・Please check the ticket details for each tournament for loading and unloading times.
・When making arrangements, please be sure to specify the "date," "tournament name," and "venue name" andinquiry formcontact us via
Please note that we do not reply to individual inquiries, but we will confirm all arrangements made.
・Depending on the venue situation, we may not be able to accept your request.
・We do not allow customers to load or unload items themselves.
・We cannot accept items from vendors who cannot collect or pick up items within the designated time on the day of the tournament.
・Please refrain from bringing in stands that are designed to be made by connecting two or more stands together.
・During unloading, you may have to wait depending on the progress of the event at the venue.
・We cannot accept stands that are only shipped and not picked up by the vendor. In that case, we regret to inform you that the stand will be returned to the sender.
・If the unloading time is delayed due to the vendor's circumstances and an extension fee for venue usage time is incurred, the applicable fee will be billed to the vendor or the sender.
- If the vendor has not made a request in accordance with the above, we regret to inform you that the item may be returned to the sender.
- Please refrain from contacting the venue directly.
