① Exchange at the venue merchandise sales
booth: Starting with the following tournaments, we will be offering exchanges at the venue exchange booth.
If you bring the product with the printing defect to the venue exchange booth, we will exchange it for a new one.
Applicable period: From Tuesday, September 23rd (National Holiday) at Edion Arena Osaka 2nd Stadium to Monday, October 27th at Korakuen Hall
Location: Exchange space at each tournament
② Exchange by delivery:
Please send the defective product with printing defects to the address below using cash on delivery.
Once we confirm receipt of the package, we will promptly send you a new product.
Deadline: Must arrive by Friday, October 31, 2025
