God's Eye, consisting of Shuri, Hinami, and Yagami Ranna, faced off against E neXus V, consisting of Tsukiyama Waka, HANAKO, and Rian, in a six-woman tag team match. At the June 8 Korakuen Hall event, Rian defeated Tetsu Akira for her first singles victory, earning a challenge from Future of Stardom Champion Hinami. This match was a prelude to the title match scheduled for June 21 Yoyogi.
Hinami and Rian volunteered to start the match. They locked up, with Hinami pushing Rian into the ropes. Rian reversed the situation and delivered a series of elbows before applying a headlock. Hinami countered with a headlock of her own and threw Rian into the ropes, and after an exchange of arm whips, Hinami delivered a dropkick. Hinami then slammed Rian with a series of body slams. Shuri delivered a series of stomps, a knee attack, and a sleeper hold to Rian. EXV broke up the match, separating God's Eye. Shuri slips past HANAKO and Rian and delivers a soccer ball kick to Rian, saying, "How dare you do that!" Shuri lands a series of knees on Tsukiyama, and as Tsukiyama screams, Shuri delivers another soccer ball kick, saying, "Tsukiyama, you're getting greedy!" Shuri also delivers a series of soccer ball kicks to the unwilling Rian. Yagami delivers a body slam and a soccer ball kick to Rian. When Rian retaliates, Yagami delivers a series of stomps, saying, "Is that all you've got!" Yagami and Rian exchange elbows. Rian delivers a series of blows, and Yagami retaliates. Rian lands a cross body and hands the ball over to HANAKO. HANAKO delivers a series of shoulder tackles to Yagami and then a body slam. Shuri interferes and slams Yagami into the air. Hinami also slams Yagami into the air and kicks her partner Tsukiyama before throwing him onto Yagami. HANAKO charges at Yagami in a corner. Yagami dodges and delivers a spear high kick followed by a dropkick and a sliding kick. Hinami hits HANAKO with a neckbreaker and a dropkick. HANAKO counters and resists Hinami's throw attempt with a lariat. Rian delivers a series of dropkicks to Hinami. Hinami retaliates with one hit, sending Rian flying, and applies a reverse Boston crab. Hinami stands defiantly in front of Rian and says, "Come on, give it more," as she receives a series of elbows. After an exchange of elbows, Rian delivers a series of blows. Hinami charges forward, and Rian delivers a dropkick. Hinami counters a throw attempt with a body slam and a reverse Boston crab. 10 minutes have passed. HANAKO catches Hinami's charge and slams her down, then Tsukiyama delivers a cross body and Rian delivers a body slam. Hinami counters, and Shuri comes to Hinami's aid, who holds her down. Rian counters, and Hinami lifts her up. Tsukiyama made a cut with a hell thrust and Rian went for the cover. When Hinami kicked out, Rian mounted her and landed a series of elbows. Hinami stopped Rian's charge and threw a hip toss, and Rian rolled up when Hinami went for a Jackhammer. Rian went for a series of roll-ups, but Shuri made a cut. In the ensuing scuffle, Shuri and Yagami delivered a double brainbuster to HANAKO, and Hinami threw Rian backwards. Rian got up, but Hinami used the hang time to execute a modified Jackhammer. Rian couldn't kick out and Hinami won.
Hinami: "Hey Rian, do you even intend to win? If you keep going like this, do you think the title match will even happen? You said on X that if you could win with technique, you'd go all in with your heart, but are you really putting in any heart? You need to put in more than 100 times the effort you're putting in now, or you won't be able to beat me."
Rian: "I lost today, but I won't lose tomorrow! I'll beat you, Hinami, at Yoyogi!"
Hinami: "Well, I'm looking forward to it."
