This tag team match features the God's Eye team of Shuri and Ranna Yagami against the Stars team of Saya Iida and Momo Kogo. At the Yokohama Arena on April 27th, Shuri defeated Mayu Iwatani to capture the IWGP Women's Championship, while Yagami lost to her stablemate Hinami, failing to capture the Future of Stardom Championship. The two have had contrasting fortunes, but in this tournament they will team up to face STARS. On the other hand, Iida of STARS defeated Hazuki and Koguma to successfully defend the Goddess of Stardom Championship with Hanami. However, Iwatani, who lost to Shuri, has announced her departure from Stardom. It seems that everyone, including Kogo, is in shock. The future of STARS, including the relationship between Hazuki and Hanami, is something to watch.
Yagami volunteered to start the match and faced Iida. The match began with a test of strength in a lock-up, with Iida gaining the upper hand. For some reason, Iida and Shuri show off their muscle poses outside the ring. Yagami delivers a knee drop to Kogo's right arm. Shuri delivers a series of soccer ball kicks to Kogo, drives him into the corner, and stomps on him repeatedly. Iida tries to intervene, but Shuri puts Kogo in a sleeper hold. Yagami kicks Kogo with a soccer ball kick. Kogo kicks out and Yagami delivers a series of kicks to his arm, and Kogo counters with a dropkick. Iida cornered Yagami and unleashed a barrage of reverse chops. Iida shouted, "Here I go, you idiot!" and delivered an elbow drop. Yagami countered with a dropkick followed by a PK, but only got a two count. Shuri hit Iida with a dropkick, a knee attack, and a front neck chancery drop. Iida retaliated, and Shuri landed a series of knees to the abdomen before charging forward. Iida dodged and launched the Iida Rocket. Kogo delivered a swan dive missile kick to Shuri and went for a 619. Shuri dodged, but Kogo reversed and delivered a body attack. Shuri slammed Kogo to the mat and applied an armbar. Kogo escaped, dodged a lariat, and called in Iida for a jumping chop. Kogo landed a dropkick, but only got a two count. Yagami interfered with Kogo's charge and delivered a double suplex with Shuri. Shuri kicked upwards, but Kogo countered. Seeing this, Shuri went for an armlock. However, Iida made a timely intervention. Shuri lifted Kogo up, but Kogo rolled her up. Shuri kicked out, and Iida assisted with a lariat, followed by Kogo's 619, and Iida and Kogo combined for a face crusher. However, Shuri managed to kick out. Ten minutes had passed. Kogo attempted a neckbreaker, but Shuri kicked out. Kogo went for the finish and prepared to hit Shuri with a Nectar Peach. Shuri dodged it, and Yagami delivered a Zero Fighter Kick, followed by a knee attack from Shuri. Kogo kicked out, and Shuri charged at her but was hit with a thrust kick. Shuri stopped Kogo's charge and transitioned from an armlock to a ground Suzaku. Unable to bear it any longer, Kogo signaled that she was giving up, and Shuri was declared the winner.
