Saori Anno and Rina clash in a singles match. Both have been eager for a singles match against Starlight Kid, and Rina had a pinfall victory over Anno in a unit match in Osaka on January 19th, so this one-on-one match between the two is finally happening. Moreover, the right to challenge Kid is on the line in this match. Anno aims to reclaim the white belt in a rematch with Kid, while Rina intends to move from the Future of Stardom Championship to a fight for the white belt. Who will win and earn the right to challenge Kid?
The gong sounds, and both slowly advance and lock up. Anno corners Rina and breaks cleanly with ease. An enraged Rina grabs her hair and performs a hair whip. Anno retaliates, cornering Rina and stomping on her face. Rina spits at Anno, who follows up with a series of elbows, a sickle hold, and a heel drop. Anno kicks Rina while taunting her. As Rinami charges forward, Anno takes a series of elbows and stands up. Rinami throws Anno into the corner, and although her charge is dodged, she lands a dropkick. "I'm gonna win!" she shouts and lands an elbow. Anno retaliates, and they exchange elbows. Anno lands a series of elbows and tries to stand up, but Rinami stomps on her foot, shouting "You idiot!", and lands a big boot followed by a dropkick. Rinami counters with a hip throw followed by an STO. Anno kicks out, and Rinami lands a diving double knee drop. Anno kicks out again and lands a neckbreaker followed by a double wrist arm drag, a sickle hold, and a paradise hold. Rinami escapes, and Anno lands a fisherman suplex. Rinami kicks out and stands up, but takes a missile kick. Anno takes Anno's back, but Rinami counters and forces her to submit with a hydrangea. Anno escapes, and Rinami heads to the corner. Anno catches up and performs a fisherman suplex. Rinami quickly gets up and throws Anno backwards. Rinami pulls out a whip, but Anno dodges and snatches it away. Anno pretends to hit Rinami with the whip but kicks her instead. Rinami lands a big boot, and Anno retaliates. After an exchange of big boots, Anno grabs Rinami's arm and delivers a flurry of punches. Natsuko distracts the referee, and Rinami counters with a whip strike. Anno rolls her up, but Rinami reverses and slams her down. Anno lands a German suplex. Rinami gets up and Anno gets the three count with a jackknife suplex.
Rina: "I've decisively defeated Anno Saori! Anno Saori, you said you'd fight me in order to fight Starlight Kid, right? Your target might be Starlight Kid, but I'm going to cut off her head, take her belt, and make you target me instead, so look forward to it."
Anno: "Shut up. You're the best little brat. I'll remember that well."
Starlight Kid enters the ring.
Kid: "My opponent for my first title defense has been decided: Rinami! We're classmates, but for some reason this will be our first singles match. I'm a bit busy around here with Artist and other things, so let's do it at the next big match, with the Wonder title on the line."
Rinami: "The next big match, you mean it'll be in my hometown, Utsunomiya? Of course being a champion is busy. I've managed to get this far while juggling school and wrestling, you idiot!"

Rinami spat at Kid. Rinami
