1. How to purchase tickets

→Regarding the purchase of advance tickets.
Advance tickets are only available for purchase through the Lawson Ticket and Ticket Pia sales websites. To purchase advance tickets, you must be a member of the STARDOM official fan club, "My STARDOM". We
would appreciate it if you could complete the procedure as described below.

2. Regarding tickets for preschool children

→If your accompanying child is a preschooler and does not require a seat, and will be watching the game on their parent's lap, a ticket is not required.
In this case, please inform the staff at the entrance upon arrival.
The same applies to family seats.

3. Wheelchair accessible seats

→Stardom has designated areas for wheelchair users to watch the matches. The area varies depending on the event, so please check the schedule page for the event you wish to attend. Some events are still being finalized and not yet listed, so in those cases, please contact us.

4. Will seats other than those for U25 and women only be seated next to each other?

→U25 seats and women-only seats are designated areas, and due to system limitations, it is not possible to purchase adjacent seats of different seat types. We
ask that customers either purchase separate seat types for each person, or purchase consecutive seats of other seat types, although the seats will be separated.

5. Elementary, middle and high school seats

→Advance tickets do not guarantee adjacent seating with the elementary, junior high, and high school student seats sold on the day of the event. The seating type for elementary, junior high, and high school students will be the type of seat designated by our company. There may be cases where elementary, junior high, and high school student seats are not available due to circumstances such as all seating types being sold out in advance. 6. I want to choose my seat and purchase a ticket

→If you purchase tickets through Lawson Ticket or Ticket Pia, you cannot specify your seat. If you purchase tickets at the venue on the day, some tournaments allow you to specify your seat number. Please inquire at the ticket sales counter on the day. (※Same-day tickets cost an additional 1,000 yen.)

7. Regarding gifts and presents

→Please note that we cannot accept gifts or presents for the players

8. I would like to know information about tournaments and events that have not been made public (such as seating charts and the direction of the front)

→In order to ensure fairness in the dissemination of information, we are unable to respond to individual inquiries regarding undisclosed information

9. Discounts for people with disabilities and seniors

→Regarding tickets, there are no discounts.
All tickets are available at the regular price.
