This is a title match in which Starlight Kid challenges Natsupoi for the Wonder of Stardom Championship. The two have fought many times in singles matches, beginning with their battle for the High-Speed Championship. Eventually, Natsupoi reached the white belt and has successfully defended it twice. Now, she will face Kid, with whom she has been fighting since her early days in Stardom, for the belt. Since this match was decided, the two have clashed many times in preliminary matches. This match is likely to be the culmination of both women's work to this point.
The bell rings, and they lock up to test their strength. They turn around at the ropes, and Kid applies a headlock. Natsupoi goes for a diving body attack, and when Kid counters, Natsupoi goes for an armbar and then an armlock. When Kid escapes, Natsupoi puts his right arm on the ropes and kicks it up. He then kicks Kid's right arm from an armbreaker. Kid gets his back taken and breaks free, going for a fisherman's. Natsupoi counters with a back kick and a neckbreaker. Kid counters the fisherman's attempt and hits a fisherman's. Kid delivers a dropkick to the back of the knee from behind. He puts Kid in the corner, grabs his right leg and hits a dragon screw and stretch muffler. Natsupoi counters a black tiger leg kick and rolls him up. Kid hits a spinning diving body press from the corner. Natsupoi counters, and Kid goes to the corner again. Natsupoi catches up and takes his back. Kid holds on, but Natsupoi takes his back again and forces an avalanche-style German suplex. Natsupoi goes to the outside and yells "Kitchan!" and does a plancha. Kid returns to the ring and Natsupoi holds with a neckbreaker. Kid counters, and Natsupoi hits a Fairy Real Gift from the corner. Kid raises his knee and successfully cuts him off. 10 minutes have passed. However, Natsupoi delivers a thrust kick from behind. He takes his back, aiming for a dragon. Kid dodges and hits a dropkick. Both are down. Natsupoi gets up and charges, but Kid catches her and hits a Black Tiger Punishment and a Moonsault Press. However, she doesn't get the three count. Kid hits a double arm and then a Tiger Driver, but when it's countered, she hits a Stretch Muffler. She stands up, chokes him up, and spins around quadruple. She then grabs Kid's arm and goes for a Black Tiger Kakesatsu, but Natsupoi hits Fairy Magic. Kid gets on top, but it's only a two count. Kid gets up, but hits a German Suplex. Natsupoi hits a thrust kick and jumps into an armbar. Kid gets on top, but Natsupoi quickly gets back up and keeps the armbar. Kid somehow escapes. 15 minutes pass. Natsupoi goes to the corner and hits a Fairy Real Gift. But Kid counters. Natsupoi declares she's finished and hits a Fairy Real Gift. Kid dodges it, and both wrestlers are down. They grab each other by the hair and exchange elbows. Natsupoi blocks Kid's elbow and stands up, then hits him back with a barrage of blows. Natsupoi stands in a pose, and Kid stands up and delivers a series of elbows and chops to the left and right. Kid also spreads his arms to show his support. Natsupoi delivers a series of elbows and back kicks to the left and right. Kid grabs a second shot, but Natsupoi delivers another one. Kid counters Natsupoi's fairing ring and goes for Tiger. Natsupoi counters, and Kid takes a Tiger stance. 20 minutes have passed. Kid kicks with a knee and goes for Tiger. Natsupoi counters with Fairy Magic. Kid counters, and Natsupoi grabs her arm and takes the fairing ring. Natsupoi takes her back and applies Fairy Strain. Kid counters at the last moment, and a frustrated Natsupoi goes to the corner. Kid gets up and goes for Eternal Four. Natsupoi counters at the one count, and Kid hits a Tombstone Piledriver followed by a Star Suplex. The three count gives Kid the win.
Kid: "Natsupoi! This belt you finally got, I finally got it too! Because our feelings collided, it was the most life-or-death battle we've ever had, and we both did everything we could, right? This battle, for now. But today I was the one who won! I'm always the one taking the belt, so next time, Natsupoi, come and take this belt back." Natsupoi
shakes hands and leaves the stage.
Kid: "Natsupoi, wait. You're an important rival that I can't live without! That's why I'll never lose."
Natsupoi gives a poi sign and leaves the stage.
Kid: "I'm Starlight Kid, the 24th Wonder of Stardom Champion! I'm so glad I didn't give up! "I'm the best rival, so I finally got to win it at the best stage, Ryogoku! I'm really glad that I was able to achieve my goal of winning it this year. But when I won the High Speed belt on my eighth try, or when I won other belts, I always think this: I'm glad I didn't give up and quit pro wrestling. There were so many times when I couldn't win a belt unless I tried many times, to the point that I wondered if the belt really hated me, so those difficult and painful times helped me grow, and above all, it's important not to give up.
