Stardom welcomes support and sharing on social media from our fans
To protect the rights of the wrestlers, the value of official content, and a healthy fan environment, and to spread the appeal of Stardom to more people through the submission of photos, videos, impressions, and fan art by fans, we have established these new Fan Content Guidelines (hereinafter referred to as "these Guidelines"). Unless otherwise defined in these Guidelines, the terms used within these Guidelines shall follow the definitions in the Spectator Rules
You do not need our approval to use the content in accordance with these guidelines. We cannot respond to inquiries regarding the permissibility of individual uses. When using Stardom-related content (referring to photos, videos, audio, and other creative works related to Stardom; hereinafter referred to as "Stardom-related content"), please be sure to check and agree to these guidelines before use
Even after a post has been made, if we determine that it violates these guidelines, we may request that you delete, modify, make private, or take any other necessary action, and we reserve the right to do so
1. Regarding photography at the venue
Photography and video recording are permitted during entry and matches at tournaments hosted by our company. However, meet-and-greets, autograph sessions, handshake events, photo sessions, talk events, and other events are not included in the "tournament," so please follow the rules applicable to each event. Video recording is limited to smartphones andto 30 seconds of continuous. Video recording using video cameras, SLR cameras, or other professional-grade equipment is not permitted.
Please refrain from taking photographs in the following manner:
-Taking photos in a manner that obstructs the view of other spectators(including the use of flash, fixed stands (monopods/tripods), and selfie sticks).
- Filming that disrupts the smooth progress of the tournament or matches ( including excessive demands or verbal cues to athletes during corner duties or match preparations).
- Filming for purposes unrelated to professional wrestling matches
- Filming that violates applicable laws or regulations, spectator rules, customer harassment response guidelines established by the Japan Professional Wrestling Federation, rules established at the venue, etc. (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Applicable Rules, etc.")
2. Regarding the posting of photos and videos taken at the venue
Photos and videos of wrestlers featured on the "Wrestler Profiles" page of the Stardom official website , taken at the venue, may be posted on social media, etc., within the scope of these guidelines. However, please note the following points.
Please take sufficient care to avoid infringing on the rights of third parties by removing, blurring, or otherwise exercising any considerations regarding the likenesses of other customers or other rights of third parties . While we will make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the safe operation of the tournament and event, we will not be responsible for any troubles between customers or between customers and third parties arising from the taking or posting of photos and videos at the venue.
• Videosno more than 30 seconds in total per post. If you attach multiple videos to a single post, please ensure that the total length of all videos is 30 seconds or less.
•Music such as entrance music and background music is not covered by these guidelines. Please mute or replace the music (only for music for which rights clearance has been completed).
Please comply with the applicable terms and conditions, as well as the terms and conditions of the platform on which you post
3. Available and unavailable content
The following Stardom-related content may be used within the scope of these guidelines, the "Wrestler Profiles" page of the official Stardom websitebut only in scenes featuring wrestlers listed on . Scenes or audio featuring wrestlers from other organizations, freelance wrestlers, guests, or others not listed on that page are excluded .
<Available Stardom-related content>
- Photographs and videos taken by the customer in accordance with these guidelines and applicable terms and conditions -
Illustrations, comics, texts, and other fan art created by the customer in accordance with these guidelines and applicable terms and conditions
- Content created by other customers for which the explicit consent of all rights holders has been obtained
- Videos, images, and other content uploaded to Stardom's official SNS or official YouTube, etc., that have not been deleted -
Content uploaded to Stardom World that have not been deleted
The following Stardom-related content is unavailable
- Tournament videos and other content during the PPV sales period
- Content available exclusively to fan club members
- Content that is paid or available only on a limited basis
- Content that has been removed or taken down by our company
- Television, radio, internet programs, magazines, and other content whose rights are owned or managed by third parties other than our company
length of clips and edits you can create from the same Stardom-related contentis 60 seconds per piece. Within this length limit, you can combine clips from multiple Stardom-related pieces of content to create your own video.
4. Regarding monetization
All photography, posting, and use of Stardom-related content based on these guidelines are permitted only free of charge, non-commercially, and for the purpose of supporting Stardom . It is strictly prohibited to use Stardom-related content to obtain compensation from other customers or third parties without prior written consent from Stardom .
However, this does not prevent accounts and channels from monetizing using the advertising features provided by the platform on which they are posted .
5. Regarding the use of AI
that utilizes the likeness, voice, or other elements related to the publicity rights of wrestlers(including the creation of so-called deepfakes) is prohibited.
However, it is permissible to use AI technology for incidental purposes such as correcting the brightness, color, and image quality of photos and videos, and noise reduction. Additionally, it is permissible to use AI technology for purposes such as organizing and translating schedules, standings, matchups, and creating subtitles and captions, as long as it does not affect elements related to the publicity rights of players, such as their likenesses, voices, or other publicity rights
6. Prohibitions
Regardless of the above, the following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Actions that defame, libel, or damage the reputation or credibility of specific organizations or wrestlers, including Stardom - Actions that use the content for abusive language, discrimination, or other offensive purposes against third parties - Actions that mislead people into believing that the content or account is official Stardom content - Actions that disseminate or spread false or misleading information - Actions that severely damage the credibility or dignity of our company or Stardom - Actions that use or consume wrestlers, etc., as sexual objects - Actions that use the content for the purpose of promoting or criticizing political activities, religious activities, or other specific ideologies or beliefs - Actions that use the content for commercial activities in which our company is not involved - Actions that infringe the rights of third parties - Actions that violate laws, applicable regulations, etc., or public order and morals - Other actions that our company deems inappropriate on a case-by-case basis
7. Others
Our company may take necessary measures, including requesting the deletion or making private posts, prohibiting photography, and refusing entry, in response to actions that violate these guidelines.
In particularly egregious cases, we may consider taking legal action.
Even if you suffer any damage as a result of such actions, our liability for damages shall be limited to the direct and actual damages you have suffered, and shall not include lost profits or other indirect or special damages.
However, this shall not apply in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
These guidelines may be updated or revised after notifying customers. Please check the latest version of these guidelines regularly
