Regarding the "Fuwa-chan New Portrait" that we have been selling, there was an error in the product information provided at the Korakuen Hall event on January 21st (Wednesday). Therefore, we will be issuing refunds to customers who purchased the product at the above event. We
apologize for the inconvenience, but please follow one of the following procedures to receive your refund.

Customers who purchase "Fuwa-chan's New Portrait" at the Korakuen Hall event on January 21st (Wednesday).

[Refund Method]
① Refund at the venue (cash only)
Refunds will be handled at the dedicated refund booth inside the venue until the Korakuen Hall event on February 13th (Friday). Refunds will be issued in exchange for the purchased item, so please bring the purchased portrait with you.

② Refund by bank transfer
Please apply via the dedicated form by 23:59 on Sunday, February 15th.
