Waka Tsukiyama is challenging for the High Speed Championship for the first time. She earned this title shot after defeating Mei Seira in a tag team match in lightning speed. Champion Seira had been doing 10-minute, 3-fall High Speed matches, but this match will be changed to a 15-minute, 1-fall match. Within that, Seira has declared that she will finish the match in under 30 seconds. This match marks a new start for Seira in High Speed. On the other hand, if Tsukiyama wins, she will become the champion for the first time in singles. Combined with the NEW BLOOD Tag Team Championship she currently holds, she will have a chance to become a double champion. The match
starts with a battle of rope work, with both sides targeting each other with Nagareboshi and Osui. Seira gets a 2-count with Nagareboshi, and they exchange roll-up attempts. Seira delivers a dropkick from the apron, and Tsukiyama climbs to the corner, but Seira drops her from behind. Tsukiyama chases after Seira. Both return to the ring at the 8-count. Seira runs to the corner, but Tsukiyama pushes her off and performs a plancha to the outside. As Seira tries to return to the mat at the nine count, Tsukiyama delivers a series of hip butts. When Seira kicks out, Tsukiyama jumps on her and attempts a Palo Special, but when she dodges it, she lands a dropkick. Seira hits a lariat, kicks her from behind, and slams her down with a brainbuster. When Tsukiyama kicks out, Seira locks her leg and pulls her hair. She transitions from a face lock to a bow and arrow hold, but Tsukiyama reaches the ropes. Seira prepares for a German suplex. Tsukiyama counters with a Gokuraku Don. Seira gets up and tries to entice Tsukiyama. Tsukiyama kicks her in the butt. Seira kicks Tsukiyama in the butt as well. After an exchange of elbows, Tsukiyama stomps on her foot. Seira retaliates, but Tsukiyama delivers a series of stomps. Seira hits a lariat, but Tsukiyama rolls her up. When Seira kicks out, she reverses in the corner and delivers a body attack. When Tsukiyama kicks out, she applies a rolling prawn hold. Seira delivered a thrust kick followed by a German suplex and a dropkick to the face. However, Tsukiyama reversed the cover. Seira kicked out and went for a checkmate. Tsukiyama hit a hell thrust followed by a paradise don, and pinned him, but Seira kicked out. Tsukiyama went for a moonlight fantasy. Seira rolled him up, but Tsukiyama rolled her up and hit an Osui. Seira countered and slammed him down with a checkmate for the three count.
Seira: "I succeeded in hunting Ketsuyama! Ketsuyama was faster than I thought, so I couldn't finish him in under 30 seconds, but I was able to absorb a lot from Tsukiyama, so thank you for that."
