Common precautions
*There may be a baggage check upon entry. To ensure smooth entry, please prepare in advance so that you know what is inside your belongings. Security guards will check the contents of your bags, so please cooperate.
*If any acts of violence, abusive language, slander, or remarks that violate public order and morals are observed towards players or staff, you may be asked to leave at the discretion of the organizers. In that case, admission fees will not be refunded. Please understand in advance.
*Each event has a limited duration. Please be sure to check the end time of each event.
*Even if you are in line at the end time of an event, the event will end when the end time arrives, and in that case, we will not refund any participation tickets you have purchased for each event. Please understand.
*To ensure fair and proper operation for all attendees, there is a limit on the number of eligible products that can be brought in for the same player or unit to participate in the event, and you will not be allowed to rejoin the line. Please check and abide by the limit for each event.
However, depending on the number of participants in the event and the progress of the event, the limit on the number of items that can be brought in may be relaxed. In that case, an announcement will be made inside the venue.
If you do not follow the rules, you will be warned by the security guards and monitoring staff, and if the violation is deemed serious, you will be asked to leave. In that case, admission fees will not be refunded. Please understand this in advance.
We ask that you please be sure to follow the rules and participate in the event.
◇Autograph session participation rules
① Please note that even if you are in line at the end of the event, the event will end when the time comes. In that case, we will not refund any purchased items for the event
② The "Special Offer Exchange Voucher" included with your admission ticket can be exchanged for one autograph session portrait of your choice.
Please be sure to bring it with you on the day of the event. Please note that we cannot reissue vouchers if they are lost.
③ Only products sold on the day of the event are eligible to participate in the autograph session.
Products eligible for the autograph session will be sold at the event on the day.
Bringing products purchased before the event date is strictly prohibited.
Eligible products will be announced each time, so please check the official website and X.
④ There is a time limit for the autograph session. To ensure fair and proper operation for all attendees, the purchase limit for eligible items of the same player at the merchandise booth is 5 items . Also, the maximum number of autographs that can be received at one time is "1 item exchanged with a special voucher and 5 items purchased at the merchandise booth, for a total of 6 items." Rejoining the line is prohibited, so please present all portraits of the same player that you possess at once. However, depending on the number of participants in the autograph session, the autograph session time may be changed or the limit on the number of items eligible for autographs may be relaxed. Please note that the above limits apply to the same player, so it is possible to purchase up to 5 portraits each of multiple players. (OK example) Exchange 1 portrait of Hanan with a special voucher, and buy 5 portraits of Hanan and 5 portraits of Iida at the merchandise booth. After that, buy 5 portraits of Kogo. (NG example) Exchange 1 portrait of Hanan with a special voucher, and buy 5 portraits of Hanan at the merchandise booth. After that, I bought five more portraits of Hanan.
⑤The portraits on the products included in the autograph session will be signed by the players featured on them
⑥ On the day of the event, we will distribute forms for you to fill out so that you can tell the players the name you would like on the signed merchandise. Please be sure to fill it out and hand it to a staff member at the front of each player's line.
We will not be able to add names or autographs without a name form.
We will always add the recipient's name when signing, so if you do not present a name form, you will not be able to participate in the autograph session.
*Please refrain from shaking hands or touching the players. We also regret that we cannot allow any kind of photography, including two-shots and one-shots.
*When participating in the photo session, please refrain from sitting down and talking to the players, or from having long conversations.
*Please note that we cannot accept any gifts for the players on the day of the event.
*We may conduct baggage checks upon entry.
◇Two-shot photo session participation rules
① Please note that even if you are in line at the end time, the two-shot photo session will end when the time comes. In that case, we will not refund the two-shot photo session participation ticket you purchased
② With one "Two-Shot Photo Session Participation Ticket" attached to your admission ticket, you can take one photo with your favorite player.
Please be sure to bring it with you on the day of the event. Please note that tickets cannot be reissued if lost.
③ Participation tickets for the photo session are limited to those sold on the day of the event.
The products eligible for the photo session will be sold at the event on the day.
Bringing products purchased before the event date is strictly prohibited.
The eligible products will be announced each time, so please check the official website and X.
④ There is a time limit for the photo session. To ensure fair and proper operation for all attendees,the purchase limit for the same player's participation ticketsis 5 tickets.
Also, the maximum number of photos that can be taken at one time is "1 ticket exchanged with a special benefit voucher and 5 tickets purchased at the merchandise booth, for a total of 6 tickets." Rejoining the line is prohibited, so please present all the tickets you have for the same player at once.
However, depending on the number of participants in the photo session, the photo session time may be changed or the ticket limit may be relaxed.
Please note that the above is the limit for the same player, so it is possible to purchase up to 5 tickets each for multiple players.
(OK example) Exchange 1 participation ticket for Hanan with a special benefit voucher, and buy 5 participation tickets for Hanan and 5 participation tickets for Iida at the merchandise booth. After that, buy 5 more participation tickets for Kogo.
(NG example) Exchange 1 participation ticket for Hanan with a special benefit voucher, and buy 5 participation tickets for Hanan at the merchandise booth. After that, I bought five more tickets to participate in Hanan's event.
⑤ When it's your turn, please hand your two-shot photo session ticket and mobile phone to the staff.
Please unlock your mobile phone at that time.
This is a two-shot photo session, so we cannot take photos of only the player (1 shot) or photos of you and your companions (3 shots or more). Thank you for your understanding.
However, if your companion is a preschooler, they may be photographed sitting on their parent's lap. Please hand the staff a photo session ticket for the parent as well.
Preschoolers cannot be photographed alone. They must be photographed sitting on their parent's lap.
The only cameras that staff can accept for photography are mobile phones.
We cannot accept digital cameras, SLR cameras, or other high-performance cameras.
⑥ Both players and spectators will be seated during the photo shoot.
To ensure safety, a certain distance will be maintained between the players' and spectator's seats.
Please note that physical contact with the players is strictly prohibited.
Staff will take the photos at appropriate times.
⑦ Each photo ticket entitles you to one photo shoot, but to prevent missed shots, we will press the shutter three times.
The three photos will be taken at regular intervals, so you are free to change your pose as long as it does not disrupt the process.
Please refrain from making significant pose changes or taking out merchandise between shots.
If you bring multiple photo tickets, we will allocate time for pose changes after every three photos, so you are free to change your pose at that time.
Thank you for your cooperation in ensuring the smooth running of the photo session.
8. Please check the photos on your smartphone that the staff will return to you. Please make sure there are no problems with the photos. Please refrain from taking new photos after you have left the venue

◇Unit Photo Session Participation Rules
① Please note that even if you are in line by the end time, the event will end when the time comes. In that case, we will not refund any purchased items for the photo session
② With one "Unit Photo Session Participation Ticket" attached to your admission ticket, you can take one photo with your favorite unit of your choice.
Please be sure to bring it with you on the day of the event. Please note that tickets cannot be reissued if lost.
③ Customers who purchase the designated products sold at the merchandise booth inside the venue will be able to participate again in the photo session of the unit to which that player belongs
④ Only products sold on the day of the event are eligible for the photo shoot.
The products eligible for the photo shoot will be sold at the event on the day.
Bringing products purchased before the unit photo shoot date is strictly prohibited.
The eligible products will be announced each time, so please check the official website and X.
If you present multiple eligible products of the same player or player belonging to the same unit to the staff at the same time, we will take additional photos corresponding to the number of products you present.
⑤ If you participate in the photo session using the designated product, a stamp of completion will be placed on the back of the product. The product will not be autographed by the player. Please take it home as a souvenir
⑥ A staff member will be positioned in front of the unit you have chosen. Please hand over your unit photo session ticket and mobile phone.
Please unlock your mobile phone at that time.
If you are taking a photo with a companion, please also hand over their unit photo session ticket to the staff.
If you are taking a photo with a companion, the maximum number of participants is two.
If your companion is a preschooler, they may be photographed sitting on their parent's lap. Please hand over the parent's photo session ticket to the staff.

⑦ Seating for the audience will be prepared on the stage. The players will be standing by behind the seats.
