Iron Akira: Half Hatch Suplex Hold

MATCH REPORT

Tetsu Akira and Hime Yuria, who debuted in the two-day event at Takadanobaba in January, faced off in a singles match. In their previous singles match, they fought for five minutes and it ended in a time-limit draw. Will they be able to show the results of their three months of growth in this match and settle the score? And who will claim their first victory on their own merit?
The two shook hands and the match began. Starting on the ground, Akira locked up and applied a headlock. Yuria tried to throw her into the ropes, but Akira refused. As Yuria cornered her, Akira turned and shouted, "Don't mess with me!" and delivered a series of dropkicks in the corner. "Don't underestimate me!" she shouted, cornering Yuria again and stomping on her face. She then brought Yuria to the center and went for the cover. When Yuria kicked out, she also escaped the STF. After an exchange of elbows, Yuria landed a series of blows. Akira, who was on the verge of collapsing, retaliated with a series of elbows. Yuria countered with a dropkick. When Akira retaliates, Yuria lands a series of big boots, and Akira taunts her, "Come on!" Yuria knocks her down with a big boot, but Akira retaliates. As Yuria tries to throw her into the ropes, Akira resists and delivers a Kawazu Otoshi and a face lock. As Yuria's feet reach the ropes, Akira prepares for a suplex. Yuria counters, grabs her arm, and kicks her in the face. "Come on!" Akira taunts, and Yuria kicks her down and delivers a running guillotine. Akira kicks out, and Yuria slaps her, delivers a dropkick, and another running guillotine. Akira kicks out, and Yuria delivers a mounted elbow. Akira reverses, but Yuria returns and continues to attack. Yuria takes her back and prepares to throw her. Akira resists, reads Yuria's charge, and delivers a Le Beau, a high kick, and a half-hatch suplex. Akira held on tight and secured the three-count, clinching his first victory.
