Konami, Fukigen, and Rinan, who became Artist of Stardom champions at the Korakuen Hall on September 10th, will be defending their title for the first time. The challengers are Hanan, Iida Saya, and Kogo Momo of STARS, who announced their challenge after the match at Korakuen Hall. Upon receiving the challenge, Rinan made comments that seemed to criticize Kogo and Hanan. They also defeated Iida in a preliminary match. The new champion team is made up of former TCS members. Will they defeat STARS, or will the newly reborn STARS, with the addition of new members, take the belt, which would mean a lead in the unit battle?
Without waiting for the bell, STARS swooped in, grabbed Rinan, and launched a coordinated attack. The trio landed a dropkick, and Hanan covered. When Rinan returned, Konami kicked Hanan off the apron, disrupting the fight, which took place outside the ring. Rinan slammed Hanan into the audience. Outside the ring, H.A.T.E. overwhelms STARS. Rinan brings Hanan back into the ring and hits her with a hair whip, then corners her and stomps on her face. Konami pins Hanan to the ropes and attacks with H.A.T.E., followed by a soccer ball kick. Fukigen also stomps on Hanan's face. However, every time she charges into the corner, Hanan puts her foot out. Hanan goes for a dropkick, but Fukigen dodges it. Hanan launches a body attack and hands it to Iida. As Iida moves in, Rinan and Fukigen combine, but Iida separates them and hits Fukigen with a standing body press. Iida blocks a thumb strike and charges forward, but Rinan kicks her away, and Fukigen rolls her up after a thumb strike. Konami knees Iida and hits a sliding kick. Iida holds off a fisherman's attempt and hits a brainbuster. As Konami stands up, Iida hits her with a reverse chop. Konami receives the consecutive hits and stands up. She blocks Konami's high kick and Iida hits a series of reverse chops. As Iida charges, Konami hits a middle kick, a fisherman, and a penalty kick. As Iida returns, Konami applies an armpit hold and a sleeper hold. Iida spins and slams her, but Konami hits a high kick. However, Iida hits a lariat. Kogo and Rinan enter the ring. Kogo hits a series of drop kicks, and Rinan blocks them. She dodges the third and delivers a drop kick, shouting, "You bastard!" Kogo charges in with a series of elbows, but Rinan says, "I'm not listening," and takes her down with one hit. Rinan receives another elbow from Kogo and stands up. As Rinan charges, Kogo hits a drop kick, a 619, and a swan dive missile kick. As Rinan returns, she calls in STARS and goes for a combined face crusher. However, Fukigen and Konami drag their feet. Rinan throws a hip kick at Mukaigo, and Konami hits a middle kick. Fukigen hits a senton. Rinan hits a diving double knee drop. Mukaigo returns, and Rinan goes to the corner. Iida stops him, and Mukaigo hits a Deadly Drive, a Thrust Kick, and a Nectar Peach. Rinan returns, and 10 minutes have passed. Mukaigo charges, and Rinan hits a big boot and a Northern Lights. Mukaigo returns, and Rinan hits a diving double knee drop. Mukaigo returns, and Rinan goes for the Pink Devil. Mukaigo holds on, and Iida hits a Stunner, Hanan hits a Famer, and Mukaigo hits a spinning diving body press. Mukaigo returns, and hits a Momonpa on Rinan. But HATE cuts it off. Hanan and Mukaigo fly with planchas to the outside. Hanan brings Rinan back, calls in the Iida Rocket, and Hanan applies a Blockbuster Hold. When Rinan returns, Hanan prepares for a back drop. Rinan counters with a jackknife. When Hanan returns, Rinan goes for a Hydrangea. When Hanan manages to escape, Rinan lifts her up and goes for the Pink Devil. Hanan holds on, but Rinan hits a big boot, and Iida covers with a spinebuster. STARS and a combined face crusher, but Konami cuts it off. Hanan declares the finish and applies a back drop hold. However, Fukigen pulls the referee's leg. Konami brings out a chair, but Mukai and Iida dropkick her. Fukigen kicks Iida away and Mukai separates them with a senton. 15 minutes pass. Rinan slams Hanan to the mat, but it's a two count. Hanan hits a hip sweep and goes for a back drop. Konami with a missile kick, and she and Fukigen combine with a spear, Konami with a high kick, and Hanan with a German suplex. Konami hits Hanan with another German suplex. Hanan manages to counter it just in time, and Konami declares she's finished, going for a Triangle Lancer. Iida successfully cuts off. Rinan and Konami combine to slam Hanan. Konami hits a buzzsaw kick, but Iida successfully cuts off. Rinan and Fukigen hit Iida with a lariat. Kogo and Iida sandwich attack, and Hanan rolls up Konami. Konami counters, and Hanan charges forward, and Konami applies a sleeper hold. STARS cuts off, but Rinan and Fukigen separate them with dropkicks. Fukigen and Rinan grab Hanan and lift her up, and Konami hits a face crusher. Konami kicks her in the face, but it only gets a two count. Konami applies a sleeper hold. They transition to a body choke. Rinan holds Iida, and Fukigen holds off Kogo. Hanan gives up, and Konami is victorious.
Konami: "Hey, it's been a while, Osaka. I feel like we had an artist title match last time, but HATE has brought this belt back to Osaka. Hey STARS, the bond you guys had was amazing! You're such good friends, you're not weak. Hanan, are you okay with that?"
Rina: "Hey, hey, Hanan, now it's your turn to chase after me! Listen, I'm going to keep going ahead, so don't get left behind."
When Hanan tried to grab the microphone, HATE assaulted her.
Konami: "There's no way a loser can talk in this ring, you idiot! Just go home now! But seriously, I'm jealous of sisters. Sisters are a great thing. Right, Fukigen?"
Fukigen: "Yes."
Konami: "We want sisters too, don't we, Fukigen?"
Fukigen: "Yes.
" Konami: "So, from now on, Rina, instead of that weak little sister, think of us as your older sisters and look up to us. Together, these three new sisters will continue to defend the Artist belt. I'm looking forward to it. The end of STARS and Stardom!"
"Hey, we just defended our title against STARS for the first time. Wow, I think the three of us get more and more amazing with each match. So, Hanan of STARS, what's up? Momentum? What? You're getting too worked up? That girl's not your big sister anymore."
Rina: "Right!"
Konami: "We're your new big sisters!"

Hanan: "I'm sorry."
