STARS' Mayu Iwatani & Hanan team faced off against Suzu Suzuki & Tetsu Akira in a tag team match. Hanan, currently the Goddess of Stardom champion with Saya Iida as wing☆gori, is currently sidelined due to her partner's injury. She is expected to be ready for the title defense on February 24th in Utsunomiya, but on this day she will be teaming with Iwatani, who also participated in the tag league. The Suzuki & Akira team was formed by two people who faced each other on January 25th in Takadanobaba. The key to this match will be how well Suzuki, who mentored Akira in her debut match and recognized her potential, will lead the team.
Akira volunteered to go first, saying "I'll go," but Iwatani came out and the match began. Akira landed three dropkicks in a row, but Iwatani endured them and countered with a dropkick of her own. Iwatani stands up after receiving a series of elbows from Akira. "They're not working," Iwatani says, to which Akira replies, "Don't underestimate me!" and delivers another elbow. Iwatani throws Akira into the ropes with a reverse chop, and Akira delivers a dropkick. Suzuki hits Iwatani with a corner elbow and a corner knee attack. Hana interferes and tries to team up with Iwatani, but they both get speared. Suzuki kicks Iwatani in the face from ringside. Iwatani delivers a back kick followed by a dropkick. Hana delivers a knee attack and a running elbow smash to Suzuki from behind. Suzuki counters Hana's body attack with a kick. Hana goes in with an elbow, and Suzuki retaliates. After an exchange of elbows, Suzuki anticipated the move and delivered a spear, but Hanan reversed in the corner and delivered a body attack. Suzuki countered with a thrust kick, but Hanan responded with a running elbow smash. Akira offered to tag in and delivered a series of dropkicks. Hanan retaliated and countered Akira's body slam. Akira delivered a series of elbows, but Hanan took him down with one blow. Suzuki blocked Hanan's charge and Akira delivered a body slam and a face lock. Akira grabbed Hanan's neck, but Hanan countered, and after Iwatani's thrust kick, Hanan delivered a Famouser. However, Suzuki broke it up. Hanan declared he was going for the finish and attempted a blockbuster. Akira countered and rolled him up, but Hanan delivered a running elbow smash. Akira delivered a series of elbows, but Hanan stood up and took them. Hanan stopped Akira's charge and slammed him to the mat for the three count.
