohibition of Resale, etc.)
1. Anyone who purchases or obtains tickets from the organizer must not resell the tickets illegally to a third party.
2. The organizer shall not be held responsible for any troubles that may arise between spectators or between spectators and third parties as a result of the illegal resale of tickets.
Article 7 (Prohibited Items)
1. Spectators are prohibited from bringing the following items into the venue, unless expressly permitted by the organizer or venue management rules.
(1) Firearms, swords, batons, clubs, stun guns, sprays, fireworks, explosives, firecrackers, poisonous drugs, and other dangerous items or items that could generally be used as lethal weapons.
(2) Bottles, cans, alcohol, ice chests.
(3) Illegal drugs.
(4) Items that give off a foul odor, emit loud noises or lights, block the view of other spectators, or otherwise interfere with the smooth running of the tournament, match, or event or the safe and comfortable viewing and participation of other spectators.
(5) Pets and other animals (excluding assistance dogs for the disabled and other generally recognized service animals).
(6) Items that deliberately evoke or advertise specific companies, political parties, religions, ideologies, etc. that are unrelated to
the organizer or Stardom. (7) Other items separately designated by the organizer or venue management, or that may interfere with the smooth running of the tournament, match, or event
. 2 The organizer may conduct baggage and body searches of spectators at any time
. 3 The organizer may destroy, confiscate, or temporarily store prohibited items from spectators.
Article 8 (Entry and Exit)
1. Spectators may enter the venue from the time set by the organizer, and when the tournament or event has ended, they must follow the instructions of staff and promptly leave the venue.
2. Spectators must always comply with instructions or warnings from the organizer or staff while inside the venue.
3. Spectators must not engage in any behavior that may cause inconvenience to third parties, such as local residents, around the venue.
Article 9 (Agreements when watching a match)
Spectators are deemed to have agreed in advance to the matters set out in the following paragraphs when watching a tournament or match.
1. The organizer or a person designated by the organizer may take videos, photographs, etc., including portraits of individual spectators and items brought by spectators, inside the venue and on the venue grounds.
2. Videos, photographs, etc. taken in the preceding paragraph may be used for the following purposes:
(1) Live coverage of matches, tournaments or events (including, but not limited to, television broadcasts and internet distribution).
(2) Projection on monitors installed in the venue.
(3) Publication by the organizer on its official media (including social media).
(4) Reporting by the organizer or media approved by the organizer.
(5) Production and sale of video works and video distribution services by the organizer or a person designated by the organizer.
(6) Other uses related to the preceding items.
Article 10 (Prohibited Acts)
1. Spectators must not engage in the following acts at the venue without the permission of the organizer:
(1) Occupying any space other than the seat or space designated by the ticket;
(2) Emitting a foul odor, loud noises or lights, blocking the view of other spectators, or otherwise engaging in acts that may interfere with the safe and comfortable viewing or participation of other spectators or with the operation of the tournament, match or event; (
3) Damaging facilities and property managed by the organizer or venue;
(4) Deliberately evoking, advertising or soliciting for specific companies, political parties, religions, ideologies, etc. that are unrelated to the organizer or Stardom;
(5) Behavior that is a nuisance to athletes, other spectators, organizers or staff (including, but not limited to, violence, abusive language, stalking, slander, discriminatory acts, forcing fan service, physical contact, taking or posting images or videos for sexual purposes, and other acts of harassment).
(6) Invading the ring, runway, etc., invading a match, throwing objects, or other acts of interfering with a tournament, match, or event.
(7) Cutting in line or entering a prohibited area.
(8) Recording audio, taking video, or distributing it (unless expressly permitted by the organizer). (9)
Taking photographs using a flash or fixed stands, or taking photographs for commercial or sales purposes. (10) Any act that
violates these terms and conditions, the rules regarding venue management, or other rules established by the organizer or venue management. (11) Watching a match
while dressed in a way that deliberately intimidates other spectators or wearing excessively revealing clothing. (12)
Waiting for athletes to enter or leave the ring.
(13) Cheering using musical instruments, banners, or similar items. (
infringes or is likely to infringe the rights of a third party. (15) Any act that
violates public order and morals or any illegal act. (16) Any act other than those listed above that interferes with
the smooth progress of a tournament, match, or event, or the viewing or participation of other spectators, or that violates the instructions of staff.
2 If staff determine that a spectator has engaged in any of the acts listed in the preceding paragraph, they may make reasonable requests to the spectator, such as to show identification, reveal any belongings, confirm the content of the filming, or otherwise make such requests, and the spectator must comply.
Article 11 (Expulsion from the Venue)
The organizer may expel from the venue any spectator who falls under any of the following items. In such cases, the organizer may not refund the ticket price to the spectator.
(1) Any person who falls under any of the items in Article 5.
(2) Any person who brings into the venue an item prohibited under Article 7, Paragraph 1, or any person who refuses to take the measures specified in Paragraphs 2 and 3 of the same.
(3) Any person who violates any of the prohibited acts specified in Article 10, Paragraph 1, or any person who refuses a request specified in Paragraph 2 of the same.
(4) Any person who does not comply with instructions from the organizer or staff.
(5) Any person who otherwise violates these terms and conditions.
(6) Any person who the organizer determines to have a reason equivalent to any of the preceding items.
Article 12 (Compensation for Damages)
If a spectator causes damage to a player, other spectators, organizer or staff in violation of these regulations, the spectator shall be liable for compensation for such damage.
Article 13 (Limitation of Liability)
1. The Organizer shall not be liable for any damages suffered by spectators in connection with the Tournament unless such damages are attributable to the Organizer. The Organizer will make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the safe running of the Tournament and Event, but, in principle, any disputes or disputes between spectators shall be resolved between the spectators themselves.
2. The scope of compensation borne by the Organizer in the preceding paragraph shall be limited to the ordinary damages directly and actually suffered by spectators, and shall not include lost profits or other indirect or special damages. However, this does not apply to damages caused by the Organizer's intentional or gross negligence.
3. When watching a match, spectators must always pay close attention to the progress of the match, follow the instructions of players or staff, and exercise due care to avoid damage caused by fights between players outside the ring. The provisions of the preceding paragraph shall apply mutatis mutandis to damages suffered by spectators due to their failure to follow the instructions of players or staff.
Article 14 (Severability)
If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be illegal or invalid by a court, the remaining parts of these Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect.
Article 15 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
2. Any disputes between spectators and the organizer regarding these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
Article 16 (Effectiveness)
1. These Terms and Conditions shall come into effect on July 12, 2024 (Reiwa 6).
2. These Terms and Conditions may be revised by our company. We will make the revised Terms and Conditions publicly available on our website or elsewhere at least a reasonable period prior to the effective date.
