Mayu Iwatani is making a triumphant return to her hometown of Yamaguchi for this match. Originally, a tag team match between Iwatani & Kashima Saki and AZM & Watanabe Momo was scheduled, but Kashima was unfortunately absent due to illness, just like the day before. Nakano Tam stepped in for Kashima, forming a cross-unit tag team with Iwatani. Nakano had previously left Iwatani and formed Cosmic Angels independently from STARS. AZM & Momo are also a team that transcends unit boundaries, with Momoa from Queen's Quest making a comeback. Both teams are sure to be looking for revenge for their loss to Iwatani in the IWGP Women's Championship match. However, given Momo's past betrayal of QQ and her joining Oedo Tai (now H.A.T.E.), it is highly questionable whether they can function as a team. Before the match, the mayor of Mine City, Yamaguchi Prefecture, presented her with a bouquet of flowers and a sack of rice as a token of encouragement. Nakano receives the tag and delivers a diving body attack to AZM. Momo gets behind Nakano, but Nakano counters and hits both AZM and Momo with a DDT. AZM counters Nakano's back drop and they exchange kicks. AZM anticipates what will happen and hits Nakano with a PK. Momo forcibly tags out and throws AZM to the floor, then hits Nakano with a corner dropkick and a middle kick. Nakano hits Momo with a neckbreaker and a cartwheel double knee drop. Momo kicks out and Iwatani offers to tag. Iwatani hits Momo with a dropkick. Momo lands a series of corner middle kicks. Iwatani dodges a charge and delivers a dropkick. However, Momo dodges and lands a middle kick. Momo climbs to the corner, and Iwatani follows, delivering a series of elbows, a superplex Frankensteiner, and a missile kick. When Momo retaliates, Nakano enters and attempts to team up with Iwatani. AZM enters and makes the two collide, and Momo and AZM deliver high kicks, with Momo hitting Iwatani with a Soumatou. Momo tags in AZM with a slap. AZM hits Iwatani with a missile kick and a Numerouno. Iwatani counters and exchanges elbows with AZM. AZM slips past Iwatani and delivers a brainbuster. Ten minutes have passed, and Iwatani kicks out as AZM heads to the corner. Iwatani catches up, but Momo gets behind her. AZM then joins in with a foot stomp and a thrust kick, Momo throws a Tequila, and AZM tries to roll her up but it's broken up. AZM attempts a Canadian Destroyer on Iwatani. Nakano blocks it and Iwatani delivers a dropkick, sending AZM to the outside. He sends Momo to the outside with a hurricanrana. Nakano and Iwatani perform a plancha and a tope, respectively, as they both dive to the outside. AZM was brought back, and Iwatani delivered a frog splash. AZM retaliated, and Iwatani and Nakano worked together with thrust kicks. They followed up with a double DDT and a German suplex, but Momo interfered. Momo slammed Nakano into the referee, and AZM and Momo delivered a middle kick. Iwatani dodged, and Momo attacked with a bat. Iwatani dodged again, and it nearly hit AZM. Momo stopped the bat, but then deliberately struck AZM. Then Nakano got behind AZM and delivered a tiger suplex, and Iwatani declared the finish and delivered a moonsault press. The referee counted to three, and Iwatani pinned AZM.
Iwatani: "Good evening everyone who came to the Yamaguchi tournament! In today's main event, Kashima Saki was absent, so I think there were many people who wanted to see Momoa and MayuSaki. Tam, today is your homecoming to Yamaguchi, a special place for you, so thank you for agreeing to have a match at short notice."
