Konami, Fukigen desu★, and Rina, who became Artist of Stardom Champions at Korakuen Hall on September 10th, are facing their first title defense. Their challengers are the STARS team of Hanan, Iida Saya, and Kogo Momo, who made an appeal after their match at Korakuen Hall. Rina, upon receiving the challenge, made comments that seemed to criticize Kogo and Hanan. Furthermore, she defeated Iida in a preliminary match. The new champion team is composed of former TCS members. Will they be able to defeat STARS again, or will the newly reformed STARS, with their new members, seize the belt, which signifies their lead in the unit rivalry?
Before the bell even rings, STARS launches a surprise attack, grabbing Rina and attacking her in a coordinated manner. They land a trio dropkick, and Hanan goes for the cover. Rina kicks out, but Konami interferes by kicking Hanan off the apron, leading to a brawl outside the ring. Rina slams Hanan into the audience. Outside the ring, H.A.T.E. overwhelmed STARS. Rinami brought Hanan back into the ring, gave her a hair whip, cornered her, and stomped on her face. Konami held Hanan against the ropes and attacked with H.A.T.E., followed by a soccer ball kick. Fukigen also stomped on Hanan's face. However, every time he charged into the corner, Hanan would get his leg out. When Hanan went for a dropkick, Fukigen dodged it. Hanan delivered a body attack and passed to Iida. As Iida went in, Rinami and Fukigen teamed up, but Iida separated them and delivered a standing body press to Fukigen. She dodges the third and shouts "You damn bastard!" before delivering a dropkick of her own. Kogo charges in with a series of elbows, but Rinami says "They're not working" and knocks him down with one hit. Rinami takes another elbow from Kogo and gets back up. As Rinami charges, Kogo delivers a dropkick, a 619, and a swan dive missile kick. Rinami retaliates and calls in STARS for a combined face crusher. However, Fukigen and Konami pull back. Rinami throws a hip throw to Mukou and Konami hits a middle kick. Fukigen hits a senton. Rinami hits a diving double knee drop. When Mukou kicks out, Rinami heads to the corner. Iida stops her and Mukou hits a deadly drive, a thrust kick, and a nectar peach. When Rinami kicks out, 10 minutes have passed. Rinami hits a big boot and a Northern Lights as Mukou charges. When Mukou kicks out, Rinami hits a diving double knee drop. When Mukou kicks out, Rinami goes for the Pink Devil. Mukou holds on and Iida hits a stunner, Hanan hits a Famouser, and Mukou hits a spinning diving body press. When Mukou kicks out, he hits Rinami with a Momompa, but HATE breaks it up. Hanan and Mukou fly to the outside with a plancha. Hanan brings Rinami back and calls in Iida for a rocket, and Hanan hits a blockbuster hold. When Rinami retaliates, Hanan prepares for a back drop. Hanan declares she's going for the finish and goes for a back drop hold, but Fukigen pulls the referee's leg. Konami brings out a chair, but Kogo and Iida dropkick her. Fukigen kicks Iida away and separates them with a senton on Kogo. 15 minutes have passed. Rinami slams Hanan onto the mat, but it's only a two count. Hanan attempts a hip throw and goes for a back drop. Konami lands a missile kick, and teams up with Fukigen for a corner attack, Konami lands a high kick, and Hanan gets a German suplex. Konami hits Hanan with another German suplex. Hanan kicks out at the last moment, and Konami declares she's going for the finish and goes for a Triangle Lancer. Iida makes a successful break. Rinami and Konami team up and slam Hanan down. Konami hits a Buzzsaw Kick, but Iida makes a successful break. Rinami and Fukigen get hit with a lariat by Iida. Kogo and Iida do a sandwich attack, and Hanan rolls up Konami. Konami kicks out, and Hanan charges, but Konami puts her in a sleeper hold. STARS makes a break, but Rinami and Fukigen separate them with dropkicks. Konami grabs Hanan, lifts her up with Fukigen and Rinami, and delivers a Face Crusher. Konami kicks him in the face, but it's only a two count. Konami puts in a sleeper hold. She transitions into a body scissors. Rinami holds Iida, and Fukigen holds Kogo. Hanan gives up, and Konami wins.
Konami: "Hey, it's been a while, Osaka. I feel like we had an artist title match here last time too, but HATE has brought this belt back to Osaka. Hey STARS, your bond was amazing! Don't get too friendly and weak. Hanan, is that okay with you?"
Rinami: "Hey, hey, Hanan, now it's your turn to chase me! Listen, I'm going to go way ahead so don't get left behind."
As Hanan tries to grab the microphone, HATE attacks her.
Konami: "There's no way the loser can talk in this ring, you idiot! Get out of here! But seriously, having sisters is so enviable. It's great to have sisters. Right, Fukigen?"
Fukigen: "Yes."
Konami: "We want sisters too, Fukigen."
Fukigen: "Yes
