Tsukiyama Waka challenged for the High-Speed Championship for the first time. She made her title challenge a reality after defeating Seirai Mei in a tag team match. While the current champion, Seirai, had previously conducted high-speed matches consisting of three 10-minute matches, starting with this one, the format was changed to a single 15-minute match. Seirai declared that she would aim for a 30-second finish. This match marked a new beginning for Seirai's high-speed style. A win for Tsukiyama would be her first singles title. Adding to her current holding of the NEW BLOOD Tag Team Championship, this would be a chance for her to become a double champion. The match
started with a ropework battle, with both teams attempting Nagareboshi and Osui. Seirai landed a two-count on Nagareboshi, followed by a back-and-forth roll-up. Seirai landed a dropkick from the apron, and Tsukiyama went to the corner, but Seirai took her down from behind. Tsukiyama chased Seirai. Both survived after the eight-count. Seirai ran to the corner, but Tsukiyama shoved her down and performed a plancha to send her out of the ring. At the count of nine, Tsukiyama hits Seirai with a series of hip butts as Seirai tries to come back. When Seirai returns, Tsukiyama jumps on her and hits a Paro Special, but when she dodges it, he hits a dropkick. Seirai hits a lariat, kicks her from behind, and slams her with a brainbuster. When Tsukiyama returns, Seirai locks her legs and pulls her hair. He transitions from a facelock to a Yumiya hold, but Tsukiyama goes to the ropes. Seirai prepares for a German suplex. Tsukiyama counters and hits a Gokuraku Don. Seirai stands up, luring Tsukiyama in. Tsukiyama kicks her in the buttocks. Seirai kicks Tsukiyama in the buttocks in return. They exchange elbows, then Tsukiyama stomps on her foot. Seirai hits back, but Tsukiyama hits her with a series of stomps. Seirai hits a lariat, but Tsukiyama rolls her up. When Seirai returns, she flips around in the corner and hits a body attack. Tsukiyama returns and hits a spinning shrimp hold. Seirai followed up with a thrust kick, followed by a German suplex and a dropkick to the face, but Tsukiyama reversed the cover. Seirai countered and went for a checkmate. Tsukiyama followed with a Jigokutsuki and a Gokuraku Don, pinning him down, but Seirai countered. Tsukiyama went for a Moonlight Fantasy. Seirai rolled him up, and Tsukiyama rolled him up as well and went for O-Sui. Seirai countered and slammed him with a checkmate, getting the three count.
Seirai: "I successfully hunted Ketsuyama! Ketsuyama was much faster than I expected, so I couldn't finish him off in 30 seconds, but I was able to absorb a lot of things from Ketsuyama, so thank you for that."
Tsukiyama: "If there's a next time, I'll be ready with my ass ready!"
They shook hands, but Seirai got behind him and prepared for a German suplex. Tsukiyama dodged, and looked surprised.
Seirai: "Now that I've defended, I'm sure you're wondering who my next opponent will be. I feel a bit bad for Yunamon, but there are some opponents that Mei really wants to face, and some opponents that she has to face. Hazuki-san.
