Koguma makes his first challenge for the CMLL Japan Championship. Will he win and import bears to Mexico!?
Koguma extends his hand, but Silueta lightly slaps it away, refusing to shake hands. The match begins with a lock-up, and Silueta grabs Koguma's arm. After a struggle for the arm, Silueta applies a headlock on the ground. Koguma reverses and pins her. Silueta reverses and pins her. Silueta grabs Koguma's hair and goes for a bow and arrow hold. Koguma reverses and gets on top for the cover, but Silueta hits a shoulder tackle, glaring at Koguma as he kicks out. Silueta extends her hand in a bow. Koguma responds with a "Gracias," but Silueta attacks, drawing boos. Silueta shouts "Viva Mexico!" and does a hair whip, pulling and shaking Koguma's hair. She goes for a camel clutch and tries to tear Koguma's mouth open. Koguma hits an elbow, and Silueta retaliates. After an exchange of elbows, Silueta lands a slap. Koguma collapses, but anticipates and delivers a Gun Stun. Koguma goes to the apron and lures Silueta in for a DDT. Aiming for Silueta below the ring, Koguma heads to the corner. Silueta drops him and kicks him at ringside. Koguma hits Silueta with a Swing DDT. Koguma stands on the apron and is about to climb to the corner when the referee calls for the bell. Koguma is announced as the winner.
Hazuki: "Kog, even though it was an accident, you're the champion. But is it really okay to call yourself champion like this? Let's have a singles match for that belt, it's been a while." Koguma nods and
shares a hug with Hazuki.
Koguma: "First of all, Silueta, gracias (thank you)."
Silueta is carried off on a stretcher, and the ring is filled with Silueta chants.
Koguma: "I became champion in a way I didn't want to, but I was planning to say the same thing if I won today. Ever since I became champion, I've wanted to challenge Hazuki no matter which champion I was. Alright Hazuki, I'm going to beat you to a pulp."
The two shake hands.
"It's not the way it happened, but a champion is a champion. Since I've received the Mexican wind, I was thinking of challenging Hazuki. Well, since we're at it, and because I don't usually get to face Hazuki, I'm going to beat her to a pulp here."
Hazuki appears.
Hazuki: "Kog, congratulations on becoming champion."
Koguma: "Thanks."
Hazuki: "It's been a while since our last singles match."
Koguma: "How long has it been?"
Hazuki: "Almost 10 years, I think?"
Koguma: "It's been so long I can't even remember
Hazuki: "It was an accident, but Kog is the champion now. I'll be the next champion."
Koguma: "No, I'm going to beat you to a pulp. It's been a while since I've faced Hazuki."
Hazuki: "Let's fight with smiles on our faces."
Koguma: "Let's do it."
Hazuki: "Let's do it."
