1. How to purchase tickets

→About purchasing advance tickets.
Advance tickets are only available through the Lawson Ticket and Ticket Pia sales sites, and in order to purchase tickets, you must be a member of STARDOM's official fan club, "My STARDOM." We would
appreciate it if you could complete the procedure below.

2. Regarding tickets for preschool children

→If your child is a preschooler and does not require a seat, and will be sitting on your lap, they do not need a ticket. In
this case, please inform the attendant at the entrance when you enter the venue on the day of the event.
The same applies to family seats.

3. Wheelchair accessible seats

→Stardom has designated areas where wheelchair users can watch the matches.

the schedule page of the tournament you wish to watch Some tournaments are currently under adjustment and are not open to the public, so if this is the case, we would appreciate it if you could contact us.

4. Will seats other than those for U25 and women only be seated next to each other?

→ U25 seats and women-only seats are designated as exclusive areas, and due to the system, it is not possible to purchase seats of different types next to each other.
Although the seats will be far apart, we ask that customers purchase tickets for the respective seat types, or purchase consecutive seats in other seat types.

5. Elementary, middle and high school seats

→ Advance tickets will not be available for seats next to seats for elementary, junior high, and high school students that will be sold on the day.
Seat types for elementary, junior high, and high school students will be those designated by our company.
There may be circumstances where seats for elementary, junior high, and high school students are not available due to circumstances such as all seats being sold out in advance.

6. I want to choose my seat and purchase a ticket

→If you purchase tickets through Lawson Ticket or Ticket Pia, you cannot specify your seat. If you purchase tickets at the venue on the day, some tournaments allow you to specify your seat number. Please inquire at the ticket sales counter on the day. (※Same-day tickets cost an additional 1,000 yen.)

7. Regarding gifts and presents

→Please note that we cannot accept gifts or presents for the players

8. I would like to know information about tournaments and events that have not been made public (such as seating charts and the direction of the front)

→In order to ensure fairness in the dissemination of information, we are unable to respond to individual inquiries regarding undisclosed information

9. Discounts for people with disabilities and seniors

→There are no discounts on tickets. Tickets
are available to all customers at the regular price.
