1. How to purchase tickets

→ Regarding purchasing advance tickets.
Advance tickets are only sold through L-Ticket and Ticket Pia sales sites, and you are required to join the STARDOM official fan club, "My STARDOM."
We would appreciate your assistance in completing the procedures below.

2. Ticket handling for preschool children

→If the child with you is preschool and does not need a seat and is watching the game on the lap of a parent, no ticket is required.
In that case, please let the entrance officer know this when you enter on the day and enter.
The same applies to family seats.

• Except for women-only seats and some events.

3. About wheelchair seats

→Stardom has an area where even wheelchairs can watch the game.
Areas vary depending on the tournament, so please check
the schedule page Due to adjustments, there are some tournaments that are not publicly available, so we apologize for the inconvenience, but we would appreciate your inquiry.

4. Will seating be next to other seats, such as U25s and women's only seats?

→U25 seats and women-only seats are considered to be dedicated areas, and due to the system, you cannot purchase different seat types and beside each other.
Although the seats will be separated, we ask that you purchase each seat type or use consecutive numbers for other seat types.

5: Elementary, junior high and high school seats

→Advance tickets cannot be seated next to elementary, junior and senior high school students' seats sold on the same day.
The seat types for elementary, junior high and high school students will be the seats that we have designated.
There may be cases where advance tickets may not be available for elementary, junior high and high school students due to circumstances where all seats are sold out.

6. I want to choose a seat and buy a ticket

→If you purchase L-Ticket or Ticket Pia, you cannot specify a seat. If you purchase same-day tickets at the venue, some tournaments allow you to specify your seat number. Please contact us at the ticket sales counter on the day. (※Same-day tickets will be 1,000 yen more).

7. Regarding delivery and gifts

→Please note that we cannot accept gifts or gifts for players.

8. I would like to know information about tournaments and events that have not been made public (seat maps and directions in front).

→We do not answer individual inquiries regarding unpublished content, etc., due to the fairness of information transmission.

9. Discounts for people with disabilities and elderly people

→There are no discounts on tickets.
We offer it at regular prices for all customers.
